So I decided to give Natalee Thai another chance after my birthday fiasco but I'll spare you that story. Today I ordered my food so that I could pick it up. From the time I walked in the lady behind the desk was clueless. I tell her my name picking up still clueless, show her my phone now the light is coming on. My order was the only one waiting on the rack and she finally hands over my order. I get in the car begin to eat my pad thai and there it is a long disgusting hair in my food! I immediately call to let them know I found a hair in my food. The lady told me to call Ubereats. I told her Ubereats has nothing to do with this, yes I placed my order through ubereats but I walked in to pick up my own order. She tells me to call Ubereats several times. I explain to her they did not cook my food your kitchen did and it was one of your staff's hair in my food. After explaining this several times she finally apologizes and offers to make a new pad thai. I declined her offers. It would of been nice if she (Bella) the manager would of listened and apologized first instead of telling me to call Ubereats who had nothing to do with a hair being in my food. The papaya salad online via doordash's app had the spice levels greyed out so I couldn't actually make a selection, but it ended up being a mild spice level for me, someone who likes a good heat. I was surprised by the stack of romaine that took up half the box, usually this is just garnish at other restaurants. I decided to give this Natalee Thai a try recently, ordering their version of fried rice (Peasants Pleasure). I had some issues trying to do online ordering since it pretty much required you to add meat which I didn't want to do. So I phoned them and spoke to a guy about what I wanted (NO meat, egg, white onions). Pretty simple. I did clarify I wanted to keep the chopped scallions (which I know some places would read this as no onions whatsoever) so I thought I had made this clear. The guy even repeated back my order twice throughout this call, so I thought this would work out just fine. Managed to grab a spot in the upper outside lot and headed into the bar area where a lady took my payment. When the food came out, I made sure to open the bag and check everything, and I'm glad I did since there was no utensils (or more importantly, cookies). The one guy didn't seem to understand what I mean by cookies until another worker came over and grabbed me two of them. No big deal. I noticed instructions were written on the lid (correctly) so I was looking forward to this meal. I admit, this was good, I finished all of it in one sitting when I wasn't planning on doing so! Thing is, there were NO scallions, which I suppose I would prefer this over keeping some of the ingredients I wanted omitted. I wish the portion was larger (or the price less) since I felt it was too high for what you get, but I did enjoy what I had. Came by here on a whim, The wait staff is very friendly and operate very efficiently. The food is really good. I had the pork, the duck, and the west side wontons and i come back just for the wontons because they're that good. Tried Natalee Thai a few times and so far all the experiences have been good. No incorrect orders or soggy food. Delivery has been on time. Since this is the West Hollywood/ Beverly Hills area portion wise and price will make things seem not worth, but it is what it is. The Pad See Ew has been pretty tasty and their other dishes as well. I do have to say though, that their sticky rice is very sticky and clumped together. It's better to eat right away when it's warm. Their curries are flavorful as well. Perfect with rice, do not opt for sticky rice like me or else it will taste out of place. A little bit spicy, but still very good. Plenty of vegetarian options as well, such as tofu and various vegetables. The food here is very filling. If you're here for lunch they do have pretty decent lunch specials. You just have to watch the time from when you order. Overall it's a decent experience and worth trying their other dishes to come. read more

Natalee Thai restaurant is in a very small strip mall on the corner of Robertson and Olympic Boulevard. The restaurant has a dining area in front and a side dining area with the back dining area that was closed but could be used for a private party. I ordered to go Pad Thai with shrimp, crispy tofu, sticky rice, and mango, along with a Thai Iced Tea. The pad Thai was a generous portion with tasty shrimp. The sauce really enhanced the fried tofu which was fairly light. The sticky rice with mango is one of my favorite desserts. They serve it here with the coconut milk already mixed with the sticky rice. As always, Thai restaurants have the best mango on the planet. All of this was washed down with a delicious Thai Iced Thai. Well done Natalee. read more

Thai was obviously our choice for dinner tonight. The parking was limited but we got lucky and parked on the side street We walked in and wasn't greeted at all, as the wait-help was on the phone taking an order. We just seated ourselves. The place looked clean and spacious with a lot of seating and very little guests. We came in with the intent of just ordering soup, but ended getting Steamed Sole fish, Pad Thai, Thai Chicken, Shrimp Tom Yum Soup and other items. The food came out quickly and was fresh. We all enjoyed the soup, but the Chicken was so so. The Chicken Pad Thai had more tofu than chicken. The Steamed Sole Fish was very spicy but tolerable. We did enjoy the Fried Banana with Coconut Ice Cream and had a little extra left over. Overall, the food was enjoyable and atmosphere pleasant and warm. I've called multiple times and asked the manager to tell them to stop doing this . It's very dangerous as multiple flat tires have occurred as a result of this. It is inconsistent at best and we have, more than once, brought home overcooked duck. It's one of the more, if not the most, expensive item on the menu so it's a double whammy. I love a fried appetizer because of the crunchy texture. I liked the Westside Wontons (4 stars) filled with chicken and shrimp more than the veggie Siam Spring Rolls (3.5 stars). I usually order the Pad Thai (4 stars) with chicken. I preferred the flavor and spiciness of drunken noodles elsewhere over the Monsoon Noodles (3 stars). I liked the shrimp wontons, noodles, and bok choy in the Egg Noodle Wonton Soup (3 stars), but the broth was a tad salty. There's other items on the menu that I would like to try. read more

Natalee Thai is a hot spot in the Pico Robertson Beverly Hills area. The Pad See Ew from Natalee is a bit different here than the usual taste, I think because of their special brown sauce plus greens included in the dish. He's great though, really enjoy it. Rama's Pork Ribs is definitely one of the stats of the show. The ribs are cooked well with a great Thai BBQ glaze on top. I personally enjoyed the Thai BBQ Pork the most. Slices of pork already marinated but they then have a spicy dipping sauce on the side. Loved these pork strips even without the dipping sauce. The pickup line can get long, but Natalee is definitely worth trying. read more
