I have been to Anna's three times. Great place to have your nails done. They do the best Crystal Gel around. Last for almost a month.

I came here years ago and the lady who gave me a pedicure also gave a toe infection that encountered me $300 in medical bills (should have sued huh?)...fast forward 3 years later I needed to find a salon that would do stiletto nails. Plus nails across there is horrid and when I asked them for a price she told me $20 MORE than what a full set costs because of the filing. I'm not one to sit back and be taken advantage of so I went to Anna's nails... I know, I know but the lady who did my stiletto nails was amazing! Wish I got her name. Everytime I go back here I get a bit nervous just because of the toe infection but after that never had a bad experience. I keep trying new salons and if I find a good salon, I'll leave here for good. read more

This place is horrendous, do not go here!!! I went here last minute in a rush because my usual nail salon was booked solid. This was prior to a very important business meeting for which I did not want to show up with a cracked mani. I requested gel only. They removed my current gel mani with a NAIL FILE, not acetone as I was used to. As a result, they filed down far too much of the nail so they are now growing out frail and breaking for the first time in MONTHS; I have never had this issue. They also started cracking the following day! And for $25 I was appalled considering I didn't even request a manicure, I just wanted a simple application of the gel...The woman I was with put an oil on my hands at the end and told me to walk to the bathroom and wash it off instead of removing it with a hot towel. They also used PAPER TOWELS instead of actual hand towels...just completely unprofessional. The place itself looked disgusting, unkempt and unwashed. The tools look like they were rinsed and not cleaned thoroughly, a hot bed of bacteria and fungus, I'm positive. (Christmas decorations up in August, are you joking!?) I have never felt compelled to leave a negative review before, but this place pushed me over the edge. I will never be returning here, even if you paid me it's that bad. read more

Worst experience to date. Today, my friend and I came to try to get our pedicures done. Well, the owner, Anna, did my friends eyebrows; they came out nice. After the eyebrows, Anna went to the back and came back explaining that Alyssa, one of the girls that works there, didn't want to do her pedicure, why? because she had cancer and said it was contagious. Mind you, she has been going to get her pedicures done here for 14 years! and for 10 years, Alyssa did her pedicures! What kind of business does that??? and to humiliate her? I went there today for a pedicure and eyebrow waxing. I have been wanting to try this place for some time now. I went in blind they dont have any pricing up were you are able to see it they have it hidden. I dont think I would go back there. the girl who did my pedicure was great but they forgot about my eyebrow wax. I was ignored for about 20 min. I hated this place! I went there once and never again will I return. I went in for French tip nails and the first thing I did was ask the price (this may sound cheap of me but I just wanted to compare with my usual spot). Anyways, they told me $18 for SHORT nails and i thought well i guess its only a dollar more than my usual so i went for it just to try a new place. So the lady is doing my nails and asks me what length I want and I said short. She cuts them pretty short actually even shorter than I've ever had ( and I like them pretty short) then says that she's going to have to charge me $20 and i asked why? She said that because of the length and I was so disappointed because I swear they couldn't get any shorter!! And all throughout my visit they were just being very rude, the service was bad and i know they were just talking crap the whole time. She did an OK job I just didn't like the fact that she did them SO thin. They are so greedy with their supply! This place is terrible. I went in to get my eyebrows waxed not too long ago. Anna, the owner was the one who helped me. I told her I just wanted clean my eyebrows a little. I came in with average eyebrows and when she finished, it was super thin! To make it worse, she made them crooked! I told her that they were too thin and crooked. She told me that it's my eyebrows, not her. She also told me I can just draw my eyebrows to make them thicker! Are you serious???!!! Why would I go get my eyebrows done to draw them out after? I am NEVER coming back to this place! Another thing that's terrible about this place is they like to talk about their customers in Vietnamese when I was getting my pedicure done as well. I came here a second time because my first time it wasn't so bad. But I won't be coming here AGAIN!!! Me and my 2 friends came in a little bit before 7pm to get our nails done. My friends got there nails done but I couldn't get mine. To start off there was miscommunication on what I wanted and when I finally made it clear to them I wanted a set I couldn't get them because there wasn't enough time or workers as they said! I was a bit upset because yes they were busy doing my friends nails and toes but the first one finished my friends toes @7:15ish if she had started with mine right after she could of been done a little after my friends in my opinion. Idk if I'm over exaggerating but I feel that it was just bad work service. Like it wouldn't be so bad if they stayed passed 7:30 if they were staying passed 7:30 to do my friends nails any ways. Now I'm just sitting here as my friends get there nails done what the fuck is that SHIT! I also got the little nail coloring thing snatched from me while I was looking at it! RUDE WORKERS! I love this place I have been going here for over 10 years. They treat me very well. I know English is not their first language but they make an effort to communicate with you. Great price better than Bella's! Alyssa is wonderful and does a great job I try to get her or make an appointment with her. Their gel is bomb! I already go there for that. I have been coming here for Years now! Anna is the owner along with her husband tom. They can almost always squeeze you in for same day appointment. If not walk ins are excepted with a wait of course. I personally never had to wait too long. Sadly the lost a few good manicurist along the years that I have been going. My current fave for mani/full set is Stacy! She does lovely work and works fast. For my toes I love Kim. Although Kim books up pretty fast. You can't get her on a walk in if its busy. Anna does the waxing. She does good work. I no longer get my brows done by her she shaped them even but for my taste leaves them a little thin. All the workers are nice. It's a small place but totally worth the price. Cheapest around the area with excellent work. Anna will always have my business. read more

Visited this place a few times and l am happy with the result everytime. The price is affordable. I got a gel manicure and regular pedi. The ladies here do good work. My gel manicures did not chipped off. They lasted at least two weeks, but of course my nails grew out so it's time to get new one. Make appointment, they do get quite busy. read more
