We have used a variety of appliance repair people over the years but having been dissatisfied with our latest experience, got a referral from a neighbor for Chris at Appliance Science. He is fabulous. He was able to get to us same day, diagnose our problem, order parts and return within the week. He was courteous, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. While at our house, he did a few extra things for me and told me how to make best use of my appliances including routine preventive maintenance.
