I was feeling indecisive about making a dinner choice for tonight, but my friend helpfully suggested this place. Thankfully, it really hit the spot. Archi's Quick Casual is a relatively newer member of the chain of Archi's Thai food restaurants in the Las Vegas valley. It's the closest one yet to me and it offers a twist on their business model by having you order at the counter before sitting down, hence the "quick casual" moniker. It wasn't straightforward to get in at dinnertime though. There are other popular food options nearby, a busy gym anchors this plaza on the southeast corner of Eastern and Serene, and some of the spots are designated as 15 minute parking only. We had to travel to a relatively distant section of the lot to find a spot for my car. Considering that delay, I was happy that our order was prepared and brought out very quickly, preceded by metal cups full of ice and water (plus an extra canister for refills) and metal plates and utensils. With all of that metal, had I not seen the menu and the rather appropriate decor, I would've thought we were getting ready for a Korean meal. Anyway, food talk time! Tom Yum ($5.95), with rice (+$1.95), shrimp (+$2) rather than chicken: delicious traditional sour soup with a rice broth full of herbs, mushrooms, tomatoes, and shrimp. I was just barely able to handle 4 out of 10 for the spicy level, but 3 would've been more comfortable for me. No complaints at all, and I'd love to order this in the future. Pad See Ew ($8.95) with beef: solid version of this dish. Huger flat noodles and beef slices than I normally expect. Everything was browned nicely to impart more flavor. I enjoyed the thin slicing of the Chinese broccoli. My one wish is for more of the sauce flavor. It had the right soy sauce, but not enough of it. Yellow Curry ($9.95) with chicken: rich flavorful broth. Chicken was nice and not rubbery. Veggies were all cooked appropriately, which I greatly appreciated after an encounter with undercooked potatoes at my last Thai food experience. These potatoes were soft but not mushy, and they were seasoned appropriately too. Last but certainly not least, the rice was cooked properly. Thai restaurants are a dime a dozen in Las Vegas and Henderson, but Archi's Quick Casual is one which I'd consider revisiting. I came here to pick up noodles because my friend recommended it. She is a frequent flyer at this establishment, but i was disappointed. She ordered the drunken noodle and i ordered the pad see ew. Her noodle spice level tasted significantly spicier than usual, i felt like I got no spice, and the overall flavor wasnt that great. My roommate also ordered the tom kha soup and was disappointed. The Thai food was actually really tasty and fresh but the amount of food they give you for the price they charge is honestly ridiculous!! There are so many other great Thai restaurants in the city that give you way more value for your money and the food is just as good if not better!! I literally got seven little pieces of beef jerky for almost $14. So sad!! To charge me two dollars for each tiny little piece of beef jerky should be a crime!! And three of the seven pieces were grizzle and fat!! Truly disappointed, and I will never go there again, and I will tell everybody that I know to never go there!! I've been to Archi's 3 times now. This experience was different due to it being a quck and casual. You enter and the menu is propped up into several screens on the left. You choose your proteins and the type of cooking you want done. For this evening, I went with a panage on a level of 5 out of 10 spices with beef. We ordered and sat down. It was a fairly busy evening but still enough spots to find seating. We waited for maybe 10-15minutes and our food came out. So yes it is pretty quick. My panang was really sweet. So they definitely used a generous amount of coconut milk. The spice was perfect for me. I was told they go up to as high as level 25 but its not advertised. 5 out of 10 spices for me was perfect as it retained the taste--surprisingly it was still really sweet. The beef was a little chewy for my taste this go around. They always provide a lot of rice--more than a cup. You definitely get full out of one serving of the food here though. It's share-able but it seems to be made for one serving type. Staff was friendly and initiated conversation. They were welcoming and was attentive. read more

There is another Thai restaurant called Buddha Thai Bistro which is under 500 feet of this place. I've been to both. Undoubtedly, the main thing Archi's does better is the speed of their food. Me and my mom went here an hour before closing. After ordering, or food came out in under 10 minutes! Another reason to choose this place is that the big monitor with the menu in the front is simplistic letting those who don't know anything about Thai food to easily understand what they are ordering. Basically, if you are looking for a more traditional experience, go to Buddha Thai. If you want fast and easy, come here. The food itself was delicious. I ordered the pineapple curry and pad Thai. I appreciate that this place does not charge more for brown rice. My biggest issue is that the potion sizes were on the smaller end compared to other places. read more

