    Waited over 5 hours for an AT&T tech. to arrive at my home for a scheduled appointment Very poor service!!!!!!!

Looks it up, and with a straight face says it's $575+ OR cheaper with their "membership" which is 30 something a month. Huh? Other option is a non-official replacement glass which is still $280+ without a membership, less with. I don't need or want a membership! Hard sell. Finally said okay I'll take the off brand. Goes in the back, then says they are out of those! So my only option is to pay over $575 for a new screen when I KNOW other places charge less than a third of that? Nope. The guy said this all with a straight face and they are chain, obviously pushing these memberships. Guess what- just went to Batteries Plus on Santa Rosa and paid $94 for the genuine screen! This plus must think people are stupid.

I have reported it OVER & OVER & OVER to t-Mobile and have gotten no resolution. I JUST learned (10 YEARS LATER) by a t-Mobile repair rep that t-Mobile has inadequate cell tower coverage to this zip code and there are no new towers planned at this time. I was also told that no repairs had ever been attempted and that this was the first one. I was told when I reported it 10,000 times before that they were checking, THEY WEREN'T because they already knew the issue was lack of sufficient cell towers. The problem is the person on the other end of the phone hears our connection cutting in and out like popcorn. So, FYI all you folks out there with the same problem, THIS IS THE REASON. Also, t-mobile is pushing 5G internet service, NOPE, 94952 area code, the connection IS BEYOND BAD. The REALLY BAD PART is that most of these cell phone carriers in Petaluma have crap service, so select your price with this in mind.

I was not aware that when I canceled, I would be charged for a full month after my cancellation day. Since I canceled two days after the next monthly billing cycle, I was required to pay for 28 days that I would not use. When I asked if there was a way that they could prorate the last bill, they said that we don't do that. They also added late charges to the bill and refused to removed them. I told them that when I called to cancel, it was a perfect time to offer a family plan for my hubby and I. Not only would they have retained a loyal customer, but they would have made more business and wouldn't have gotten a bad Yelp review from me right now. This was a missed opportunity for them!
