    Heavenly Combo

Natalee Thai's Pad Thai, Heavenly Combo, and Coconut Juice were delicious. The Pad Thai had the perfect balance of sweet, tangy, and savory. The Heavenly Combo was packed with Wok fried rice, shrimp, chicken, beef, onions, chopped scallions, eggs, tomatoes, peas, carrots, cucumber, and a lime wedge. The fresh coconut was refreshing.

The food was amazing and service was also superb. The ambiance was quaint and feels like home. It was my first time here and so many delicious food. Great for a family and friends gathering.

    Hair in my pad thai

So I decided to give Natalee Thai another chance after my birthday fiasco but I'll spare you that story. Today I ordered my food so that I could pick it up. From the time I walked in the lady behind the desk was clueless. I tell her my name picking up still clueless, show her my phone now the light is coming on. My order was the only one waiting on the rack and she finally hands over my order. I get in the car begin to eat my pad thai and there it is a long disgusting hair in my food! I immediately call to let them know I found a hair in my food. The lady told me to call Ubereats. I told her Ubereats has nothing to do with this, yes I placed my order through ubereats but I walked in to pick up my own order. She tells me to call Ubereats several times. I explain to her they did not cook my food your kitchen did and it was one of your staff's hair in my food. After explaining this several times she finally apologizes and offers to make a new pad thai. I declined her offers. It would of been nice if she (Bella) the manager would of listened and apologized first instead of telling me to call Ubereats who had nothing to do with a hair being in my food. If you're in the mood for thai...DO NOT GO TO NATALEE THAI!

I always have a good experience at this location. Food is always made fresh to order and service is great. Today I ordered take out for lunch. I ordered my usual, pad se ew with shrimp, delicious! This location is never crowded at the times I've dined here (weekday lunch hour). This location is located in a small 2 story shopping plaza. Street parking is usually full but there is a free parking lot. The location is always neat and clean. They also have a bar (their drinks are good as well). Definitely give it a try if you are ever in the area.

I had high hopes for the place. It seems nice, staff are nice. Maybe I have been spoiled by other places, the food here is good. Not great, not write home about, just good. Inside is very nice and clean staff was attentive. The food fell short is what happened here. The crispy pork with Chinese cabbage and as okay. Pork though was so dry! Maybe old, but hope not. Just would not go back again to this place

I really enjoyed this meal. The servers were attentive and nice and the layout of the restaurant was cute and modern and the food had a lot of flavor. The Tom ka (coconut soup) with seafood was amazing! So lemony and the seafood was good. The curry was deep and spiced and the pad see ew was well seasoned and the beef cuts were soft and good.

Love the pad Thai here!! Have been coming here for 2 years now and it never disappoints when I have a Thai craving. Usually service is very quick and it is very casual. I don't think it's ever gotten too busy when I come around 6 pm.

I ordered the Jade Curry and papaya salad to go. The papaya salad online via doordash's app had the spice levels greyed out so I couldn't actually make a selection, but it ended up being a mild spice level for me, someone who likes a good heat. I was surprised by the stack of romaine that took up half the box, usually this is just garnish at other restaurants. The jade curry was flavorful, with good portions of chicken and bamboo.

    Got these instructions correct-

I decided to give this Natalee Thai a try recently, ordering their version of fried rice (Peasants Pleasure). I had some issues trying to do online ordering since it pretty much required you to add meat which I didn't want to do. So I phoned them and spoke to a guy about what I wanted (NO meat, egg, white onions). Pretty simple. I did clarify I wanted to keep the chopped scallions (which I know some places would read this as no onions whatsoever) so I thought I had made this clear. The guy even repeated back my order twice throughout this call, so I thought this would work out just fine. Managed to grab a spot in the upper outside lot and headed into the bar area where a lady took my payment. When the food came out, I made sure to open the bag and check everything, and I'm glad I did since there was no utensils (or more importantly, cookies). The one guy didn't seem to understand what I mean by cookies until another worker came over and grabbed me two of them. No big deal. I noticed instructions were written on the lid (correctly) so I was looking forward to this meal. I admit, this was good, I finished all of it in one sitting when I wasn't planning on doing so! Thing is, there were NO scallions, which I suppose I would prefer this over keeping some of the ingredients I wanted omitted. I wish the portion was larger (or the price less) since I felt it was too high for what you get, but I did enjoy what I had. Seems as though I'll have to order in person on a future visit for them to get it right, but I'm willing to give it a shot-

Came by here on a whim, The wait staff is very friendly and operate very efficiently. The food is really good. I had the pork, the duck, and the west side wontons and i come back just for the wontons because they're that good. I'm not a fan of fried banana but these have changed my mind completely on bananas for desert. Try them and you wont be disappointed. The restaurant is big, clean, and restrooms are big and clean. Place is underrated in my opinion. Try the west side wontons and the fried bananas!

The spring rolls were quite good and quite large

The waitress was taking our orders and what surprised me was with my co-worker ordered the pad see ew and the waitress asked her how spicy she wants it. I was aw shocked. I'm not a Thai food expert but I do know pad see ew is a noodles dish that's offers a sweet soy sauce flavor. Never served spicy. I didn't get to try the dish but when I asked my co worker how it taste she said it was spicy and not sweet at all. I'm not sure that was an authentic pad see ew. I ordered from the lunch menu and got the tumeric chicken, with steamed vegetables and paid extra $7 to substitute for a papaya salad. I asked for #2 spice level but it was not spicy at all. Other co workers said they asked for medium but it was way too spicy. So it looks like their spicy levels are inconsistent. I'm not sure how this restaurant can justify the prices with the quality they are serving. Probably won't be back. Service was mediocre. Didn't offer to refill our waters.
