No help at all. Our service person seemed brand new and needed to get clarification or an explanation from others for every little question we had. Just to change our plan from one to another took 3 hours. No phones were added no new lines just a plan. We ended up with a problem with our new plan and went back the next day. The next person we talked to said we couldn't be helped and if we have a complaint to call the customer service. (We got your money, so tough Sh!# ) was the attitude. Horrible Customer Service! I went into this store a few days ago (Thursday evening) to inquire about fixing the screen protector on my phone ,which was broke ,that was purchased from AT&T. Due to COVID procedures we are supposed to check in at the store and then wait outside, which I proceeded to do. There were 3 people in front of me and one couple that came after me. After waiting about 55 mins or so, a guy was about to walk in and asked me and the couple after me what the Proto-call was, and we explained he needed to check in first and they would call his name outside. Everyone before me was seen and I was next. Robert ( the worker at AT&T) came out and called the guy who checked in last to go in. I informed Robert once the customer had walked in that he had just checked in about 5 mins prior and that myself and the couple next to me had been waiting almost 1 hour. He looked at me and said "well that's what the system says, I can ask him if he wants to come out". Robert went inside and helped that customer. The couple in line behind me was so upset that they went straight to there car and left. I waited another 15-20 mins outside to get called in. Once inside the store I asked Robert how AT&T trains them to handle these situations if there is a error with the technology and a customer brings it up to them. He proceeded to tell me that "he would only do something about that situation if one of his work colleagues brought it to his attention". I then asked him, "so what you are saying is that because you had not one but 3 customers making you aware of the situation, it means nothing because it's not one of your work colleagues?" He said yes. I am extremely disappointed in the training of the employees at this location. I have been to other stores and have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service training. read more

The worst AT&T store ever. Josh lied to me about my phone. He said my phone was a 128G, but instead sold me a 64G. Wow! Thanks Josh. You don't have to cheat people, just because you don't have anymore 128G in stock. That's definitely terrible service. I plan on cancelling my service because of this. Went in to have new phone synced with info from old phone & discuss issue with Uverse. Angie was incredibly patient, got things righted with Uverse, and did all one person can to make new phone as easy to use as previous model. This is the ATT store you want to visit in Santa Clarita. The one by Lowe's doesn't seem to have same level of "get'er done". read more

