Im not sure why restaurant chains like these get such low ratings, no matter what you think of the food, they are pretty consistent. This location is one of our favorites for Happy Hour, for food and drink and great service too. The wonton chicken tacos are so delish and cheap during HH. Potato soup is awesome. I've visited this location for lunch and dinner quite a few times. The food never took longer than necessary for it to get to me. Granted there's been time that it took longer than usual, but when the place is busy, it's understandable. Only once did my order came out wrong. But the waitress did offer to take it back and bring me a new plate. I kindly refused (perhaps it's from watching Waiting...) Afterwards, the manager came over and said that I could have a free dessert (which I also kindly refused as well). Since when does Applebee's want you to order an entree in order to have a another drink? Never heard of a such a thing. I been in a restaurant business for awhile myself and this was such bull crap. I understand to a point because I been a server and know how it feels to be busy and overwhelmed. It just sucks being on this end. Came here for the January deal of all you can eat riblets and chicken tenders for 12.99 with a glass of blue moon for $2. I'm never a huge fan of these American style food chains because I never really had a good experience with any of them but I was pleasantly surprised at this one. I mean as an all you can eat you can't expect everything to taste fantastic which is why there was a dock in star. It was just whatever and I ate because I was offered the deal and as the fiend that I am, I usually just eat until I'm stuffed. The riblets were coated in bbq sauce and tasted as such. A lot of little bits of bone in them which was annoying to eat but whatever. The tenders were actually pretty good to me. Not too dry and the batter was nice and crispy. Call me a child but I definitely liked this better. Fries were subpar didn't really taste fantastic, a lot of them were not crispy at all and at times a bit too salty. I usually would give this 3 stars but I'm adding another for the service. As a group of 5 ordering at once the wait time was acceptable but our waiter (damn I forgot his name even when I told myself I'd remember it) was very friendly and brought out additional sauces when we all requested it (he came out with like 6 sauces). He was professional and filled our waters, made sure to let us now about when the food will come out and was just pleasant. He even was very willing to split our checks which I appreciated. I have been going to Applebee's for a very long time and in my opinion it's a very good restaurant. Their service is amazing, my favorite part is the Alfredo pasta. They always have sports on the TV, they have a bar, and a digital menu. Going back to the service in the restaurant, the servers are just so very patient, nice and I think you should go there. read more

My girlfriend ordered the chicken mushroom & potato skillet, came out pretty good. I ordered the half rack ribs with the new spicy Asian sauce. Sauce was amazing, but ribs were pretty small. For desert we got butter pecan blonde, also pretty good. All of this including a 20% tip was about $40, so can't really complain about the prices. read more

It was hotter than heck inside now mind you there's an outer door where one of the panes was broken and then you go through two other doors to get inside you could tell the air wasn't on even the waitress said it wasn't working I was debating on leaving but as I had brought my grandson to dinner, we decided to stay. Our server was not the best. The food came out on a good fast time by a different server. Our server walked by four times without check in on us, when we tried to wave him down. We were done eating and wanted boxes we waited about 15 minutes before he finally decided to come only after a new table arrived which he got started with them first. It was not busy and I would understand if it was however it was not. The manager talked to us and we told him about the problem because this is the second time it happens. Wait just seemed long for no reason. Tables were open, but I'm guessing people were not seated due to kitchen being backed up. I ordered the special they were having with unlimited fries and the three choices of entrees being given. Food was mediocre. It wasn't bad, but wasn't good. This location was not any better than any others I've tried. My steak was supposed to be medium rare. Now I like it pink and all but my steak was extremely raw inside and chose not to eat it.
