ARBY's! THEY HAVE THE MEATS! This is the closest Arby's to us in Corona and it's definitely worth the drive. The customer service is pretty good, I understand being tired at 9:15 on a Thursday night and she wasn't rude at all! We've been here before and they always get our order right; we ask for the food to be made differently than how on the menu so it's great how they accommodate and get it right! We always do drive thru and we realize it takes a little longer to prepare fresh food so it's worth the extra few minutes where some people get so impatient. The only bummer is having to drive home and eat food that wasn't as warm when we received it. Bring Arby's back to Corona! read more

I thought about 4 or 5 stars for this place. I really did. And when thinking about Arby's in general, this place exceeds. Seriously. It's not the newest restaurant, but it's definitely gone through a mild remodel, and so that's nice. But, it's not that particularly that takes it over the top. It's the consistent food quality and the consistent, high-quality service. Seriously, every time I walk into this place, my wait to place an order is no more than about a minute or two; and, by the time I've been able to get my drink and sauces in the little paper cups, my order's ready. I think I've made it to my table once without having my food with me already. And of course, the food is ALWAYS a Beef & Cheddar. I mean, there's no competition at Arby's; the Beef & Cheddar wins, hands-down, no argument. If you order anything else, you're cheating yourself. As for the food, it's always well-prepared, and has the appropriate amount of ingredients. Could they stand to add a bit more cheese sauce to it? Sure, but that's just me. They're not skimping, I just like a little more. And, they're not shy with sauce packets here, either. Any time I ask, I get exactly what I ask for, with no complaints or concerns. I think the employees here are stealing from customers more than once ive paid extra for an upgrade sandwich and they charge for it but serve you the lesser sandwich when using drive through. They did it once withe there brisket and bacon sandwich they gave me just regular beef and today i paid extra for the bacon ranch wagu burger and asked for no onion or pickle but they gave me the lesser wagu. With onion and no bacon or ranch dressing. They rarely give you what you order so ate they pocketing the difference. Im not sure but it happens to often to be a coincidence. read more

Good every once in a while if you like baloney that is shaped in the slice of a piece of roast beef. They are typically clean but sometimes not so clean. I hate to waste my 500th review on this dump, but I have to tell people how bad it is! My cousin and I came a few months ago. I had their fried chicken sandwich, which was insanely dry, cold and tasted of old oil. Same story with my fries - cold and dried out. My cousin got the French dip, which wasn't warm and they forgot the dipping sauce. I wrote to them and told them what happened. I was promised two free combos in return. When I didn't receive anything in the mail, I contacted the manager and was told my name was in their "VIP Book" and that I could just ask when I came in. Sounded more like a "We're going to spit in your food" book, so I didn't mention it when we went back tonight. We order three combos and a few other things. I get unsweetened iced tea with my combo. I take a sip and spit it right back into the cup. It tastes like rotten eggs. I hand it to my mom in the front seat, who takes the lid off the cup. Yep. The whole car smelled like rotten sewage for a moment. We gave the drink to the drive-thru employee and asked for something different. When we told her to smell the drink she just said, "Oh, I believe you!" Does this happen often? Trust and believe I have reported them to the health department. What the hell did I drink? Please stay away if you want good, fresh food made with clean ingredients. Update: The health department did an inspection. It turns out they weren't cleaning out the tea dispensers - only refilling it when it was empty. This was causing bacteria to grow in the container, which was why it smelled so horribly.