I'm loving this quick and casual concept. No need to put your name on a list or wait for a table to open up. Just order at the counter, find yourself a table and someone delivers your food when it's ready. I've dined in numerous times and have ordered take out a few times as well; great experience all around. As for the food, always delicious. The menu is a lot smaller but definitely does not lack in flavor. Everything is made to order so everything is hot and fresh when it reaches your table. The entrees and curries are single servings with a small bowl of rice. The soups and noodles are served by themselves, but you can still order rice on the side for an extra charge if that's your thing. Our go-to's are always shrimp tom yum, tofu panang, spicy basil with beef and pork pad Thai. Can't go wrong with any of these staple dishes. At first I was hesitant about the amount of food I was getting for the price, but I was full after my first time dining there. So I felt I got my money's worth. The employees are friendly, in person and over the phone. They can get busy during the lunch and dinner rush. So be prepared to wait if you arrive within those time frames. It is also located in a busy plaza and parking can sometimes be a pain. This will still be in our rotation for Thai food dinner nights. read more

The menu is bright and colorful and very appealing. Authentic Thai food is what you'll find here! I ordered the basic Beef Pad Thai, spicy level 8! I still added extra spice from their rack & then it was perfect! The pad Thai comes at a great price of $8.95. This price is pretty decent with the proportion size. My gf and I also tried the basil fried rice (delish!), panang Beef (yum!), and the papaya salad. Everything was so fresh and made to order! Tonight I was craving Thai food and my girlfriend suggested we come to this new Thai spot that just opened. Everything we tried was legit. When you first walk in you make a left first to look at the menu and decide what you will be ordering as you walk up to the casier which means they have their operation on point. You can request your spicy level from 1 to 10. I ordered the panang, basil Thai fried rice and papaya salad. My girlfriend ordered the pad Thai. Ah man !!Delicious and satisfied my craving. We ask our waiter how they got the name of the restuarant. The restaurant was name after thier uncle Archie who passed away and he has pass down the family business. ( I believe that's what our kind waiter ,Tommy who is the nephew, said..please correct me if I am wrong) and the reason why its called Quick Casual because they wanted to cater to the Californian and Nevadan lifestyle. read more

This review is purely for service. My wife often takes out here, their food is delicious, and in our opinion, one of the better Thai places. Sunday 06/25/23, I go with a cousin to pick up a take out order my cousins wife placed. We get here give the gentlemen the name the order is under and it's not there. We find out from my wife's cousin that she mistakenly placed the order at their Rainbow location. We tell the gentlemen that we will call the other location and see if we can cancel the order, and apologized. To which he then responded and said that they would not make our order because it was already placed at the other location and they are one company. The other location was nearly 10 miles from where we were. To me, this was handled horribly. I have worked in restaurants for years and managed a few. 2 of which had several locations. This was a very common issue. But we NEVER turned a customer away, simply canceled the other order and remade it. To this day, we had not known there were 2 locations, honest mistake which we told the guy that "helped" us. As a restaurant with more than one location. You have to expect this will happen, and to me, to turn a customer away and force them to drive across town, is ridiculous. Sad because we really do enjoy the food here. But maybe I will have to look elsewhere for our Thai fix. read more

