    Super cold mug for beers
    Cindy D.

I'm going to keep this simple... beer is cold. Frosty mugs are cold. Service is simple and quick. Huge salsa bar to dress all of your tacos. My husband loves the tacos and I just recently tried the flautas and they were delicious. Great place!

We were tired of the expensive expensive tourist trap's restaurants. The employees were happy to be there and had great attitude. The food was delicious.

Food was great. Service was wonderful. The sauce bar had a variety for all tastes. They also have a bar.

The servers were very friendly and attentive. While I absolutely prefer to give restaurants 4 or 5 stars, I will need to try some other dishes with the hopes of upgrading my food review. The enchilada sauce tasted exactly like water thinned tomato sauce with no added spice. The presentation was nice but lacked flavor, and I've eaten a lot of enchiladas in Mexico & the U.S. The barbacoa taco was quite tasty. flavor. The fish taco was a good sized fillet cut of fried fish, again a bit bland with no real punch. The tacos were served on corn or flour tortillas (we had corn) with two green side sauces and some pico de gallo. On the upside, the avocado and chips appetizer was flavorful and a large portion with chopped tomatoes & jalepenos to add spice. I hope to return to try some other dishes, but with so many great low cost restaurants in Cabo I'm not in a rush.

We happen to find this place by chance on our way to the airport. The place was pretty empty when we got there but within the hour it was getting busy - and this is in the middle of the day on a Wednesday ... The food was good, the shrimp tacos and roll tacos were delicious but their asada tacos lacked seasoning and there arrachera was decent at best. The way it works is you order your food, and it doesn't come with any garnish you add that yourself at their bar. There is a variety of toppings including salas, and frijoles you can add. The drinks were really good, and decent in size for the price. Staff is really friendly. The place is big in size and clean. They take debit/ credit. I would recommend giving it a try, and to by understanding it was featured on the FoodNetwork!

As huge DDD and Guy Fieri fans, we knew we had to try Así y Asado to see if they were "the best tacos in town" (Now I didnt get to have too many tacos in Cabo but these were pretty darn good) This is a super casual place and was not crowded despite it being spring break. We started with guacamole (5/5). Simple, spicy great presentation. Arrachera taco (5/5). Excellent meat with good flavor and tortilla was very good Barbacoa taco (4/5). A good taco, didnt know it would come crispy and with the orange tortilla. Salsas (4/5). Some salsas were really good and others were just okay Jericalla (3/5). First time trying this dessert so wasnt sure what to expect Flan (3/5). Just okay. Service (4/5). Pretty good, although I wish our server was a little more helpful and asked if we wanted complementos. Coming from Texas I assumed the tacos would have something on them. Overall: I see why Guy visited Así y Asado. My family messed up and didnt order the "complementos" or sides to add to the tacos and that is totally our fault, so it's hard to judge these tacos based on just meat, tortilla and salsa but from what I got they were very good.

    Sauteed mushrooms and grilled corn

If you're looking for a very casual setting visit this Cantina. We arrived via Uber and were very Happy with our choice. We started with some grilled corn and mushrooms which were delicious. Our meals were steak tacos, ribeye tacos and halibut tacos to the halibut tacos. We love them all.

A casual evening at Asi y Asado

So glad to see our favorite taco spot survived the pandemic and is still grilling up the best tacos in town at a great price. A wide variety of meats and a salas bar to top them off. Everything is fresh. Icy cold beer and a full bar if you want it. Enchiladas are a new and tasty addition to the menu. It's a casual place and we eat here almost every day we're in town either for lunch or dinner. The staff are friendly and efficient. GO HERE! :-) You'll love them.

The live mariachi band was incredibly talented and created the perfect atmosphere for the evening. The staff was welcoming, fun, and professional, making us feel like valued guests from start to finish. Their recommendation to order the appetizer sampler was spot on--the fundido, quesadilla, empanadas, and sopes were all fantastic and perfect for sharing. The carnitas were unbelievably tender and full of flavor, while the sea bass had everyone at the table raving. And just when we thought it couldn't get any better, dessert stole the show! The flan was silky smooth, the churros were warm and crispy, and the tres leches tequila cake was an absolute must-try. To top it all off, the cocktails were creative, beautifully presented, and just as delicious as the food. But that was the end of the positive things as a swarm of flies quickly came to eat the food. Trying to swat them away helped a bit but there was way too many of them. I eventually flagged a waiter down, and he shrugged at the flies. A minute later some candle flame thing came out saying that it will help with the flies but already that was too late as flies were all over the food and I lost my appetite at that point. It was disgusting. I just got up and left. Went to cashier to pay my bill. The cashier also shrugged at my fly incident, and I asked how much it was going to be. Full price. No consideration about bad operating environment and since they knew about the fly issue they didnt setup before food was served to control it better. Even after bringing it up again in detail, she shrugged again. No sorry or anything, just a brush off. Then to make it even worse she asked if I wanted to tip the service. I was in there for a few minutes, staff didnt help quickly or even pre-empt the fly issue, and I'm being asked to pay full price. Sorry but no thanks. How did this place get on the Michelin list? Service poor. Environment poor. Zero or negative star rating for me.
