Stay away from this location. Just got food poisoning had the bacon beef n cheddar with jalapeno bites

Food is always good. We pulled up to the drive thru and sat at the speaker box for at least a minute without a response and then the same at the window. My total was $17.88 and i paid with 3 dollars and and a $15 gift card and she left $0.12 on the gift card instead of using the gift card first and then the cash. How does that make sense. We also got 2 large sodas and she filled the entire cup with ice (we saw her do this). Then she also forgot to give us the ajua dip sauce for our french dip sandwich. Ate there today just to find out that the employee charged me almost double the price for the beef and cheddar sandwich. He did not want to give me the coupon price because he wanted me to pay more the sandwiches. I asked him for any specials on the sandwiches and he said no specials except for the 2 for $6, which is beef with no cheddar and the two fish sandwiches. this boy charge me $5.69 for each beef and cheddar which I've order two and a $3.19 for a large soda. Total of $15.84. However, looking at the coupon, each beef and cheddar price is only $3.00 each. He jacked-up the price from $3.00 to $5.69 each sandwich. That's why this place is never been full. Always empty. a customer here and there at times. The worse sandwich because the bottom part of the bread is very hard. Their cheddar is probably only a small drop inside the sandwich. Employee's name on the receipt is "Jake". Do not deal with this guy. He loves to cheat customers. By the way, they also have a coupon good for two for only $10.99, comes with two sandwich, two drinks, fries and 4 mozzarella sticks. what is sad, is I was ripped for $15.84 by myself when there is a $10.99 meal good for two. owner and employees both have bad faith in doing business. they deserved NO STAR, but yelp is still asking for at least one star. read more

First the positive: the cashier was nice and helpful once she realized there was someone actually waiting for service. The turkey sandwhich was good. Now the negative: Thank goodness I didn't go to the drive thru otherwise would not have witnessed one of the girls scratching her head and wiping her nose and then proceeding to handle food. I told the girl who took my order to not let this other girl bag my food. I would go back to Arby's, but definitely not the one one Hole. read more

I'm actually not a huge fan of the roast beef products...it's the market fresh selects that I'm addicted to. Specifically, the roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich. It is just THAT good. Also, the woman who takes my order remembers me and remembers what I like to order, which is really nice. The place is generally clean. I just love Arby's. read more

Tried the two roast beef dip sandwiches for $6. Not bad, but you can order a kids sandwich cheaper and it tastes the same. Our big complaint is the French fries. Bring back the home fries!!! Yuck! I gave up on Arby's a few years back when I found a clump of hair in the fries from this location. My fiance loves the Ruben sandwich so he convinced me to give it another try...bad choice! While sitting at the drive through window, I heard the cashier say, "you're just gonna put that in a f*[reaking] puddle of water?"-i never would of guessed he was referring to our food! Got home, and my sandwich was SOAKED! the box had obviously been placed on top of something damp; so damp that it leaked through and the box was flimsy and my sandwich fell out into the bag! the sandwich was soggy and sloppy. Disgusting! My fiance offered to return it, but I decided that I have given Arby's enough chances to at least be sanitary.I WASTED $14.21 on a disgustingly, soggy sandwich I didn't even eat, a half soggy Ruben, and a small drink (yes, nearly $15 for that!) I'm not sure if all Arby's choose to have bad service, but seeing that I found a clump of hair a few years back and then received a soggy sandwich in what I'm praying was water and not a cleaner or worse, this location really hasn't improved. Normally I never give 5 stars for any restaurant or business but this day this location deserves it. My brother along with my other half went into the drive thru and all 3 of us love Arby's. Basically we kept over talking each other trying to order our food but the professional who took our order got it all correct THE FIRST TIME. His name is "Stevie". Not only did he get our order perfectly he was also professional and friendly. He was what I would define as perfect customer service. Poor management. He's rude to the employees and tries to put up a front when corporate or some one else is around. The food is descent but I don't think I will be returning I can't stand mean managers who think they can do anything and be rude just because they're in a higher position. read more

Great food. But the associate Marisa has really bad customer service skills. She was rude, impolite, and very unprofessional for a customer service job. Just bought food from here. We had very polite service when we ordered threw the drive through. But when we came up to the window the employees were arguing about what drink we ordered. And we ordered $38 of food. Family of five . 3 kids meals 2 with chicken nuggets 1 with a sandwich, 3 double cheddar sandwiches and 3 double arby classic. We came home. The kids meals didn't have chicken nuggets and we are missing 3 sandwiches. How bad can you mess up a order where you forget 2 nuggets and 3 sandwiches. This location doesn't deserve $15 a hour they acted super ghetto threw the window when they shut it to talk bad about us not knowing we can here them. There all trash. Never coming here again. We've seen advertise on TV about Arby's so we decided to stop by. Located right next to Tyler Mall behind Pho Ha and McDonald restaurants. Cleanliness: it's clean, but not super clean. I've never ate at Arby's before. My boyfriend & I got coupons in the mail so we decided to go there on a Friday night. Wait time wasn't so bad but it seemed like there was 1 person working the drive thru, & counter. Kinda sucks for her as an employee. Working retail makes me understand what she's going through. I can't say the same for other customers. We got 2 roast beefs, 2 curly fries, 2 sodas & an order of mozzarella sticks for $9.99. We saved over $9. Thanks to the coupon. When we got home I was reaching in the bag for fries, I put a fry in my mouth, I felt a hair and what do you know? It was a hair. It was thin, curly, and light. I have long, dark, thick hair. So there's no way it was mine. I was grossed out. Luckily I dropped those fries on the floor when I took the fries out of the bag so my boyfriend & I didn't eat those. The roast beef was good. I really liked it. The mozzarella sticks were a hit or miss. Some were good some tasted cold. I can't complain. I'm only giving this place 2 stars for the roast beef. I don't think I will be coming back to this Arby's. Maybe another one. read more

My Arbys experience was great. The food and service were great at this location. The staff members all seemed helpful and friendly The location was clean and inviting. I tried a new sandwich menu item along with some existing favorites. The dining room was open until 10 pm and the drive through is open until 11. Thus is later than other locations. I recommend this Arby's. read more

Terrible, terrible service. I waited at the drive through speaker window for over 5 minutes and never got a response. I drove forward to the window and placed my order for two french dips and a drink. Of course, it took an extremely long time to receive my food. After i arrived home, I discovered that they had put a turnover in the french dip box. Poor service and that manager needs to get a hold on his employees before he looses his business. read more

My husband and I were passing through Riverside on a road trip and decided to stop here. We were rushed for time and a bit stressed out from the long drive. Brenda took our order promptly and attentively but didn't rush us and suggested new items from the menu. She even delivered our food to our table quickly, knowing we were in a rush. As we were eating, a less than desirable customer came in and started giving her grief. We couldn't help but overhear the issue as the customer was blowing things out of proportion. Even though the customer was rude to her for no reason, Brenda remained calm and respectful. Overall, the food was satisfying and the restaurant was clean, but Brenda's customer service stood out the most. If we ever pass through Riverside again, I hope she's working. read more
