Here we have cheese enchiladas, white sands chimichanga, red Chile chimichanga. Food wasn't bad definitely can't complain but the service was something to look for. It took 20 minutes to get one beer and at least the same amount of time for the food. If I can give any suggestions I would tell management the need to speed things up and also check the wood chairs in the jungle room the one my brother sat in was broken and a younger child fell backwards when he sat down at the table next to us. read more

Was excited to try this place . First thing when you are seated is the place smells like a public bathroom. Food had no flavor. Service was okay we where seated way in the back but he did okay checking on us . I never do this but I had to ask them to take my food off it was that bad . ( I only took one bite ) Long sorry short id skip this place and go somewhere else . After a day of furniture shopping with mom we had worked up an appetite. I had my mom pick a genre of food which led us to Arriba's and just happened to be right next door. I had only been to the Arrowhead location a few times more than 7 years ago with my husband. My mom never had been. I remembered their bean dip with there chips. Mmmm It was a beautiful day to sit on the patio. The restaurant itself has quite a bit of seating all over in different sections, including a bar. They do not have many gluten free options nor do they even have a menu with a gluten/vegan section. We made do just fine. Ivan was super cool covering a lot of things and got us seated and started. Steve was our server and was super friendly and helpful. I found out he actually has a twin that works there too! We enjoyed the chips with salsa and bean dip. Nothing very spicy. Most meat and of course corn tortillas and beans are safe. I really like their corn chips. Both salsas and bean dip have flavor, but aren't too spicy. Just enough bite without scaring our toddlers away. The girls and I ordered a Nacho Supreme to share. It was huge. We really enjoyed them. All the flavors were kid friendly. The only other thing we would be able to have are soft tacos. I am not sure how gluten friendly the sauces are. I also ordered the girls a virgin strawberry daiquiri. They really enjoyed! We all left full and satisfied. The cocktails and eating at the restaurant was the girls favorite part. The bathrooms had potty protectors and were clean. My wife and I took 4 of our grandsons out for brunch last Sunday, and we decided to check out Arriba Mexican Grill. We haven't been to one in years, and really weren't sure what to expect. The ambiance of the place is cool. The room we were seated in has a rock wall that wraps around 2 of the sides, and it's a fountain. The water running down the walls gave it a grotto like feel, wish I had one of those in my house! The server was attentive, though clearly overworked. Like so many other businesses these days, Arriba's is desperate for workers. The ones they have, though, are doing a great job. We enjoyed our food and the entire dining experience, and the kids loved it. We will make Arriba Mexican Grill a regular stop from now on. read more

This evening we went to Arriba's and our server Anthony was amazing. We sat for almost an hour chatting and finally ordered. Anthony was patient but checked on us multiple times before we ordered. We never ran out of drinks, and when the food was delivered (by his younger brother) who was also super attentive and polite and made sure the order was right and checked to see if we needed anything. This service was awesome and Anthony also has attentive and has a great personality. The food is great there, but the different is service and Anthony did an awesome job and he is a reason for us to come back. Thanks for a great night Anthony!!! Came here for dinner as a recommendation from our hotel. It was good. Ordered chicken taco and cheese enchilada combination plate. Husband ordered chicken breast with steamed veggies and refried beans. My dinner came out with a chicken tostada instead of a taco and cheese enchilada. It was still really good although wouldn't normally order a tostada. Too messy for restaurant eating. Chips, salsa and bean dip was good. A bit spicy but fresh. This is the 3rd I've written to complain about their service to no avail. Sorry to say I guess the answer is to stop coming here. I love their food but the service sucks. Even the manager walks around slowly doing nothing. The wait staff is in the back instead of out among the patrons. The bartender is grouchy, rude and unfriendly. We waited almost 20 minutes to get a beer. Sorry, but I definitely do not think anyone should waste your time when there are many other places happy to serve you a drink and some good food. read more

We were very disappointed with this restaurant. We have some great Mexican food in Washington state where we are from and we expected to find even better food here. That was not the case. I ordered the chili verde and I'm pretty sure they made it with some sort of gravy, it wasn't an authentic verde sauce. The corn tortillas were warm and wrapped in foil but were starting to get crusty so I could tell they had been sitting under a heat lamp for awhile. I ordered a Margarita on the rocks and it was pretty watered down. Lots of families with small children so the noise level can get pretty high at times. To top it off, the service was very slow and our server was not attentive. We waited for a considerable amount of time to receive our bill and eventually just got up to go to the front and pay. On our way we saw our server and another server sitting in a booth looking at their phones. We will not be back. read more

Went to spend labor day weekend with mother in law. She recommended this place. So we gave it a shot. Son wanted carne asada fries. They didn't have it on menu but they accommodated it for him that was nice on their part. Mu wife had the chile relleno 4 stars. I had the 2 item combo. It was delicious. They serve you beans with chips and salsa. Let me tell you those beans are great. We even took some home. They got a little kick to them. Customer service was great. After my post, I did get a message that one was on back order. If that was the case, pardon me for jumping to conclusions. I'm told one os flying. Went to Arribas for the first time in a very very long time and I gotta say I wasn't disappointed with this location at all. They did a wonderful job with the food. Larae has been absolutely amazing always helping us out and making sure our order turns out perfect and our service is nothing but the best! I tried their French toast and it was amazing. Excellent service from the waitresses, and I appreciate that they wore masks. Unfortunately there was a hair on my plate, masks won't stop that from happening! Further, pancakes were disgusting. Probably bisquick. Every time we are in there they mop the floors while people are dining. Totally unclean and not classy. The smell of the cleaner is a total turn off. We couldn't sit there any longer tonight (good thing we were done with our dinner this time). Along with that we were sitting in a confined area where the cleaning product was very intense. We went on National Margarita Day and it was busy of course. Our server was Luis. He was terrific and very friendly while providing excellent service. He helped me choose between 2 menu items I was torn between. I also appreciate one of the managers overhearing me ask my dining partner how the house flavor was as she brought me a plastic cup full! It is a shame they are willing to lose a customer because someone added $3 to my credit card payment. The food and service were good. I was there with a party of 14 and the server did an awesome job. They didn't add their own gratuity with a large party, which was nice. So, I tipped more than 20% for my part of the bill and someone added an extra $3. Called when I noticed the amount was changed on my bank statement. The manager was supposed to call me back the next day. Never happened. So I have many other options in the neighborhood. read more

This is our second visit within a week at this restaurant. We chose to sit at the bar both times. Both times the bartender seemed to be put out that we sat there. Margaritas are decent. Food is mediocre. I would recommend the taquitos on the app list, they were amazing. We ordered the bacon wrapped shrimp and we both laughed when it arrived. It was a large plate of rice with 6 small shrimp and a piece of bacon on it. The plus was the bacon was very crispy but the bad was the tiny shrimp were jerky.