Very disappointed in the customer service. I waited for assistance and was approached by an employee after a few minutes. He asked me to move to one of the tables and I sat down. Then he said excuse me while I "queue" up theses customers over here. He then proceeded to help the customers who came in after me. I waited thinking he was greeting them but this was not the case. After a few minutes I realized he was ditching me. This is not how you treat customers. I went up to the employee and told him in a firm angry tone that this customer service was unacceptable. An assistant manager, Tino Perez, intervened and asked to speak with me. We walked outside. He defended his employee. There was no empathy for me, the customer, and NO apology. DO NOT BUY ANY CASES/ screens here. My husband went into buy a heavy duty phone case and expressed to employee he worked construction. He did not listen at all to him and sold him a screen protector. Went to put it on his phone and could not believe it. Went back to return and was told since we opened the box they can't take it back. Asked to speak to manager and the person who sold it to me happen to be the manager. All he said was sorry, I can't do anything. This store is a complete joke. I am new to this Yelp thing but the AWESOME experience we had yesterday at this particular AT&T store could NOT go unnoticed. First of let me start by saying this, I had been a Verizon costumer for the past 15 years and NOT once have I ever received such excellent customer service not just yesterday but the previous day as well, I had been out of contract with Verizon for over 2 years and finally decided it was time to upgrade from my Iphone 4S to something newer. I had gotten online to check out phones and plans since this whole thing of Unlimited data NO longer exist, I end up chatting with someone online for some questions Not to impress in how pushy She was when I specifically ask for help in regards a phone and plan packages to give me an idea of what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. I honestly like to deal with people face to face not over a computer, with that being said on 3/11/2015 I made a quick stop by the AT&T store and was approach by a representative named Gonzalo super funny guy Yet very professional dude knows his stuff, I explain to him my situation and I asked tons of questions on which he had an answer to every single one of them. He then proceed to give me different scenarios as far is plans phones etc to see what would be the best fit. Yesterday after work I stopped by the Verizon store just to gather some information so I could compare, but I must say the guy the help me didn't even introduce himself He was NOT so helpful till I said I'm up for an upgrade then his direct question was have you decided which phone you want? At the point I had it, I was hoping he would said well let me show you what we have or at least ask is there any phone in mind the you might want etc but NOPE. I left and said let me go home and look online to see which phone I want. Anyways thru out the day yesterday base on the information I have gotten from Gonzalo I did a little research on the phones to compare which one I wanted it and decided on the Note Edge, I called Gonzalo to make sure he was working since I had originally started to deal with him, My boyfriend and I went back last night and we didn't end up getting just my phone but 2 additional ones so 3 phones in total a family plan, He was so helpful and explain every single detail from how the insurance works etc. etc. The manager Chris was also very nice and helpful when my boyfriend was in one side of the store looking at the IPHONE and I was looking at the NOTE while Gonzalo was explaining to my boyfriend some of the new features Chris was in the floor giving me info about the phone that I'll be taking home and how much fun I was going to have with it, I call that team work. I must say ONE NEW happy costumer experiences like this make anything worth it. All this negative comments must come from impatience people I understand it can be frustrating to wait but as the saying goes GOOD things come to those who wait . My advice to you all is if you are going to make a purchase, or whatever it is your doing do some research before the will make everything much easier in both sides. I came into the store and purchased a brand new iPhone 6s for my mom, I left the store for 2 mins and came back because my mom wanted the 6s plus. They told me that in order for them to change it, they would have to charge a $35 restocking fee!! FOR WHAT? I had left the store for 2 mins!!!The rude manager MELANIE didn't even take a second to find a solution, she just said she wouldn't be able to change the phone without charging the $35 restocking fee!! As long as MELANIE is the manager, I will never step foot into this store again. Who hired this small minded individual anyways? There were 7 att staff and 4 customer groups. 2 groups, including me, waited for over 30 minutes. I don't understand.

I'm only giving them a five star for Eugene, he is the only one I go to to deal with anything in regards to mine or my moms phone. He's been helping us forever and I go in pretty often whether it's getting a new phone, questions about our plan, and adding a line, anything. I was in a tight spot and came in and Eugene unfortunately wasn't working, so someone else had to help me, left mad because I was just screwed because my phone had gotten stolen and the new guy told me there was nothing he or I could do unless I bought a phone completely upfront..that's $600+ on the spot. Came in yesterday when I finally had money to just pay for a new phone up front, Eugene was there and helped me out a whole lot. He's always been mine and my moms life saver and he deals with both our crazy personalities so well. I've definitely learned if I have to go in and he's not there I'm just gonna leave and not even bother. Honestly I don't know what I would do or my mother if he didn't work there anymore. read more

