From the outside it doesn't seem like much, but inside they have a variety of wine, liquor, quick grocery items and shelf stable items as well as soda, beer and energy drinks. I stopped in just to pick up a couple lottery tickets because the Powerball has been crazy high and ended up walking around a bit to browse before making my purchase. It seemed like a lot of families stop in from the martial arts studio at the end of the plaza and they have a slushy machine that seemed popular. There is plenty of parking in the plaza and it seems to have a good amount of people stopping by from the neighborhood and from the other businesses here. Horrible horrible experience with one of the clerks he got so impatient with a customer he interrupted the one who was already at the register stopped her and told the customer behind her to come to the other counter because she was moving so slow , keep in mind it was a elderly lady he interrupted to have another customer come to the register because she was moving too slow and his exact words were "ma'am your going to slow , theres other customers " please do yourself a favor and go else where the prices are already outrageous but to be rude towards your elder is just disgusting read more

I usually don't give bad reviews but I feel that this is unacceptable. I may be complaining to the wrong person though and I'll probably take this up with the company. But.... I found a bunch of these pieces floating at the top of my Arizona tea. Never had this happen before and I drink Arizona's all the time. I shop here when I'm visiting my sister in Antelope, and I love the convenience of having groceries like eggs, tortillas and cheese within walking distance of her house. The prices are slightly more than than a grocery store, but not unreasonable. You have the option of asking for a receipt, and the items are scanned with a bar code so you know they're not randomly charging a price, as some users have asserted on Yelp. The people here are friendly and the store is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this store to anyone in the area, it sure beats walking to Winco or Walmart! read more

I've had some similar issues but this one was the most stupid one. Just a couple minutes ago, I went to buy an overpriced pineapple modelo to come home and play some video games. When I opened the fridge and grabbed my beer, it was spilled with beer and I thought it was open or something but it was a broken budwiser on top of it that was spilling beer all over the place. So I told them "Hey amigo, there's a beer broken here" so the teenager went and grabbed it and I even helped him with it cause he had just mopped. For the old man to start yelling at me that I have to pay for it because i broke it. Even tho i told him to check his cameras before blaming me, he was mad at me because he thought i broke it. Even tho I know they overprice everything I still go because I live next block and i ride my longboard to buy my drinks. They have a good assortment, decent prices, and are in a central Antelope location. You can easily walk there on the way home from Center High School or when you're wandering the streets. Nothing special about it, but nothing bad about it either. It's a community market, exactly as you would expect it to be. read more

They charge a fee for using your debit card but do not tell you they do so. There is NO sign posted and .50 added to a small purchase makes a difference. Credit has a minimum amount for purchase, but you should tell your customers about this fee! I have been there twice and was blown off by the husband and wife and told by another employee they would mention it to the owners. (mmhm). Bad business practices and I will not be back. read more

I don't understand how this place is still in business. First there is not a Deli in this place as the name states. They do not put pricing on any of tyheir items and charge whatever they want at check out. They overcharge on items that are listed on the product from the distributor. Arizona Ice tea can says 99 cents and they charge 2.50 per can. Doritos say 2.99 they charge $5.50 per bag. They charge different prices each time and will not provide an itemized receipt at check out. Only a receipt if asked that states the total. They are extremely rude, their products are expired. There has to be someone to regulate the overcharging etc. I listen to customers complain at check out about the charges. This place needs to be shut down. There has to be illegal activity happening here. I will never ever ever shop here again and I will tell everyone about their unethical business practices!!!! read more

I have always gone there for small items and have been relativly happy with the store. But more recently, I have stoped going there bc the wife works durring the day and is on her ear piece every single time I go it there. You ask her to run your items as credit, but she runs as debit anyway. I haven't been there for months, and just today I went in bc I passed my usual store. When I went to the register to pay, she accused me of owing her money for 3 packs of Malboro Lights! I told her she must have mistaken me for someone. Came in for beer because I live close by, and because there are no price tags on any beer I chose one too expensive ($20+ for a pack) and asked him to show me something cheaper. The guy behind the counter this morning was extremely rude with all the customers. You ask him about the price of a candy bar and he can't even tell you how much, just says "depends on which one". After showing and telling him which one he got more rude and downright disrespectful. We even proceeded to tell him thank you and didn't even acknowledge it. In this and age you would think a SMALL business would treat their customers more welcoming or at the very least respectfully. I would rather go to Winco just a couple blocks down the road and pay less, stand in a longer line and be treated with respect. read more

This place is within walking distance of my house so it's very convenient for me! In addition to your typical convenience store junk (soda, chips, candy, tobacco, beer, lottery tix, etc), they have somegrocery items like milk, canned fruits, veggies and soups, pet food, corn starch, flour, ketchup, frozen pizza, etc. It can come in handy when you're in the middle of cooking dinner and realize you forgot to restock tomato paste! Some of the workers are very polite and friendly, while I've had others who barely acknowledge you and are on the phone the whole time they ring you up.
