Beautiful and inviting setting and love the fact they stay open late. After dinner wanted to hang out with lady friends and it was the only place open late. The setting is bright, authentic and takes you away to middle eastern coffee shops. They have a great selection of authentic and original coffee and tea drinks along with amazing dessert options. Definitely come hungry as you need to have room to try their sweets.

I came back for breakfast at 10:30 on a Saturday with the family. It wasn't crowded. No line and we had a choice of many clean tables. The traditional breakfast had a choice of three items. I chose the shashuska and added the manousheh, the seasonal fruity pebbles drink, and biscoff latte. It didn't take very long for the buzzer to ring for pick up. Food tasted fresh and had a good variety of items. Drinks can be very sweet but the kids enjoy them. I wouldn't mind coming back and ordering the items individually. We also came back another day and ordered the sampler with 4 traditional drinks and treats and another refresher & milk pudding. It was great to try them all.

Beautiful cafe with tons of drink options and desserts. I got the palm date drink with oat milk and Yemeni latte this time. Both were delicious with the palm date being on the sweeter side. Matcha lattes and coffee samplers are standard. The Biscoff milk cake was delicious also and fresh. Highly recommend for the hospitality and atmosphere for coffee dates and meet ups.

This has been on my check list to try for a while and I just so happened to be in the area so I decided to give it a try. Was not disappointed. Outside; it seems like any other cafe but as you walk inside you see a whole different ambience and vibe. It's definitely more on the classy/luxury side. I had a Yemeni pistachio cake (Note: it's a wet cake) and the biscoff coffee. It was nice. Quick service and kind people. Give it a try. I will be going back to take some cute pictures with family and friends.

I came here on Father's Day for an afternoon pick me up. The interior is very spacious and they even have games out for customers. The service was friendly and fast. To drink, we ordered the banana latte and the Yemeni latte. We enjoyed both of the drinks and plan on coming back to try their matcha and food options!

It's absolutely packed on weekend mornings. Weekdays would be better if you are looking for a quiet place to study. The space is large and nicely decorated inside with lots of tables and seats. There are board games (Catan) and a prayer room, which is really nice. The fruity pebbles matcha ($10) is a seasonal/limited time drink and has a unique taste, like fruity pebbles cereal milk. I enjoyed it a lot and also appreciated how aestheticly pleasing it looked. The iced salted caramel latte ($9) is also good, but nothing special. Drinks are on the pricier side here, so I don't come here often. It is a nice treat when I am in the area.

There's a sudden rush of yemeni coffee places in bay area and I am on the mission to try them to understand if they live up to they hype and if they are more suited for coffee or chai lovers? So here it goes - Arwa Yemeni has a great ambiance that you will notice as soon as you enter. A very spacious cafe with plenty of seating - individual and large group tables. They also had board games, LED pads and games for kids so pretty family friendly too. Now let's talk about their menu - coffess, teas, matchas, signature middle eastern flavors, baked goods and desserts! The very famous tea is Adeni Tea - comes pretty close to Indian chai. It does have premixed sugar so please ask for a sample before ordering to see if it suits your sugar levels (It goes for all their drinks that have premixed sugar - you can ask for a sample). We asked for sugar to be lowered in our tea pot but I still found it was pretty sweet so just a note! I wanted to try the Jubani coffee but it was sold out so I tried Qishr coffee and it was OK - leaning more towards a bold coffee with less hints of the spices they have mentioned and it was pretty thinned out even with milk. So if watery coffee is your thing, then you will like this but I did not since I'm more of a latte person. I would like to visit this place once again to try their baked items and dessert and see how they are! But 5 stars for presentation of the tea pot with candle lit underneath to keep the tea warm throughout!!

I went for a delightful aromatic traditional Yemini Coffee - Mofawer and I was impressed with the ambiance which blew my socks off. This place needs to be relished not just for having a quick coffee but the ambiance . Marble glazed ceiling and floor. You have to spend at least 30 min here to enjoy the decor and try the samples of traditional coffees and teas . Enjoyed the Kunafa cake too. Lot of variety of traditional pastries and snacks..

