Restaurant is ok. Service very slow. They recently stopped taking call ahead seating by phone. They accept it through yelp app but the app always says no wait and when you arrive there is always a wait. Hostess says, "yeah sometimes that doesn't work". We have had breakfast here almost every day for the past three weeks due to house being worked on and having company visit, we love this place it is clean, the staff is amazing and accommodating for our toddler. The food is good the bacon is so good and the sausage is made on site (very good). I am pretty sure this is going to be our go to breakfast place for a long time. We also have tried many different things on the menu and nothing so far has been bad. read more

I ordered the Biscuits and gravy and OMG! It was the best breakfast I've eaten since moving to ATL. First of all, the coffee was hot and it was really good. I ordered my eggs scrambled and they scrambled the eggs right. Usually they're either a little tiny or they're scrambled too hard. The house-made sausage patties were so delicious and the sausage gravy on top of the over-sized biscuit was outstanding. I can't say enough about how good this meal was. I'm glad to see so many good responses, and hope it's just our bad luck to have received lackluster service. It's important to our family to support local/local owned business - and we live less than 1 mile away. But sadly, we definitely won't be back. We've been to this location 2x when it first opened. We found it wasn't really rave review material so let it sit in our turntable of options for a year or so. Then this past Sunday we decided to try again. The business model seems to support multiple people attending the table without the sense of continuity and focus. The service was so shabby and inconsistent that I had to go inside and ask the host to bring us drink refills. We had to ask for silverware. Food was overpriced. We saw our waiter 3x - order, confirmation we received everything, then bill (for which she received 10% vs. normal 20% tip from us). For the most part she was nowhere to be seen, even though it was early Sunday without much patronage. It's important to note that most of the staff had a friendly smile. It's a clean restaurant. Very convenient location. Ample parking options. The menu seems to shift seasonally, which is nice. But it's so not up to standard on service. Won't return. read more

If I could have given zero stars I would. Absolutely one of the worst experiences. At least tell guests that they will be there for 1 1/2 hours before they get their food so they can make a decision. Servers don't spend enough time at your table to hear more than three words. For example, "we'd like coffee and . . .' gone. My boyfriend and I have been coming here for the last few months, because I like their basics and the service is decent. After two bad experiences, we will definitely not be back. The time before our visit today my dish came out freezing and extremely bland ( it was their crab cake benedict ). This morning I ordered the berry waffles that's supposed to come with a cinnamon cream cheese sauce. It came with eggs "over medium" and sausage. It came out with no sauce on the waffle ( later to find out they were out of it, but this was not communicated with me when i ordered it ), eggs with extremely runny yolks with the sausage patties ( both sitting in so much oil, the plate was covered in it ). I normally go for a savory breakfast, but this morning I wanted to treat myself and get something sweet. At the end, when I had not touched my waffle at all the server asked if I wanted a box. I explained to her that the whole reason I got this was for the cinnamon and cream cheese sauce. I'm a breakfast server also, so I was not rude in any possible way and wasn't expecting for a comp on my meal. I just wanted to explain that if it's on your menu, and it's out, you need to communicate that with all of your customers. The server comes back with our check and says "many people have been ordering this dish and no one has complained about it until now, so that's why I didn't mention it". Very backhanded comment coming from a professional. Left a serious sour taste in my mouth. I would like to add though that my grits were cooked perfectly and we sat down immediately after getting there at about 11:30. read more

First time visiting "Another" Broken Egg Cafe Jacoia was our server and she was friendly and attentive. I think we got a lot for our money. I ordered French Toast and when I was done ordering she asked what kind of eggs (2)and side (I chose bacon). Got two eggs over medium and two pieces of baked (not fried) bacon, Eggs were done perfectly and the bacon was fully cooked (no uncooked fatty strips). The French toast w cinnamon and fruit and cream on top was very good. My host hand an omelette that he enjoyed. I don't like to have to hunt down people for refills of either. Both kept coming here without the "where is my server?" Two types of coffee: Medium and Dark Roast. Both good. A real delight were the Biscuit Beinets. Definitely get them. Truest test is "will I go back?" Answer is "definitely". Note that Jacoia said it does get crowded Saturday and Sunday mornings. read more

The service was horrible, everybody moved slow like we where on there time or as if they didn't want to be there. I put myself on the waitlist at 10:00 to 10:15, I arrived at 10:15, I did not get seat until 11:30 my kids was hungry and getting very annoyed. Once we got seated are food didn't come out until 12:30, Once it came out the food was horrible and cold. Food was very good and hot. If you like runny yoke in your eggs, order "Easy Over" and not "Medium". Our server, Evan, was courteous and very helpful. The one negative thing was that it took forever to get our food and the restaurant wasn't that crowded! The food and service was great. However, we were surprised to see a customer near us with their dog sitting in the booth with them (not on the floor). My lady and I came in for brunch and sat at the bar. Jennifer was behind the bar and was more than accomodating. Her personality and knowledge of the menu, food and drinks, was exactly what we needed since we had never been there before. My lady ordered the smoked salmon Benedict with potatoes and I ordered the Supreme omelet with the city grits. Even with the restaurant being packed we still got our food in a timely manner and hot like we cooked it ourselves. The omelet was NOT an omelet, but eggs sprinkled with a few veggies instead of the eggs stuffed with veggies. Talk about feeling fleeced and taken advantage of. I will never go back. I don't understand how people think the food is good, when the mediocrity is obvious. You can make better food at home and put an adequate amount of veggies inside your omelet. I have been here several times, always alone, always at the bar. The wait staff is always friendly. However, it's always a wait of at least 30 minutes for food to come out. Now when it's busy, I get things will take longer but there were a max of six tables some of which had their food. The food was not hot when it came out more like lukewarm. I don't put this in rotation but if I shop at Sprouts I'll stop in ONLY if I have at least 75 plus minutes for dining. Not a quick bite spot AT ALL! read more