Panang curry is my absolute favorite. It's the best of their curries and really well done. I also love their Tom Kha soup and Chicken Satay. Never have had a bad meal here. I only wish they served mango sticky rice!!! A great casual spot to go and sit down or for take out. They have some beer/wine options, but it's pretty limited. Perfect for a quick lunch break or lunch meetings! Smaller menu but more than a handful to choose from! They have your usual dishes spring rolls, Thai salads and soups, fried rice, pad Thai, basil, spicy eggplant, etc. Dishes come with chicken, pork, beef or tofu - sliced or ground meat - most come with rice. For something sweet you can order drinks like Thai tea, Thai coffee or they have a pandan lemongrass tea like drink, really had to explain what it is but if you like sweet tea then you might like this!! I'm really surprised by the great reviews this restaurant gets. It was very much like a hospital cafeteria: a mix of fast food and "we'll price gauge you for the convenience" (which is I guess what they're going for with "Archi's Quick Casual".) The ambience screams Fast food, but the prices insist "restaurant"! Our waiter was very polite, but the service pace was slow (and there were only 3 tables of people and what appeared to be 3 waitstaff=1 table each according to my observation). I had to ask for refills and silverware (odd for a nearly empty place). The food was as meh as can be imagined. I was with a friend with very different dietary preferences, but we traded to see if either had flavor (mine: medium heat pad kea mow with meat; hers: pad see ew hot and vegetarian). We were disappointed all the way around. This is the first Thai food that I've ever had that I would describe as bland (or hot bland in my friends case, i.e., it burnt your tongue but didn't leave a taste). At best, it tasted like a microwave dinner imitating Thai food. The flavor could likely be improved with fresher spices (namely onion and basil) and more protein (for mine), and perhaps different warming methods to decrease that over-warmed-microwave mouth feel. I ended up taking my food home and eventually tossing it when no one would eat it. Perhaps I caught them on a bad day? But for the prices, I will not be trying again (which is a shame since I frequent their shopping center almost daily to go to the gym). read more

Ally (vegan): The vegan pad Thai is not something I would come back for. I had to ask for it to be made vegan (as you can with any of the other items). The serving size is pretty big, I brought some home. The flavor was not like traditional pad Thai (and after coming back from Thailand itself, it was even more disappointing). Drake: I had red curry, which wasn't terrible, though I wasn't impressed. The curry was more watery than curries I've had from other restaurants, which usually are creamy and very flavorful. Our server was very kind and actually allowed us to try a sample of a traditional thai drink we were thinking about ordering before actually ordering it. Update - we both had stomach pain throughout the night. Tasted good going down though (-2 stars) -------- Pho King was crowded so we figured we would venture out tastebuds to a new restaurant. Thai it is! We were seated promptly. The wait to order our food took a while. There were only 4 tables filled so...not a great start but ok - let's move on to the cuisine We order the spring rolls everywhere we go to in hopes of finding the best one. These were of the better spring rolls we found around Las Vegas. My only complaint was that the middle was cold. Too bad The meals we got were great. See pic. I asked for no peppers but alas they still came. Not a big deal, easy to pick off but it's still a lack of attention on there part. Also with Thai restaurants the sauce is super important. You use the fork to shepherd all the food to the spoon so that you can savor the flavors. The sauce here was average vs abundant. Now while this may seem super critical the QUALITY of the food was fantastic with flaws and all. The veggies were very fresh and main meal was served hot. Speaking of attention we were checked up on 3x while eating. That's great! It definitely makes up for not taking the order right away. So I'm gonna criss cross those two so that it doesn't effect the review. My review reflects 4 stars, taking 1 star away from the cold food and lack of attention. Very minimal damage. Really great Thai place with a decent menu size. It has a pretty authentic taste, though the heat levels could be a little higher (a level 8 I'd say is tolerable, definitely milder than other places). The pineapple fried rice was well seasoned and balanced, but nothing too special about that makes it stand out than other places. Same with the panang curry. The pandan lemongrass is also a great choice of drink, if not on the sweeter side. I would recommend this place as kind of a starter Thai place for those not too familiar with the cuisine. read more

Archi's Quick Casual is the newest member to the Archi's family. I typically go to their location on Rainbow but this location is close to work! Archi's is my favorite Thai restaurant in the valley because their food is delicious and always consistent. They are definitely my go-to. I think this location does a lot of take out orders because whenever I stop by, there are never usually too many people there for lunch. I've gotten take out from here and it was smooth. The only issue we had when we went to sit down for lunch -- we did have a table for 12 people -- and some of our orders took forever to come or they got the wrong orders. So if there is a huge volume of people, expect for them to not be able to keep up properly. My favorite dish at Archi's is their Pad Kea Mow aka Drunken Noodles. I usually order it with chicken and at a spice level 8-10. The dish is super aromatic and has a burst of flavors to it. Noodles are cooked perfectly and each bite is just simply delicious! They also don't skimp out on portions. I typically have to take some to go. The only gripe I have is that they don't offer lunch specials here like they do at their other locations. Not sure why but it would be nice to have that option. Otherwise, good solid place! read more
