We called ahead and asked if there was a wait time. They told us yes and asked if we would like to be placed on the waitlist. I liked how we were able to placed on the waitlist by phone. As we were sat down we got our waitress and ordered our drinks. I did notice the floor was a bit dirty but it was busy inside so they could have missed it. The drinks came in fast and she left for about 10 minutes until she took our order. We got the hobo skillet and the crunchy French toast. We explained to our waitress how we were splitting our food and wished they told us about the portion size because we were a bit disappointed with the skillet. The French toast had a great portion size and very yummy. We waited almost an hour for our food and only once were we checked up on. The surrounding table came in after us and got their food before us (they had ordered more food than us.) We got the skillet first and had to wait another 10 minutes for our French toast. We noticed after we left we never got our sourdough bread. I feel the waitress noticed I was a bit upset and she started to check up on us more. We finished our food and tried finding our waitress for another good 5-8 minutes until a different server came by. They gave us the receipt and told us to wait so they can get the payment machine but went to the table who came after us! I just ended up scanning the receipt and paid by my phone and manually put in my tip but when I got my final receipt I was charged a different tip amount. This whole experience was very interesting to say. I understand that the restaurant was busy but why were we waiting longer than the rest? Was it because we're young or for other reasons? As of right now we will not be coming back but hope the next time we go, it would be a better experience. read more

We visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday. We had the Western bacon burger, and their french fries and enjoyed the whole meal. Prices aren't the cheapest but they did give a military discount which, as a veteran, I appreciate. Food was good today at riverside location. But service was very poor! Waitress was more interested in talking to coworkers than getting drinks or checking on food after she dropped it off! Barely seen her after food was on table and took for ever to get to go container and bill ! Great location and friendly decor but wait staff needs help! Items were missing from our food order and after finding someone to tell her bc she had never come back, she brought the plate followed with "wasn't my fault!" When speaking with her while finishing settling the check, she walked off to a table about 2 tables away. My mouth was literally open bc words were coming out when she did this. I even paid more for the patty vs link. I ate part of the dry biscuit which they cut in half n browned. They eventually brought cold butter. Have been going to Temecula for years. So happy it has come to riverside east so we in Moreno Valley can enjoy closer to home. Their monte Cristo is fantastic. The food was tasty, came out faster than expected too. When we got our food we received the wrong order of eggs but our problem was solved so fast. It was a bit of a drive, but, boy was it worth it! My wife had a big bowl of oatmeal and I had the pork chops and eggs. Service was first rate, prices were reasonable, and the food was top notch. Best boneless breakfast pork chops I've had since I can't remember when (juicy, tasty, not over-cooked), and Kathy said the oatmeal was great! Funnel cake french toast is entirely tooooo delicious. 3rd time ordering this and it's just as good as the first time. The funnel cake flavor is definitely present. I went here in October and was seated quickly and had a friendly waitress. However, it took almost an hour to get our food from the time we placed the order. We looked over the menu and noticed everything was really expensive (even for today's prices) but it didn't matter because NOBODY CAME TO WAIT ON US!! After 10 minutes of not even a drink order, we got up and left.
