I've been here on several occasions, even purchasing my last two iPhones here. My recent iPhone 8 purchase took longer then I had planned. Mostly due to lengthy sales pitches for their bundled plans, which I wasn't interested in. The manager, after seeing me there with my sales rep for sometime, figured she'd double the pressure by putting in her 2 cents worth...to no avail. They seem to have a hard time taking no for an answer, and I still walked away with only what I originally came in for, a new phone. read more

Worst of the worst, horrible staff, unsatisfying customer service. Came in the store on Friday and all what I see two poorly trained employees struggling, having no clue how to help customers. I arrived at 3:30 and had to wait for 2 hours and a half to meet with an employee who showed no interest to solve my little tiny problem, 30 minutes later a manager showed up and that was a start for a shit show. Long story short, I will never do business at this location anymore and I advice this post readers not to do so either. Your awful behavior as an att&t representative made me cancel my services with att&t and switch my 3 lines to Verizon; they at least respect their customers, solve their issue, and have a bill that is the same every single month unlike att&t and their extra charge on bills. This place has really bad customer service! Jonathan the manager is the most unprofessional person! He came out yelling at my dad saying he didn't own the store and all this other stuff when we questioned both of us not being able to go in at the same time since we have a family plan. Went in to correct a mistake that they have continued to make on my phone plan, the manager pushes all his customers to his workers who don't know anything and continues to answer with "I do not know" They all stare at each other for answers that no of them have and don't want to do anything to figure out there mistake. If I could give this store 0 stars I would I got service from The Valencia store over a year ago I was promised some credits In return for a number of lines and a contract it has been over a year back and forth with the regional manager and the GM of the store and up to today I have not received anything. After a while my emails just got ignored. however I'm moving forward to corporate as I'm not going to stop until I get what I was I promised I have it on paper here are some of the emails just so you all be aware this store will promised you credits that will never be added to your account stay way from this store and maybe and stay away from att att unfortunately I'm stock with a two year contract and very long process I have to deal with. read more

I HATE shopping for phones and switching companies but after having nothing but horrible service with Sprint for 2 years I decided to go to this store and see what they could offer. We went on a Saturday first and the wait was over an hour so we left. I highly suggest making an appt online. I went back Tues morning and Eugene helped me. He listened to my concerns and told me what they could offer me. When it was still a little more than I could afford he took the time to look into a few other packages from AT&T and was able to get me into 5 iPhones and 2 iPad for less that I was paying at sprint. When I told him I needed to discuss it with my husband he never pressured me and gave me his number if I had questions. When I called him later to tell him I wanted to proceed he had everything ready when we got there. He helped set up all of the devices and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I had one of the best experiences I have ever had in an AT&T retail store at this very store! I was in from Nashville for work and I went in and worked with Claudia. She was polite, knowledgeable, and caring. She listened very well. She explained several products and services that I didn't even know about yet. I spoke with her manager, Alejandro, and he was also very pleasant. I told him to get her promoted!! The worst customer service in the world you can wait three hours before anybody would even ask you if anything!

My phone completely died on me. I had no choice but to replace it. I walked into a nearly empty store. Two of the employees were serving 2 other customers. I walked up to a lady adding price labels onto a wall and asked her if I could sign in to which she replied, I'll be with you in a few minutes with an annoyed look on her face as if I was putting her out. I later learned that Brittney, the woman with the dirty look on her face, is the assistant manager. There was another woman in the store who appeared to be quite busy, I learned she was the manger, and I was impressed as Monday is her day off, and yet, there she was busily rushing to get things done for her store on a Monday. I finally had my name added to the queue, I was the first one on the list. After about a 5 minute wait, Eugene came over to assist me with purchasing a new phone, and he was wonderful. As we sat there working out all the details, people began to flood in, one after the other, until there were 9 people in the queue waiting to be helped. Eugene and another gentlemen were providing great customer service not only to the customers they were working with, myself included, but also to all the new customers walking in the door, adding their names to the queue and letting them know someone would be with them shortly. Sadly, the store seemed to be completely under staffed, as the waiting list was at least an hour long within 15 minutes of my arrival, with only 2 employees actually working and it being a week before Christmas. The other sad part was that Brittney, the assistant manager, hid in the back of the store. She did not bother to come out to help the 2 employees or the 9 customers waiting for service. This is NOT good customer service, and why as a manger, you don't see the needs of your store, your employees and your customers and run to their aid is unbelievable. If not for Eugene, I would never step foot in this store again. Great job Eugene and your fellow co-worker, (don't know his name), horrible job Brittney. Be a leader and lead by example... Put your customer FIRST. If I were AT&T Eugene would be the assistant manager and Brittney would be looking for a new job, where hopefully she doesn't work with customers. read more

