I actually really enjoyed this place! I like the fact that I could order without having to really interact with anybody (I have severe anxiety), and I also like the fact that you have a robot deliver your food to you. The prices were reasonable, the food was actually really tasty, and it lasted the ride home. I honestly could write pages and pages about how delicious the tea was; I can't stress enough how good their tea actually is! I will literally be coming here for tea more often than probably food, not to say that the food was not delicious because it was! The food here is great! My son and I picked up some food here the other evening. The digital order pad at the front was easy to use to place our order. We got the curried chicken mei fun, some pan fried dumplings, the trio which included some noodles, hand made buns and rice, Filipino pork sisig and of course a brown sugar boba tea! They were super busy (which was great for them!). The food didn't take too long to cook. They even have this cute little robot that came out and delivered our food to us. I've loved getting delivery from here, but this was the first time I stopped in to see it after it's re-brand. Between the technology and new interior design, it's really nice inside and a great place to eat in. I ordered the spicy garlic wings and general tsos to-go and sat down. I looked at the menu and was reminded how much I love taro milktea and made an additional order. The cashier couldn't have been nicer and confirmed I wanted boba in it. I took a few sips and she checked to sss if I liked it -- definitely did! The food was made to order -- came out fast and hot and I was on my way after 10 minutes. Got home and enjoyed the general tsos a lot -- doesn't taste overcooked and the chicken itself is high quality. The wings were lacking in flavor a bit and not as crispy as I would have liked -- it was my first time getting them and may choose something else next time. I had the pleasure of dining here. The food is nothing special and hardy inspiring but it gets the job done. When you come in, there is this woman named PeiMei that greets you. As soon as you enter, she doesn't take her eyes off of you. She's super enthusiastic about making recommendations, however, I noticed all her recommendations were the most expensive items on the menu. I wanted to pay with a credit card but when she saw cash in my wallet she insisted I give her cash. There is a weird robot that serves you the food after you order. However, I found the robot to have more personality than the owner and other workers at the store. So I see why having a robot waiter makes sense for them. The food arrived nice and hot. I ordered some dumplings and the hibachi shrimp. Usually I hate it when restaurants devein the shrimp because I find that removes a lot of the flavor. I'm happy to report they don't devein the shrimp here. If you want Chinese food, there are better places. If you want Japanese food, Filipino, or Korean food - there are also better places. But if you're confused, don't have a refined palettes, and love the taste of Asian food at the mall - then I highly recommend this restaurant to you! read more

My wife loves the Asian buffalo wings here. Buffalo & honey mixed. I've heard several people rant about them, but I'm not a fan of buffalo sauce. I ordered the bourbon chicken. I've ordered from Asia Kitchen before, but never wrote a review because I just felt like it was regular Asian food, nothing special. However, when I ordered from them on my birthday a week ago, they really went above and beyond. Clearly, we're all quarantining and staying home, so I knew this would be an unusual and, well, weird birthday. My husband and I made plans to take a walk, watch movies, and order food for my birthday, and we decided on Asia Kitchen, since many of the Chinese restaurants nearby have decided to temporarily close during quarantine. When we called, the staff was SO friendly. I talked to two different people, and they couldn't have been nicer. They joked with me, asked me how my day was going, and told me that they hoped I had a wonderful birthday, and (genuinely) thanked me for ordering from them. I ended up ordering orange tofu, and my husband got yellow curry with shrimp. I swear to god, my food tasted like gourmet. The best part: they put three Chinese donuts in with the order and wrote "Thank you and happy birthday" on the bag. I will ALWAYS be loyal to this restaurant, they will now be my go-to when I want Chinese or Thai or hibachi. They are amazing and wonderful and I should always have appreciated them. read more

Maggots + Aggressive Chinese woman. The most bizarre and aggressive restaurant experience I have ever had. We had ordered from this location probably 6-12 times already. We were happy local fans of a local business. The food is mediocre to average, yet close to our neighborhood, and we love to support local business. When we got home, half way through eating, there was a large green/yellow maggot in one of the dishes. We stopped eating immediately and she threw up. We called asking for a refund. We returned the food to the store. After that, "Mimi" called us back, calling us outright-liars, yammering nonsensically about her restaurants "reputation". When I started to speak to respond, she started yelling OVER me. At this point I was hungry, sick to my stomach, and now flabbergasted. I was enjoying my food and had absolutely nothing to gain from returning my food. There is 0 reason why I would want to invent a disgusting bug in my food. Weeks later, after noticing my promised refund was never issued, I called back. I received more INCREDIBLY aggressive treatment from this caustic Chinese woman. I fear retaliation from these aggressive foreigners, but feel I should post to benefit everyone. I am reporting this facility to the County health inspector. read more

Came across this on yelp and decided to stop in for dinner with my husband. I was big into the idea that a kinda Kobe style place was right around the corner. They do Chinese and do hibachi style.. So like kobes you get veg, meat, rice, and a side(salad,egg roll,soup). 30$ for two entrees. My husband got the steak and chicken hibachi dinner with an egg roll, I got vegetable hibachi dinner add tofu and a salad. It comes with a brown sauce which was ok, and a tastier white sauce. So I created an account just to make this post. I've ordered delivery from them about 10-15 times over the last year. After the last two orders, I will not be ordering from them again. Last time I placed an order (maybe 2 months ago) it took them two hours to deliver the food. They forgot half the order. And the food was cold and partially undercooked. Today I ordered again, figuring I'd give them another shot. I placed my order over an hour ago now. I decided to finally call them and see what was up. "Oh we tried to call you." Okay so I changed my phone number over a year ago. I called them and told them when I changed it and had them update it. Every time they assure me it's been updated. And it seemed to be for awhile. But, alas, their system has reverted back to it's old ways. I'll update this when I finally get my food. Upate: So, the food was alright. I finally got it a little over 2 hours after I ordered it. I got the Steak & Chicken Hibachi Grill combo. The steak & chicken didn't really have much flavor at all. It also comes with a ton of veggies, which were very flavorful and quite good, and fried rice, which was also very good. However, for $16 I expect the protein to be the best part. It was not. 2/5 stars for the steak and chicken. I also got orange chicken and general tso's chicken. Both of those were pretty good. 3/5 stars for both of those dishes. Lastly, I got the sesame chicken. Delicious! 4/5. Overall, 2/5. Up your delivery game and this could easily be a 3.5/5 star restaurant. read more
