He recommended a two-way cleanout and included camera inspection and 2 toilet installations as well. Kevin was very well spoken, personable, friendly, and clearly outlined what would be done, why the two-way clean out is superior (vs. one way), and had fair pricing as well. We were able to book the project right away. His team is awesome, great people, very friendly, hard working and accommodating. Shout out to Jesse who did a great job with installing the two-way clean out, helped us to try and save a topiary tree that sat right over the sewer line, and installed one of the toilets for us. Salvador and John were also great and helped to install the other toilet and were patient and accommodating as i had to switch out one of the toilets that was too tall for a different one (chair height). Bueno Plumbing installed our tankless water heater, and performed a great job. I did notice that the hot water was inconsistent. I was hesitant to call Bueno, as I figured the water temp would be fine when they arrived; hence, no resolution. I did call Kevin, who offered to come over at our convenience. Kevin arrived as promised this afternoon, checked the settings, and discovered that the system was set to an external pump rather than an internal one. This review is regarding my experience for getting an estimate. Pro - I called them to schedule a time for someone to come by and give me an estimate on some fixtures replacement. I got the time scheduled the very next day with the typical 2 hour window. Mine was from 4-6 pm. Cons - it's 5:39 pm and I leave my phone for 3 minutes. Kevin from Bueno called 4 times back to back and left me a message saying he has been trying my phone for the last 45 mins. Really? (See pic). Then when I called him it was clear he didn't want to come. I told him we can FaceTime which he refused and said send me the pics and I will send you an estimate. Which I did right away. That was last Thursday (6 days ago). No estimate. No acknowledgement of the pics. No follow up from Bueno. When you get work done at the house, communication is key. I had a leak in a 30 year old copper pipe going to my pool filter. Spent 3 days talking to about 6-7 plumbers to get an estimate. 2 of them showed up in person and one gave a quote over the phone by responding to a picture of the leak. First one gave a quote of almost $1000 and would not provide details on how exactly they will fix the leak. Second one gave an almost double quote but also suggested replacing the entire buried pipe for unknown 1000's of $$ more. Third one gave a quote in the same range but could not schedule the job for weeks. Finally, we got Edgar from Bueno Plumbing. Showed up on time, assessed the job requirements in detail, gave a competitive quote 15 minutes later in writing and scheduled the job 2 days later. When I called Bueno plumbing office I asked the secretary to send an experienced plumber, the following day They sent Edgar over and the miracle happened Edgar removed the rusty pipe from the wall and installed a new copper pipe my tears almost fell right away. Since last November, we had been hearing rattling noises intermittently in our house throughout the evening and night time.