Worst customer service. Exchanged 2 charging cables (even exchange). The guy screwed up and thought he owed us a refund. We were honest and explained why he didn't. (Now looking back i should have kept my mouth shut and let them refund me because I should be compensated for the 2+ months of calling I've had to do with AT&T!) We also had questions regarding issues with our U-Verse and DirecTV accounts. We were told they could easily assist with this but we would have to wait to be helped. It was over a 30 minute wait but we figured it was worth it so agreed to wait. As we started explaining to the rep what had been going on the assistant manager Adam jumped in and said he would take ownership of this issue. However, he told us because it was a Sunday he couldn't handle it now but would immediately follow up Monday and at the very least shoot me a text it was being looked into even if it wasn't resolved. They took pictures of my drivers license, wrote down all contact info and took our pin number giving them authorization to speak on our behalf. Monday came and went and no text or call. I called Wednesday and spoke with the manager Melanie who knew nothing and was completely useless and lacked customer service skills. I explained my frustration with never getting called back from the main customer customer service line and tech guys and now from Adam. She swore up and down she would call the next day. Now it's Thursday and no call. (Let me also mention Adam told me he was the store manager. It wasn't until days later I found out he is Assistant Manager) I call tonight and it takes an hour for someone just to answer. Melanie left for the night. So adam takes the call and starts out completely rude. Keeps telling me to stop yelling, calm down etc when I wasn't yelling. Then tells me that he didn't have to help me, was only voluntarily helping to be nice. That he's busy with iPhone 7 contracts so that's why I don't get a follow up so I need to understand that. That I need to understand they deal with thousands of people and I'm not an important issue to follow up with. Wow is all I can say. And honestly idiotic. We have wireless too and if he just looked at our account we're both due for upgrades and we were looking at the iPhone the day we went in! Great sales technique! Oh wait that's right he heard we were there about an issue with an existing uverse account which doesn't get him any bonus or help meet sales goals so he said the quickest thing to get me out of the store so he could move on and that was that he would follow up tomorrow. So not only is my uverse account screwed up its clearly time to take my wireless business elsewhere. Absolutely deplorable customer service. Disgusting! I will be filing a formal corporate complaint for how it was handled and what was said. Oh and I was denied any information for management above Melanie. Take my advise and go to the att off bouquet. GG helped us over the span of three days. We were forced to switch providers due to coverage limitations-sprint (15+years). This was a mess given the number of phones and garbage that goes with. GG was so patient and easy to deal with. He has been there 11 years and knows everything there is to know. We aren't super happy to switch but if I needed ATT service I would only see him. Went back to this store to reactivate my cell after having the screen repaired a few weeks ago. I had an appointment but waited outside for 45 minutes. Finally helped by Javier. Right away he tried to sell me Internet and all ATT products, I said I just want my cell reactivated. He went to get a Sim card for it....came back with bad news...."I cannot activate this phone". I asked why not. "It's too old". WTH....I've had this phone not even a year...it's been activated by ATT up until 3 weeks ago. Sorry , you need to buy a newer phone. (Funny cuz they had activated a really old cell phone for me 3 weeks ago while my cell was being repaired, HOW was that one not too old?) HAH! That's the sales pitch, scam! I DON'T THINK SO! I took my phone & left! Sorry I'm no dummy!! I immediately went to the ATT store on Bouquet,.... welcomed into the store right away phone activated, no problem, no upsell. No lies told.....I guess some stores have to lie to make a sale....meet their quotas at all (customers) costs! No morals!! I came in a couple of weeks ago to add my son onto my plan. Zach was extremely helpful and walked us through all of our options and explained everything in detail. Not only did he painlessly get my son added on my plan, he took a look at my plan and offered options for me to save more money. As a single mom on a limited budget, this meant the world to me. We needed to transfer my wife's phone plan to my family plan. We went in and a lady helped us saying there were a few steps we needed to do first. Okay fine we did them and went back. We were being helped by Jonathan and he was very rude and clearly did not care about helping us. He did the minimal effort possible and was making rude remarks the whole time. Furthermore we found out that we needed to contact ATT's business phone department to take care of the whole thing, which they failed to tell us the first time. Misrepresentation!! I normally don't write bad reviews, but this one is necessary. I have been a customer of At&t for over 10 years (wireless and Uverse). I went to upgrade my phone at the Valencia store near Kohls and the representative GG assisted me. I explained I was interested in the Samsung S21 promotion. He said let me make sure you qualify and I gave him my info and he said "I do qualify for the promotion". He wrote down on a piece of paper my current plan and cost, and what it would cost for the upgrade. The new phone would be a credit to my bill with my trade in, so it would be at no cost to me, but my bill would go up approximately $20.00 a month, approximately $600.00 for the term of the plan. I explained to GG the rep. that I don't need all the bells and whistles ex. HBO Max, that he said came with the phone. I asked him several times is this the only way I can get this promotion and he said YES. Well, he bold faced LIED. I called customer service today for another issue and decided to asked are there different promotions online than what the store is offering and was told no. I also called the store where GG works & asked the lady who answered do I need to change my plan if I have unlimited calls, etc for the promotion and she said no. The customer service rep. I spoke with on the phone looked at my account and said I qualify for the promotion and I don't need to change my plan. With all the At&t commercials advertising getting you the best plan this rep. Mr. GG chose to lie. It's awful that now I have to question if I am being lied to when I speak to anyone at At&t. read more

