This person didn't have a business card, a repair vehicle, seemed very confused after taking fridge apart. this company said they were going to send same person. I required them to send someone new since he didn't seem to know what he was doing and couldn't understand English supposedly. i had to call an exorbitant amount of times to get someone to see why repair that was made wasn't working and to fix door he didn't line up so it would close And I wanted it confirmed the repair was made. After too many calls a new repair was made and was told to give it time to get to temp. Again, repair did not fix And ge said he didn't think part the other guy replaced, was actuslly teplaced.