In a crowded market, Arwa raises the bar by excelling in all of food, service, & ambiance. You do have to pay for it though. The interior is really gorgeous. The colors & styling are tastefully done; a lot of care was put into every detail. There's plenty of seating, though it can still fill up at peak hours. Feel free to do some work with free Wi-Fi & outlets, or bring a group of friends to chill. The service has been great so far. Everyone is friendly & seems to enjoy their work. Orders never take too long to prepare. As far as drinks, I've only tried a few lattes. But they have all been great. The Pistachio Latte competes well with the other Bay Area contenders. If you want something a bit unique, consider the Sand Dune Latte, flavored with honey, vanilla, & various spices. The food is also enjoyable. I have similar thoughts on the Pistachio Milk Cake as with the Latte. And the Manousheh was a tasty complement to my drink. Although the prices are high, I feel that they are at least justifiable here. There are still many items I want to try, like the more traditional coffee & tea. I hope Arwa continues to succeed so I can ;)

Came here to try it out. Wow this place is very nice inside spacious and lots of tables and decor is very elegant! Ordered their pistachio latte and it was good, more so on the sweet side. Very nice customer service.

This place has been on my list for a long time, and I was so excited to finally try it. DID NOT DISAPPOINT. There's plenty of parking and seating both inside and outside. I love their traditional interior and spacious layout. Drinks: - Salted Caramel (hot): default sweet is perfect and not overpowered, a classic - Sand Dune Latte (iced): cardamom is strong and balanced well with the rest of the drink, perfect sweetness

Came by during the week and it wasn't very busy. The cashier was very friendly and service was pretty quick. I ordered a pistachio matcha latte with oat milk. Before ordering I asked the cashier if it was very sweet, she wasn't sure. Well, the drink was VERY sweet and I probably wouldn't get it again. The inside is very nice and obviously new. Parking was a bit tight and no outside seating.

Pressed Juicery. The spot is clean, the vibes are "bougie-health-goddess," and the staff is actually super chill for a place that sells literal grass in a bottle. I walked in there and felt like I was entering a laboratory for people who never eat bread. The Drink-Down: Greens with Ginger: BOI, that ginger will slap the soul right out of your body. It's spicy, it's fresh, and it'll clear your sinuses faster than a jet engine. The Freeze: If you haven't tried the soft-serve made out of juice, are you even living? It's delicious, it's vegan, and it's basically magic. The Shots: Little tiny bottles of "Immunity" that taste like a battery had a baby with a lemon. I love it. BUT LEMME ASK YOU: Do you go to Pressed and drop $50 on a "Cleanse" that's basically just fancy fruit water, or do you go to the grocery store, buy a bag of kale and a lemon for $4, and throw it in the blender?! Yeah. The math is mathin', and the math says I'm paying a 400% "I'm too lazy to wash my blender" tax. It's DELICIOSO if I do say so myselfo, and I'll definitely be back when I'm feeling fancy or my girlfriend drags me there after a workout... but my wallet is currently screaming in the car. There is not a dedicated parking lot (it is stationed beside an apartment complex), but there is some street parking available in easy walking distance. The servers are friendly and quick, and there is a wide but not overwhelming variety of drink (mostly coffee/espresso and some matcha) and food (cake slices, waffles, and dessert toasts) options available. You can also preorder whole cakes from them. The coffee is decent, but I find that $7 is a little steep for a latte that doesn't really stand out. I can sort of justify it by thinking that I'm also paying for the lovely space to work as well. The desserts are also a bit pricy, at around $10 per piece (and the pieces aren't huge). Overall, I had a pleasant experience here and would absolutely recommend it if you're looking for a place to sit down for a while to read, study, or relax, despite the somewhat pricy menu.

It's been about 2 years since they've opened in Palo Alto, and lines are still out the door even on weekday evenings. Indoor seating is very limited as it's also a popular spot for people who like working from cafes so I'd recommend doing it grab-and-go rather than trying to do a catch up session here. Here's everything I've tried: - Cheese tarts: regular, matcha, taro - Latte: ube matcha - Soft serve: matcha, matcha & ube, matcha & hokkaido milk - Gelato: matcha no.3, matcha no.3 & hokkaido milk This place ain't cheap but so worth it. The cheese tarts definitely add up if you're buying multiple but they're so good - super creamy and flavorful, dont taste artificial at all. Personally I prefer eating them after they've been refrigerated, but some people like baking them so they are bit more gooey and melt in your mouth. Highly highly recommend if you're in the Palo Alto area!!