After many years as a Verizon customer we began experiencing numerous, frequent dropped calls. Verizon tech representatives confirmed we were in a zone subject to poor service. We went to an AT&T store in Valencia and Alejandro Flores took excellent care of us. He helped us switch to AT&T and got us a great deal on new phones. He made sure our new phones were working and transferred all of our information from our old phones. All at a great price including all of the accessories. What a great buying experience !!! I went to AT&T Valencia and I was approach by sales rep by the name of Gonzalo (GG) with friendly attitude. I wasn't ready to purchase anything and he wasn't pushy but he did give me several options on upgrades and ways to get the new phones, I do have unlimited data, I was afraid to loose my data package. He review my account and reassure me that share plan would be a better plan. Gonzalo has patience cause I had lots of questions because he did mention NEXT program, because of his knowledge of I decided to upgrade 2 of my phones. I moved from woodland hills and I usually go to the Apple store to get phones but Gonzalo made my experience pleasant and comfortable. I will be returning to See Gonzalo for my wireless needs, also he mention home services, which he asked me to bring my time warner bill to compare apples to apples. He told me "in this day in age, products and services are always changing, so let me give you a second pair of eyes to make sure you have what suits your needs at no cost to you and you make the decision what's best for YOU, because at the end of the day it's you that matters. A HUGE thank you to GG for your patience as I can be one stubborn person who "WAS" attach to unlimited old data plan. read more

I purchased a new iPhone 12 pro max and received it over the weekend. I transferred all my info but my apps weren't completely loading among a few other things that kept me from being able to use my new phone. I went to this AT&T locations today and Jonathan the manager approached me the minute we opened the door as if we were a burden. He had a condescending attitude from the get go. He did not want to assist us and instead made me feel foolish. I have been an iPhone user for 12 years, since the inception. I've also been an AT&T customer for over 20 years. I'm not an idiot that doesn't know how to use my phone. Since covid started it's very hard to get any kind of customer services. They act as if you are some kind of villain. What happened to kindness/helpfulness, that's what they are getting paid for. I am really considering changing all four of our lines to another provider. This is not acceptable!! read more

I came in last night at 7:30 (they close at 9pm) to purchase an iPhone 6. I waited for about 10-15 minutes while other customers were being helped, which was fine. When I was approached by Tyler, the customer service rep, he immediately got the ball rolling and got me set up with a new phone effortlessly. He showed me their decent selection of cases and screen protectors, and gave me a 10% discount if I purchased the 3 items at that time. He even installed my screen protector for me (the invisible shield) with their machine in the back. I was in a great mood the whole time and the process was super easy! Unlike past experiences at other AT&T stores, I had no issues at all and was in and out of the place by 8:30 with my new phone in hand! this store has the BEST customer service I have ever received from a wireless store ever. I am a long time 15 year customer from Verizon and decided to transfer over 2 lines and also look into U-verse and internet. Sara helped me, my wife and me inlaws out and made everything so simple and actually made us feel very comfortable and gave us her undivided attention. btw it was crazy busy because it was 7pm on Friday but the way she helped us it felt like 11am on a Tuesday. not pushy very helpful and actually caring. very rare. we added 2 more lines to my family plan..got 2 new iphone 6s. and also got U-verse and internet..save a lot of money for us. had to go back the following monday just to trade in another phone for store credit and sarah was off the clock but still went out of her way to make sure we were taken care of again and linked us with Andre who was awesome as well. another great employee that was caring and didn't rush us out of the store. the manager was very helpful and I made sure I told him about how well sara and andre helped us.
