The Arby food is the same, coast to coast, but the employees drove me a crazy. First, they were so involved with their own discussions that they didn't notice our presence for a few minutes. My husband and I ate in and spent 30 minutes hearing their opinions on: how can DoorDash stay in business, TV shows that only idiots would watch, and a few political opinions. These opinions were so loud we could hardly converse ourselves I'll steer clear next time, unless there is no other option. As a plus, dining area wa spotlessly clean. read more

They are quicker than 98% of the other "fast food" chains around the area. If the drive thru line is long I usually go into the lobby which is open. Just went there 25 min ago ordered beef and cheddar a wrap and mozzarella sticks.. went thru drive thru and ordered paid and then they directed me to sit in the front and wait.. mind you there are now 6 cars waiting for food. The Crinkle cut French fries are never fresh, always barely warm and not very good. The service leaves a lot to be desired, the time of day makes a difference to the quality of the items ordered. The food here is ok but the people are not. They have no manners or customer service. Finding good worker is hard but you don't have to hire thud off the street; unclean and no training. The other day the thud yelled and screamed at a customer; he was about to swallow the customer or something. I come to Arby's just for their curly fries. They are always so delicious and perfectly crispy and flavorful. They put delicious spices on it to give it that color and taste you can't get anywhere else. I love their roast beef sandwiches with curly fries and a shake. They make everything fresh and super quickly so it's great when you're hungry. The bun they use for the sandwiches is also delicious and stands out from any other fast food restaurant. The new BBQ BRISKET is just fine for flavor and size Yummo. Miss Lorilei had the French Dip and says it is better than some we have paid a lot more for. Meat on both was tender and juicy. Caution!!! DO NOT EAT HERE --RAT FECES!! I went through a drive through today and ordered 2 beef and cheddars with bacon a roast beef and drink with my kids. After a few bites of my roast beef I felt something weird and the most disgusting taste I have ever had and immediately vomited what seemed to be RAT FECES all over the bread, I told my kids to stop eating immediately, grab their food and went back to the store. I calmly waited for a manager and showed her the food (white female around 5') and showed her the sandwich with rat feces all over. With no apology she asked me if I wanted a replacement, I said no thanks and wanted a full refund. After like 5 minutes wait, she came back with 2 dollars off and said I can't do a full refund "because you didn't bring the drink back." At this point I was so upset that this "manager" didn't take any of my situations into consideration such as vomiting and had to drive back and all the inconveniences that caused me. "Are you f--king serous?!! I said to her and went to the car and grab the cup and came back and demanded my refund. She then said you can't swear at me blah blah blah and doesn't feel comfortable dealing with me. I said there is the drink, maybe 2 sips out of the drink, give me my refund so I can leave. Now she would not give me a refund for me to leave; she proceeded to call the cop and I had to wait for another 15 minutes for the cop to show up. Cop came and I showed him the picture of the sandwich with rat feces on it and that I brought everything back and that I needed my full refund. Cop asked her to give me the refund which was off again. I asked her to get the receipt that i brought back to her to ensure that I get a full refund, she then claimed that she did not have the receipt because she threw it away. I said to her it's in the bag and if you threw it away it's in garbage and to go get it, again she said she threw it away and can't get it. Cop then asked her if there is another copy of the receipt; after many attempts for proof of receipt cop went inside and looked at the TV screen of the orders to verify the amount of money is correct, and it was off. I cannot believe that this happened; not only this 'manager" didn't apology for serving rat feces infested food, but avoid doing a refund for me and furthermore called the cop; and all I wanted to do was get my money back and leave. I asked her for her name and supervisor's name to make a further complaint, I have videos as well and pictures of the food and how I was treated here. NEVER EAT ARBYS HERE AGAIN. read more
