So I ordered a bbq chicken pizza (per my sons request) we couldn't taste the bbq. I called to let them know there's no bbq on the pizza. The guy said he would make another one. The second pizza was drenched in bbq to the point the crust was soggy. I called them and requested for them to pick up the pizza and process my refund. The guy who I assume is the owner because he's rude with no consequences. He calls me back to say "you think your sneaky",. I replied " what are you talking about"? You you complained in November, he said. I replied, "are you serious"? and he proceeds to hang up. Like who does that? Under no circumstances should a business call a customer to complain to them about their dissatisfaction with their service. Thats crazy and scary! There is a level of professionalism a business should display even when in the wrong and this is not it. I have never had an issue with Antonellis. The food is always on point and piping hot when we receive it. Delivery is quick. This time we ordered the fried mushrooms, baked ziti with meat sauce, and chicken Alfredo. The portions are huge and delicious. We ate off of the food for about 3 days. See the pictures. read more

I was treated like dog s*** by the rude woman who worked the counter. I ordered a sandwich but forgot to order a drink. I didn't have cash, and there is a credit card minimum, SO I COULDN'T HAVE A CUP OF WATER WITH MY SANDWICH. This is horrible customer service. I had to eat this huge meatball sub and bread without a sip of water. I can't believe the staff did this to me, I wanted a full refund but instead I just made sure that nobody I know ever goes to this place again. I hope they go out of business so a humane company can take over. This one experience outweighs all my previous positive experiences, I'm honestly disguested. read more

Love this place! I always order the steak and cheese, with fries and Tiramisu. The Tiramisu isn't the best, one day I decided to order pasta! The fettuccini Alfredo, It was so delicious! And fresh you can tell it wasn't one of those nasty generic sauces. When you order the steak and cheese the bread will be soggy! Only reason I didn't give this review 5 starts, the guy on the phone said "well it is what it is" lol horrible! My favorite pizzeria in the area. There's a huge menu and everything I've ordered is phenomenal. I have tried the appetizers (favorite is fried mushrooms), pizza, salads, Stromboli and several subs and desserts all delicious. The quality is always top notch and the service is cordial and quick. This is a small little place, on the end of a strip mall but I love it! I've never had their pizza, but the Stromboli is to DIE for. If you're looking to be a little cheaper, their sandwiches and fries are great. The fries are unlike any place I've ever had, and I don't even need ketchup to get them down. Since finding Antonelli's, I've frequented their establishment, going there up to 3 times a week. Friendly people, and not what you get out of most places these days. Really like this place and have never had a problem with any of the staff BUT i always order take out. Not a fan of delivery bc it usually takes too long and subs and fries are soggy. Love the Gyro and fries platter - relatively inexpensive Not a fan of the Pizza but the kids love it (having never been exposed to real NY pizza). I get them a small 10'' to share bc it's cheaper then two kids pizzas. I decided to pass on the 'fresh' cannoli when i asked if the "ganoles are made here" and he didnt know what i was saying ;) avoid the jalepeno poppers which in my opinion taste frozen (as im sure most of the apps are - i dont mind, i just dont want to taste it) fried mushrooms are kick-ass! Calamari is good - from frozen, but tastes good for the price. Serving sizes are relatively decent. Overall I think the price is good for what you get. order ahead to avoid the wait. read more

Good food but poor service. I ordered a steak and cheese Stromboli and when I got it delivered it wasn't what I asked for. The employee blamed me for not ordering correctly, then placed me on with the manager. The manager then went to blame me as well. He said he'd get the correct one out to me but it may take up to 40 minutes. I wanted to eat now and they didn't want me to keep the food they originally gave me. After about 10 minutes of arguing they let me eat the food they gave me. Blaming the customer is never the answer. Lost my business. read more

First time giving this place a try. Ordered New York style pizza first time today along with Onion rings. Ordered online. Delivery was very prompt. Onion rings were very good.