If you want clerk service and be asked zero questions about what you have for TV, and everything ATT offers, please ask for DEYON! I did not receive a text as usual after a transaction in store so in that case I'm going on here and expressing my mediocre experience at the Valencia store on 2-19-19 around 11:45AM. Came in with my wife to upgrade her phone. Common, right? Said what I wanted, guy brought it out, went through the upgrade process, signed terms, paid, and that's it. Quick and easy right? Yes absolutely, but not for a company who promotes "Just okay is not okay" I'm their ad campaign.. there was a lot missed, and nothing hurts a business more than missed opportunity. Here's what Deyon missed: EVERYTHING. Not that a give a fuhck because I wasn't the one on the clock failing to do what my job description entitles, but I know ATT cares. I work for a company where I don't need TV or internet or phone service from ATT, and I already have ten lines on my account. Not much opportunity there, but I had my wife with me, who needed services and my parents down at Starbucks who move in to new home and need home services. All he needed to do was ask or just TRY to have a conversation.. My wife attempted to have a conversation with Deyon by pointing out his new shoes, because she works for Nike and holds launch events. She threw the question out there because it was awkwardly silent, and we both work in customer service. He said he got them early, that was it.. like woah bro you're cool that's a general release. And that was.. It! Awkward silence again. My wife recently started her own business and is looking to invest her time in it full time real soon. She is currently recruiting people in the area, but people who are passionate (Lol we would never hire Deyon). Point is, we need business lines apart from my personal account for the few employees we already have and planning to add! We've got quotes from Verizon, just wanted to hold off until we weigh all our options but clearly we're choosing Verizon. Fast forward, I paid for the iPhone, Deyon hands me receipt, slides phone down to me, and uhh.. I guess we're done here? No set up? Was I wasting your time? Walking to the door is now gone? I do have to say he did ask me if we wanted accessories, again great clerk lol I left so turned off that we went right across the street to apple and bought more phones, they actually offered trade ins, and bought myself an Apple Watch before we headed over to Verizon. I think there's plenty of places that need talent but there's people taking up those positions who lack effort. Maybe this doesn't reflect ATT as a company, but certainly this location and this "sales consultant". Please, just be better at what you do. There's always room for improvement. And if not, JCPenney's is hiring, or you could be a valet and park my Tesla next time. read more

Amazing customer service What a difference a location makes. After a horrific experience at another att store we were treated so well st this location by the manager Angie. We also were helped tremendously by the regional manager Mark. He went well beyond to help my daughter and made a huge difference in our view of ATT If you ever have any issues I highly recommend going to the Valencia Blvd location and working with Angie and Mark and his quality of customer service and compassion with what we had to deal with from the other store kept us as a customer with ATT. I will never visit this AT&T again. Deceptive representative lied to get us to purchase a tablet that we did not want our need. It looked like a great deal based on what he told us, but ALWAYS read the fine print. Avoid this place at all cost. Its not worth the headache. Put my name on the waiting list and after 15 minutes of waiting one of the employees comes out to say that Jonathan the manager said they are closed and done taking customers one hour before their posted business hours. Really? Is this what you call customer service? At least offer to make an appointment for another day! Won't be back here and definitely considering AT&T as my phone service provider. AT&T has the worst customer Serviss ever! The people in the store are nice but when you call in because they messes up again on the bill they will just screw it up again. This happened with our phones, cable and internet and office phones and internet. Clearly this is how they run there business. When we left AT&T the gave us our refund than for 3 months we got a bill. Hours on the phone each time to tell us don't worry it is fine. Than 3 months later we were sent to collections by both AT&T and direct tv. We ended up paying double our last month with them. There reason Wes we lost our discount because we left. Not only did he painlessly get my son added on my plan, he took a look at my plan and offered options for me to save more money. As a single mom on a limited budget, this meant the world to me. After walking in on a Saturday morning without an appointment, we were happily greeted by a nice man named Tareek who put our name in the system. After about 30-40 of waiting, we were greeted by Eugene!! We were just there to look into upgrading our phones. He was super helpful and make us aware of all of the sales on iPhones and what kind of discounts AT&T was offering at the time. He walked us through everything and was so patient with our questions and helped us with switching over our information from the old phones to the new phones. It was a long visit but Eugene really made it so easy, he was super friendly and super helpful and even brought us bottles of water!! He really made this visit painless!!! Thanks Eugene!! read more

Dear AT&T, With the anticipation for the iPhone 5 being "the biggest thing to happen to the iphone since the iphone" you'd think that you would plan their shipments according to the hype. It might be wise to look at the projected numbers sold, plan a little better, and make sure that you have your merchandise in stores so that your customers are happy. I'm sure you're trying to build the hype even more... but having to wait 3 weeks to even order it online?? Give me a break. Keep in mind the iphone has been out for a few weeks now.. Sigh. This place always gives us great service. Came in and worked with Corina who was super awesome! Felt bad since we went in right before closing on Christmas Eve but she still helped us out with a smile and made our experience great. My husband and I went in just to get new phones and not only did she make it a simple and smooth process for that but she also helped us fix our cable plan which was super beneficial to us so we truly appreciated the recommendations she gave.
