Huge menu selection. We were in Baltimore visiting. Service was really great from Theo and the manager greeted us so nicely and asked immediately if there was a birthday celebrant. Mine just passed but they still acknowledged it by giving me a waffle birthday treat! Food was good and ample serving on every order. Their brewed coffee was also good along with the ice coffee. Ambiance was great and lots of lighting from the outside. Plenty of seating for smaller large group. Parking convenient if you're driving here. Thank you!

Probably one of the best omelette I've had in awhile!! Bacon and Chorizo, and I added avocado! Service was quick, granted I came in 10mins after opening. Would definitely be returning to this location!!! Zero complaints all around! They keep fresh flowers on the tables. Note, the AC on full blast, I shoulda brought a sweater ha

I was in the area over the weekend and decided to grab brunch after having my car detailed by a friend. Lots of food options on their menu and is heavily southern comfort influenced. I went with water and essentially a lox bagel but they also have great spiked drinks or non-alcoholic options. Service was a tad slow but given it was the weekend they were probably just busy. Seating is available in and outside the restaurant with a very casual feel.

Excellent on everything!!! We were traveling home and read the reviews for Another Broken Egg Cafe in Elkridge, MD and decided to eat brunch there. What a great decision. My husband had a combo of sausage gravy over toast, eggs, house-made sausage patties, and country potatoes. Eggs were perfectly cooked, fried hard and a little crispy - just the way my husband likes them! Sausage is a little different but delicious. The potatoes had no grease and I couldn't stop eating them. I had the Belgian waffle with two very flavorful scrambled eggs and crispy bacon. Now for the best part - the waffle arrived with regular warmed syrup AND warmed Bananas Foster Butter Rum syrup. It was the most delicious syrup ever! They sure knocked it out of the ballpark with this!!! I actually had some of both syrups on my waffle! Decadent! Our server, Stiven, smiled the entire time, offered suggestions and was very polite. Nice clean restaurant and bathrooms. There is outdoor seating with beautiful aqua umbrellas, tables and chairs. Servers were constantly out there, so you wouldn't be ignored. Thank you for a great experience! Btw, we just discovered that Another Broken Egg Cafe has opened near us in Fairfax, VA, so we will be going there soon.

This was a fun place to have brunch. A little hard to find at first but once we figured it out we were in! I had tried coming here before on a weekend and didn't want to wait an hour so came today on a Wednesday and got seated immediately. The food selection is good and there are plenty of breakfast drinks and cocktails. The Benedict's were good and my friend got a waffle. We enjoyed the food and the service was good as well.

I visited over Mother's Day weekend knowing this restaurant uses a waitlist instead of reservations, so we added our name about two hours before arriving. Given the holiday crowds, I think they handled the chaos fairly well, and overall I'd rate the experience 3.5 out of 5 stars. We were originally quoted a wait of 1 hour 20 minutes to 1 hour 50 minutes, but still waited another 45 to 50 minutes after arriving before being seated. It was a nice day, so waiting outside was not terrible, though some guests were clearly frustrated, especially walk ins who did not realize the waitlist was necessary on such a busy holiday. Once seated, service was friendly and gracious despite the pressure staff were under. It did take a while for us to get water at the table, which felt a little strange, and the food also took about 40 more minutes to arrive. That said, everything we ordered was delicious. The standout was definitely the cinnamon roll French toast, and the blueberry lavender lemonades were a huge hit at our table. My tostadas were ok but not the highlight of our table. My partner loved the chicken sandwich, and the beignet biscuits were also fluffy and good! Overall, the biggest issue was simply the length of the waits. I have been to busy holiday brunches before that moved a bit faster, and I think the quoted wait times should have been longer to better reflect reality. Still, I appreciated the staff's professionalism and was happy to support a Black owned business. I would absolutely come back on a non holiday weekend, especially for that cinnamon roll French toast again! The vibe is relaxed and feels cozy outside and in, so it feels like a good place to catch up with friends or family which worked well for the holiday brunch.

