Ordered a custom cake for my friend's birthday and they were able to create exactly what I described! I tried to order online at first, but the website wasn't working and hard to navigate-I ended up calling and they were super helpful and asked for details during the design process. When it was time for pick-up the cake they had so many other yummy treats that we couldn't resist trying. The cake itself was so good and moist!

We ordered a Disneyland themed cake for my sister in law's baby shower. We were met with such excitement from the baker and staff! The cake was so perfect and tasted amazing!! We got white cake, half raspberry filling, half lemon. The guests were blown away!! Thank you for helping us make the day special!

Favorite local bakery! They always have the best attention to detail. I went with what they recommended for flavor and filling. I didn't even have to show them a picture, I just described my theme and they NAILED it. Can't wait for our next bday celebration!

We ordered a cake in the morning and it was ready in the afternoon. Aubrey was super helpful. She recommended fillings and frosting that not only looked amazing but tasted delicious Decorations on the cake were very detailed and beautiful. One of the best cakes we've ever had. We also ordered custom sugar cookies that were beautifully decorated. Their customer service was excellent.

Arroyo Grande bakery is my go to bakery. I love that we have a local bakery that can do pretty much anything and make it look amazing and taste great! The bakers have many years of experience and it shows!

As a Central Valley native planning a central coast wedding, I searched for 'wedding cakes near me' and discovered Arroyo Grande Bakery. I'm so glad I did! They did an excellent job on my cake, exceeding my expectations with their decorative skills. I gave them some silk flowers and let them work their magic, resulting in a stunning masterpiece that made my wedding day even more special. Thank you for creating such an unforgettable part of my celebration!

Amazing cakes, pies, cookies, breads and friendly staff keep us coming back. They use high quality ingredients and make their baked goods with a lot of heart. The presentation of the baked goods is pretty impressive as well.

Birthday cake beautifully decorated and delicious too! Thank you Arroyo Grande Bakery!

I order all our occasion cakes here and they've never disappointed. I ordered a chocolate Bavarian cream cake today and my family loved it. They were closed last week so I'm glad they're open this week. The owner is so sweet and talented.

Needed a Yule Log for Christmas and really appreciate I was able to place my order last minute. The result was impressive and festive. It was $90.00.

Our experience was so over-the-top, we asked them to make a birthday cake for our mother.  She was overjoyed with the beauty.  We were thrilled with her joy and with how our experience was/is so incredible. She had sent some pencil sketched drawings with no color before which front that it's hard to picture but ok and in the morning of wedding she shows me a cake that looks like a hot mess! She ended up just making the cake all white with the few simple decorations in the end right before wedding! I paid $650 for this cake and how it looked it should have been no more than a $300 cake. It only served 40 people so small cake to begin with! The revised cake was simple and fine but nothing special or close to what I requested but it worked. Just disappointed it wasn't what I wanted my wedding cake to be. No need to re-invent the wheel!

We stopped by after the weekend up in Paso Robles for wine tasting and SLO town. It was still early so the town was pretty mellow and starting to open up. Well, this place was very lively and packed when we arrived. They have patio seating with some table's available but once you walk inside, the place was packed. All the tables and seat were utilized with people enjoying their meal and a cup of coffee. And a line forming for ordering. I've only had their drinks and pastries but they do offer food. Seeing what was being picked up and taken back to their seats, everything looked amazing. The open sandwiches, a must try next time we're here. But I was there for one thing, the scones. I don't know if they are made on site or from another establishment but let me say, they are fantastic. Everything was very tasty and not dry like some are. There's always a few selection which does sell out fast. I picked up the blueberry, favorite out of them all and a must try. The lemon which was tasty and not overly sweet and the maple syrup. Slightly sweet but not overly. And they're not dry which was the best part. By the time I ordered mine, majority of them were sold out. People must know about this place. Same thing with the town, I'm not sure if it was more locals or visitors that was visiting the place but it was happening. Besides the drinks and food, they also have coffee and teas for purchase as well as apparels. It's a full coffee shop and cafe with great drinks and delicious looking meals. Plus the customers service is top notch with the sweetest staff. Highly recommended stopping by for a meal or even a coffee.

Ordered the Wake Me Up avocado toast. I'd call it the Drain Your Wallet Avocado toast. Got a 5 inch long piece of bread barely any avocado and 2 sliver thin tomatoes and a pile of micro greens. Board was finished with a pile of rosemary sprigs and basil bigger than the toast. All that for $14.50!!! To boot the zucchini bread was dried out completely except for the center. Sorry guys you blew it. Come look for me at Mule.

What should be considered a treat turned out to be a punishment. I got a cherry vanilla cupcake and their version of a DingDong, though it was still a cupcake, so they don't know what they're talking about. The cherry one was the worst. It came topped with a maraschino cherry. The frosting was so artificial that it tasted almost spicy. I didn't even taste the vanilla cupcake because I was so put off by it. Next was the Ding Dong (which was still a cupcake). The chocolate ganache tasted alright. The chocolate cupcake underneath was moist but lacked flavor. To be honest, it tasted like a box mix. The whipped cream filling was skimpy and it had a weird cream cheese flavor even though it had the consistency of whipped cream.
