Lousy service in short. Friday: walk in to pick up my online order. Sat 10 minutes at the front of the store, no one paid attention. I signaled one employee, he said 1 minute, then went to serve another customer who was there already. Sunday: armed with an appointment, walk in the store only to find an employee who didn't even know about the existence of iCloud backup restore. Gave me a bunch of inaccurate info then set up my new phone wrong. Had to reset and start over. Never, ever visiting a store again. read more

What a joke! I went in on a Saturday to purchase a new IPhone 12. I went through the process of choosing the color and was told that it would need to be ordered because they don't have it in stock. I was told that an order would be placed on February 3rd or 4th and it should take a day or two for the phone to arrive. I agreed to that and continued the process. Then I was told that it looks like this could be delivered to me the next day between 2 and 4 pm. Great! I completed the process and purchased the phone. I was told that it should be delivered as stated above and the "Expert" would be able to activate and do any information transfer from my old phone to the new one. Shortly after I received a confirmation text as well as emails stating that my delivery schedule has been confirmed. On Sunday morning I received emails and text message messages that "we are still on track with your contactless delivery and set up by 4 pm". By 3:22 pm I received a text that they were running late and would update me by 4:30. By 5 pm I received a text stating that they were sorry that they could not deliver my phone and sent me a hyperlink to reschedule my appointment. The link did not work. I called this store and was told that unfortunately there was nothing they could do and that I had to call I.Enjoy who is the third party company they use to deliver the phone. I called them and was told that the order was still in process which is why it was cancelled (????). I didn't (and still don't) understand why that was since the phone was paid for and ordered at the store so what was left to process? I rescheduled it for Tuesday 6-8 pm and was told that the order should be delivered and that it should not be cancelled again. SURPRISE!!!! After making arrangements at work to be home in time for the delivery I receive a text at 7:30 pm staying that they were sorry that they could not deliver my phone and that I need to reschedule...AGAIN! I called this particular store again and was told that I had to come down to the store so that they could access my account. So I went to the store only to be told that there was nothing they could do. I was asked to open my AT&T app which I don't use so I had to download it. The reason for doing this I was told was so that I could track my order. I don't understand the need when I am receiving texts that my order is on the way. The girl proceeded to tell me that "his is a patience thing" because she had to had to wait three weeks for her phone (not my fault nor my problem). I asked why the phone couldn't be delivered to this store to be picked up but apparently it is a liability for them to do that. She also said that Apple is not sending inventory to their stores but Miguel told me on Saturday that they were placing an order on the 3rd or 4th (???). After all was said and done I was left with the feeling that it's not their problem even though they were the ones who guaranteed that I would receive my phone the next day. Oh...and she said they don't guarantee anything. Please spare me the "We value your feedback and hope that your next visit will be a better one" response because when you set an expectation with your customers and fail to deliver that is what would be expected moving forward. read more

AT&T quoted us a price of $99.95 per month for the combination of television, landline telephone, and internet. After that, they proceeded to raise the price significantly and repeatedly from month to month. There was no phone service for the first month because lines were out of order. By the third month, the bill had gone to $192 per month. We cancelled service and Spectrum bought out our contract, so we thought. The AT&T contract stated an early termination fee of $380, and we sent a check for that amount to AT&T. We then discovered that this was for DirectTV, and more money was demanded by AT&T. Watch out for this company. Calling customer service will get you a different person each time, and each one tells you something different. You could be on hold for as long as 45 to 60 minutes. read more

Purchased new Samsung 9 on line and qualified to turn in my older Samsung in for $200 to go towards the bill or another item purchase. Went to this particular AT&T store and an employee, Fernando said, from the direction of his manager; that I couldn't put it towards the bill and I'd get only $40 back for my old phone. Then tried to lie to me by telling me that I qualify for $160 that I'd have to spend in their store today only. Hum! $40 for my old phone + $160 for something that was not worth spending on. They weren't about to help me honesyly so I went to the Brea store and they gave me what was promised from my purchase on line. read more