I've been to Another Broken Egg Cafe plenty of times and the food is absolutely delicious! From their savory breakfast to their sweet dishes, I love all of it . My favorite of course is their pancakes! The service is amazing and very attentive. And the ambiance and the vibes is completely up my alley. If you've never tried this place, I recommend that you do because you're missing out!

I actually discovered this place about five years ago in Orlando, Florida, and I was thrilled when I heard they were opening a location in Maryland. As soon as I visited, the food was exactly as I remembered it, same delicious taste as in Orlando, and the staff were just as welcoming. I especially love their seafood omelets, the ambience of restaurant is too cute and they also have live flowers on the table as a touch. I would definitely recommend this place.

I was super excited to see Another Broken Egg on the East Coast! The food was just as I remembered, and it was definitely busy for a Sunday morning around 10:30 AM. The wait was about 20 minutes, and the bar, booths, and tables were all full. Just a heads-up: there is a 2-hour seating limit, and the high-top booths are a little tight when squeezing in and out. That said, our waiter was attentive and quick to take our orders, which made the experience smooth despite how crowded it was. The French toast was amazing--definitely a standout. The salmon Benedict was also really good and full of flavor. The grits were just okay. I ordered the gouda grits with bacon, but it didn't seem like either ingredient was actually included since neither was recognizable in the dish. The Spring Hugo Spritz was light and refreshing and paired nicely with brunch. I'd definitely come back to try the lemon blueberry goat cheese pancakes and some of their specialty coffee drinks!

summary: a solid brunch spot that offers a pretty standard suburban brunch experience and delivers. Another Broken Egg cafe offers a menu with seasonal specials and drinks and breakfast/brunch options that you'd expect to find at a suburban breakfast spot. I don't mean that as a ding. The prices on the menu feel like they're on the rather high side, but I think it's still on par with the other breakfast spots in the area. My only thing is that I would love to see a kids' menu of some sort. The food that did come out was tasty and well balanced. Service was nice and timely (went on a Friday a little before lunch time). They have outdoor patio seating although there's not too much to look at because it's located in a business park off of a pretty busy road. All in all, positive experience!

Visiting Maryland and decided to check Yelp for a review for a decent brunch spot and we came upon this location. It seemed like a chain but it didn't feel like it. We were seated quickly and attended to by our waiter. He answered our questions and recommended options for a couple of our pickiest eaters. As for me, the gluten-friendly pancakes were an awesome surprise! I enjoyed them as well as my traditional breakfast. The decor was light and airy and welcoming. We were glad to have gone.

With this being, like my 30th time coming to ABE I don't know how many more ways to compliment them. Having not visited for a while, the wife and I decided to stop by and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. I got the biscuits and gravy, which were delicious and she got the cinnamon roll French toast which she enjoyed. We got a couple of bells and whistles - cheese grits, potatoes, and spiked drinks - maple bourbon coffee. Our food came out fairly quick, the service was really good and although it was crowded, the environment felt controlled, organized and pleasant.

A few folks were having brunch in the dining area, which was mainly decorated with fleur de lis banners. I overheard the chef calling out from the kitchen that they were out of red beans and rice, which sounded like it was a popular dish. There are lots of other Cajun-style offerings. Though it was a week after Easter when we went, the sign out front was still promoting Mardis Gras (50 days difference). When you walk in, there are pastries in one display case, but you walk further down to order, which made it a little awkward to say "hey, can we walk back down and I'll point to which baked goods I want?" But the guy behind the counter obliged and we picked out a few items. The pastries were fine. A croissant, pain au chocolat, and chocolate cookie were all good, but nothing spectacular or standout from what I might find elsewhere. If I come back, I think I'll try some of the sandwiches or breakfast items.

The menu was overwhelming and the employee at the register did a good job of walking me through the breakfast items and what was popular. The French dip was prepared pretty well maybe it's because I waited too long to eat it, it could've been better. I recommend sitting down and eating in this restaurant.
