Was in need of finding a dishwasher replacement for my rental and decided to come check out this place from an Ad I came across on FB. I was pleasantly surprised how fast and easy my shopping experience was. I found one that fit my budget and was in and out in 30mins. Paid a little more so they can deliver, haul away, and install the unit. I was glad they have a in-house crew that does it so I dont have to find a handyman. Overall I paid a a little over $300 for the installation of new dishwasher. Although it was open box, it looked entirely new and they provided a 1year warranty. read more

I didn't even want to give them 1 star. BEWARE of this place. They are liar's and they do not hold up to what they say. I bought a Insignia Freezer for $449.00 plus $79.99 3 year warranty on July 15, 2021 and what a nightmare I have been going through with this place. First of all the freezer stopped freezing within the first week. So they sent a repair guy but he could not fix it. I went in to the place to talk with them and the manager came out and started arguing with me right in front of the few customers he had. One of the customers ask me what happened and I told him my problem and I said if I was you I would not buy from here they do not honor what they say. All because of that he refuse to honor the 90 day warranty plus refuse to honor the 3 year warrant. I called the warranty place and they refunded me. I called the manufacture and they are a joke to. They send out a guy to fix a fridge not a freezer. Now they do not know when they will get the part. I ask them to refund or give me a new freezer but no go. All of my food worth $400 spoiled. I bought a new one from Home Depot for $774.00 but it will not be here till 12/15/2021 so I bought a used one for $100 so The rest of my food will not spoil. I am on SS and live on a budget but this place has cost me to go over my budget and then some. Since the appliance place refuse to help me I am now taking them to Small Claims and I will be asking for $5000. read more

Absolute truth and real review. I always wonder if the business made the reviews but I can promise you this one is from a real customer with a true to life experience. This company is not only the best but the will save you money and get your appliance delivered and installed in record time. I bought a kitchen aid wall mount double oven and this same oven was $1500 more everywhere else. Okay, yes this is an open box but I see no defects anywhere and it is installed and working. If it breaks down and there are problems I will update you all however as of now 4/25/20 this was the greatest appliance experience I've ever had and I found these guys on offerup.com. Asked about the ad. The store says that ad was created 8days ago. If that's the case, why repost it 5h ago? Very interesting strategy to get customers. I came here with my brother to find a fridge for his new apartment and both of us were surprised with the deals available and with all the other appliances they had in the store. So far I have bought a stove and a washing machine from this store. I'm happy with both the prices and the service. Unfortunately when I got it home and hooked it up, the washing machine wasn't working properly. An employee named Charlie came within 2 hours to diagnose the issue and repair. After he inspected it, he decided to give me a brand new machine instead of trying to fiddle with the other one. He had me up and running with a brand new washing machine all in the same day.