Don't even bother calling or coming here, it'll be a waste of your time. Like many others have said, no one picks up the phone. I happened to be in the area so I dropped in and Javier greeted me at the door. Literally standing an inch away from the door and within 30 seconds of me explaining what I wanted to do, he practically shot me down and said I could do everything online. When I asked if anything I needed can be done within the store (just to clarify), his automatic response was flat out NO. Love how I made an appointment and there was someone to help me right on time. Thanks to German V. He was the one that helped me. He is great!!!He exceeded my expectations. He was so helpful. I loved the service and I left with 3 new phones 2 for my daughters and one for me for my Birthday. It took long but also it didn't feel like because he took care of every little detail from backing up our phones and let me know the good deals. I was in today because I needed assistance to help explain how the Direct TV Streaming works before I make the commitment to transition from the AT&T service that I currently am using. There was one service representative and no other customers in the store. The woman representative did not have her name tag on so I unfortunately did not get her name. I asked her to explain the different options and what I would be getting. She would not show me my options and just relied on telling me verbally so I had a difficult time following her. She neglected to show me the different plans and became irate with me because I kept asking her questions. I got up and walked out and as I was leaving told her I was displeased with her customer service behavior. She followed me out of the store as I told her I would be contacting her manager. She said "f--k you" to me and said she was on her lunch break and was doing me the favor of helping me. I was appalled by her unprofessionalism. It was the worst experience I've ever had. I travelled to the AT&T store in Brea and told them about my experience. They were amazing and walked me through step by step how the streaming works and gave me a brochure explaining the 4 choices and pricing. I HATE this store. The last time I went in there I left with blood boiling. I thought, well the jerk who "helped" me last time is probably gone by now so I will try it again. WRONG!!. I had some DirecTV boxes to return and was told by my salesperson at the retail outlet to take them to this location because they are a corporate location. There had been 1 other box to return by UPS and I had done that last week. Now this person in the Fullerton store keeps insisting that I have to take this to UPS also. Now I am being told 2 different things. The real problem boils down to NOT GIVING A SHIT! How do these clowns keep their jobs?? The correct solution would have been, "Let me see how I can help you". "Maybe I can order the boxes for you". "I am sure we can straighten this out here at the store level". Nope, none of the above. Could be the worst customer service ever. Funny whenever I have to interact with them on the phone they always end the conversation with "thank you for choosing AT&T. I didn't choose you fuck head. Tell me my other choices?? Update: I went in this past week. This time it was for my own account. I had been frustrated with the customer service provided via the AT&T customer service line. I was considering switching to T-Mobile, particularly for their international plan. I remembered how helpful Alejandra was with my parents, and decided to give AT&T another chance. She was once again extremely helpful and patient. So much so, I ended up keeping AT&T and adding a line. AT&T is really fortunate to have her as an employee! read more

Worst experience don't ever go there. These guys are big liars. I went to the this store on sunday and they told me that as they cant get the credit check done on sunday I have to come some other day. I again went today. I actually went to sign a 2yr contract for Iph 6 plus for my wife and add her to my plan. The guy first apologized that they turned us down the other day so they are offering us the phone free but we have to shop for the accessories equal to the upfront downpayment for 2yr contract i.e. $300. I thought that was amazing and we did get accessories for $300. When i came home and tried to activate the phone it asked me to agree to the 30 month at&t next contract which has $0 downpayment. So he actually made us shop for $300 saying that I talked to my manager and we are offering you this deal because of the inconvenience caused the other day and instead of getting a 24month plan he sold us a 30month plan. I will be going back tomorrow to return everything to this place. Never going back there again. Dont waste your time guys. These people are big liars. read more

They were trying to sell me a huge plan. The android they were trying to sell me wasnt even on stock. I left unsatisfied. I went to this store to get internet installed at my place and I made a order to do so and they forget to add a installation person to my order . Then I called back waiting for someone to come to my place on the date that they put and no one showed up. I called and complained and all they can say is sorry and someone messed up on my order . These guys seem to not do there job correctly and just stand around talking all day when I came in . Make sure what u order and u buy is what u get because some of these associates seem like they know what there doing but don't in actuality . Came in one weekend to pick up a new phone when we were offered a tablet for free, just had to pay sales tax. We declined at first because we simply didn't need it. We already had an iPad. The salesman kept offering so nonchalantly, saying all we had to do was pay the sales tax. And that was it. So me and my husband looked at each other and thought, ok sure, we can give this away as a gift. So we looked at the salesman, and said sure, we'll give it away as a gift to someone. Well he processed the order for the new phone and tablet in complete silence after that which I thought was both rude and awkward. I gave him the benefit of the doubt and assumed he was just concentrating. Days later I get the tablet in the mail and notice a phone number on the box. I was confused so I called customer service. I was told that a whole new line was opened! I was furious. Luckily I canceled before the billing period otherwise I would have been stuck in a contract. This salesperson clearly kept his mouth shut to make a sale. I went in to return the tablet. I explained the situation and apparently this salesperson has a track record for not fully explaining or telling customers about this or that, simply to makes his sales commission. So I return the tablet only to be told there is a restocking fee! They refused to waive it. I not only paid $25 in sales tax but I also paid a $25 restocking fee. So I gave them $50 for free. Complete jerks. I've been with AT&T for over 10 years, never to have a problem. Only to be screwed over. Does my loyalty and good payment history with no history of complaining mean nothing to them?! The answer is this..... Means absolutely nothing. My advice, don't EVER accept what your being offered when first spoken to. Take the information home with you and do your research. Otherwise they'll trap you. Very disappointed with this whole situation. read more

last month they had a buy one iwatch get one free, i called from apple store to inquire of this. i was told pay taxes only on both watches one gets billed to my att account. great deal we left went there git both watches salesman Javier paid had some problem with one watch cause that last one in white shiwed not in inventory si had to switch to another one. so i get my billing i see three watches on there snd two billed on monthly fees. i went there and javier deducted the thurd watch off account i guess we will see next month bill. i tokd him he failed to mention second iwatch would be billed each month and when billed paid then follow month it is credited back. i told himif he had mentioned that process i would had walked away from the deal. cause he had said second watch pay taxes only, but he denied failing to tell me he claims he did. i spoke to manager but as always make excuses only customer gets shafted then they are polite of telling you sorry we screwed you. this store in past has been involved in scams so heware on question them when buying here. no one is honest there Javier swore up n down when i mentioned previous scam raid they had a few years ago he acknowledged it and said i sm upfront. yeah okay like his version of upfront then gets upset when you confront him with this and walks away from customer. read more

