We had a really smooth and pleasant experience at the AT&T store in Almaden Valley. There's ample parking available all around the store (lot of spaces next to Whole Foods et al), which makes visiting convenient even on a busy day. We stopped by on a Saturday evening, and although there were only a couple of associates working at the time, the wait was very reasonable to be about 5 minutes. Ramon assisted us and was fantastic from start to finish. He was extremely patient with all of our questions and took the time to walk us through everything thoroughly. Ramon did an excellent job explaining our billing details and upgrade options in depth, ensuring we fully understood our choices. His patience, kindness, and willingness to help really stood out and made the entire experience stress-free. Overall, a great customer service experience. This store isn't a "real" AT&T store but is an affiliate of some kind. The store representative was working with a "a customer" and speaking Spanish. They were talking for a while and I just asked if the location would be able to port a number for me and then she said this location is only for Spanish Speaking and I need to go elsewhere. I am all for multi-lingual but I have never heard of an AT&T store for Spanish speaking only. read more

This really is the best AT&T store to be helped at! I needed to return a phone and all the other AT&T stores told me they couldn't help and I had to do it. Previous to this I need to exchange my phone for another phone w physical memory and the couldn't be bothered to help. The same young man who helped me get the phone I needed as well as return the one I didn't want just now, just made it happen and did so quickly. That is customer service. I applied to this location recently with the impression, that I was hired with an offer letter from Alvaro the manager. I had a second interview with his District Manager Tish however there was miscommunication on there end I've given them everything they requested. I felt I was treated unfairly and this business as an indirect location is very unprofessional if you want to apply I wouldn't recommend it based upon misleadings and untruthful people. Too bad I cant take them to court for false misleadings and misinformation. read more

Store was clean, simple and small. My husband and I needed help switching from two individual first net accounts to one shared family plan. The man who helped us was patient, thorough and efficient. He answered all of our questions and we left the store satisfied with our service. It was the easiest and most pleasant store visit I've ever had. I'm not a big fan of this particular store. Earlier today, I came in to get the iPhone 13, to my surprise, only 1/3 employees on the floor was wearing a mask. While I was talking to one, in the attempt of getting an updated phone, the other female working put her mask on (2 female workers, both with masks on at this point). It was a pretty concerning that the male employee wasn't wearing his mask. Back to the service - I assume the ladies working were in training, as they didn't really speak to me but scanned my ID. One even stayed seated, right next to her. There was a little over 5 minutes of silence, as something had come up and rather than update me on what was going on, showed her coworkers instead. Apparently, there was an issue with my name not being the primary account holder, although I'm an authorized user. They said I had to call the primary account holder to get authorization to upgrade my phone and to have the person call 611. I stayed in the store to wait a little bit longer for an update, while looking around at phone cases and popsockets. I never received any type of update nor any follow up to ask if they could assist me with anything else, when I was clearly looking at phone cases and popsockets. Customer service doesn't seem to be a priority here, so I left and said I'd come back. I spoke to my friend who came with me, to see if maybe I was reading into the situation or something, but he said he felt the same way too. It's also interesting that they didn't want to provide any type of help while I was looking at other products - even if I wasn't able to get a phone today, there still could have been a sale on other products. I ended up going to another AT&T store, less than a mile away and their customer service was so much better. I advise everyone to head over to another location unless you don't mind bad customer service. read more

Service is the worst!!! And staff are not polite. We waited for More Than 20mins, and nothing was done to activate simm card. Staff was sitting around, waiting for one person in the shop who supposedly knows what to do? I asked for refund, so we can go to our meeting, and they say, absolutely NO refund!!! I went to other store before, and I was confused about the plans and didn't get the one I wanted. Polly understands what I need and helps me immediately. I went in to get my son a new sim card for his iPhone. Ramon helped us and he was very friendly and professional from the moment we walked in. My son got what he needed, then I ended up upgrading to an iPhone 14 at no extra charge! Ramon explained everything in detail, so it was an easy decision. Ramon helped transfer all my data, put on a new screen and helped with deciding what charger was best - all with no pressure. He spent a lot of time on us -patiently answering all of our questions. I walk-in the store with my kids to add service to their Apple Watch SE, and they weren't even aware that's a service they offer, they simply decline with lack of training arguments like, even though the watch meant to work stand alone, I must have an iPhone for them to work, after a year this feature has been available. I went in there with what I wanted in mind to purchase. two medium end phones for my old landline and one for my dad 85 who lived in another state and they could not have been more helpful, they were training a new young lady and she was also just very attentive bright very willing to learn and showing her CS skills. I had a really positive experience and the value was also exactly what I expected and they gave me some options and opportunities I didn't even know that existed so highly positive with this experience and I had gone to another AT&T closer to Home Depot and it had decent customerservice. I just didn't really trust what they were saying to me and then after I look at certain things I had a reason not to trust what they were saying. However, this location the location manager, training manager and the new employee were absolutely wonderful. I can't give them a five stars because it wasn't free:) read more