Horrible experience at this place. And this is the corporate store!?!? Unbelievable!!! Walked in and was never greeted and helped. I stood there for 10 minutes hoping for a service or at least a greeting but was never helped. There's was 5 staff looking at a computer and then 2 more walked in to the break room and noticed they were all on break. Finally I had to ask for some help and the guy gave us a dirty look like we were distracting him from whatever they were doing in the computer. I wanted to fix my wireless plan and my phone contract and he wasn't very helpful at all. He basically told us there's no other option. We just walked out right after, and went to another att store at euclid by the 5 freeway. We were eagerly greeted by 3 people there and my wife ended up buying an iPhone 6 plus with a lot of help. This place never stops amazing me at the poor service it gives. They are not honest with their customers. Nothing is ever simple and they NEVER disclose all the extra costs. [This all occured in the last 2 months] My mom wanted a smart phone so I upgraded mine to a iPhone 6 and handed down my iPhone 5 to my wife and then gave my mom her iPhone 5c. I was told it would raise my bill $25 to make the payment on my new phone. Then when the bill came I saw I had lost the $15 phones when I handed them down and they were now costing me $40 each. My bill ended up being $100 more a month now. Went in and talked to the manager and he basically said "oops, He should have told you that. Oh well" This time they just flat out lied about the cost of adding Digital life. When I was in to get the phone for my mom, the sales guy asked if I was interested in getting digital life alarm system. He said the cost was $49.00 a month with a backyard camera. He also said he could get both our uVerse bill ($207mo) & Digital life bill down to $160 a month total for both. I wasn't sure so I left but after talking it over with my wife we figured it was a good deal. So I went back and talkedt to a store manager and she said the same thing so I signed up for it. That was May 14th, 2015. I went back and of course the 2 people I talked too were not there. The sales girl said she would give the manager my phone number and he would straighten out my bill. Well I never heard back from them, so I went in today to talk to them because my Didgital Life bill is $62.99 (More suprise fees) again and my uVerse was $207 for this month. Once again I got the standard "oops, He should have told you that. We never bundel Digital Life & uVerse" What? So I said I wanted to cancel it. I would not have ordered it If it was going to cost me this much! He said it would cost me $750 to cancel the contract (Something else they forgot to mention). So now I am screwed and my monthly bills jumped over $200 a month. Anybody know a good laywer? read more

Customer service FAIL!!!! I went into this store last week for an upgrade. When I got there, it took about 20-25 min. before someone helped me. I told the guy I was there for an upgrade and the type of phone I wanted he said they didn't have it in stock. Even though I had called before I headed to the store, just to make sure they had the phone in stock which they said they did and plenty. The guy just gave me the run around about the phone and never even checked my plan to give me any other options. I've been a loyal customer for over a decade and I have an unlimited plan. I just couldn't believe the lack of customer service to an existing customer! This store is not about the people that chose to stay with AT&T and almost lost a customer if it wasn't for Larry at the Brea store!! This AT&T location always gets the job done for my fiancé and I.. primarily due to the hard work and great customer service provided by an employee named BRIDGET!..she tends to work wonders for us in every way (aka her nickname 'wonder-woman!). If we have any issues with billing..when we need new products/phone upgrades etc, she is always down to earth and honest,and does a good job holding our business to ATT..we like to come back to this location just for her personal advice,and positive outcomes regarding our phone service. Let me start off by saying that I've been a customer with AT&T for 13 years. Went in last week for my early upgrade. I had ordered my new phone (Samsung S5 in Copper Gold -- Sorry, Apple, I've been an iPhone user since the beginning but your lame new product releases have left me needing so much more in a phone) online at att.com, waited only about an hour for it to be ready & then picked it up at this store (Yay for not having to wait for delivery!). Richie was my Sales Rep. He was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable. He showed me some products that he recommended go along with my new phone (Samsung Gear 2 -- super cool & a tempered glass screen protector from BodyGuardz -- very useful), but I appreciated that he didn't go all high pressure sales on me when I politely declined either of them. I was in & out of the store in 30 mins! Couldn't be happier with my new phone & overall experience in the store. Highly recommend Richie. This store is a little hard to find. It's a small store right next to Payless Shoes (close to Target). Had a good selection of cases & accessories (over-priced, but convenient). Plenty of friendly employees to assist customers. I don't have a need to go in to an AT&T store often, but I'd have no problem returning to this one. I remain a happy customer. :) read more

But today Jacquilyn helped me. She's the only Asian girl there you can't miss her! She was awesome. not only made me feel wanted (which not every store does...
