This is a great spot if you're looking for fresh, healthy food. The ingredients really stand out, everything tastes vibrant, flavorful, and thoughtfully prepared. They have a nice variety of healthy options that make it easy to enjoy a wholesome meal. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that it can be a bit pricey, but the quality of the food makes it worth it. Overall, a reliable spot for fresh, tasty, and health-conscious dining.

The restaurant is attractive, clean and well lit. Note that service is slow as everything on the menu is made from scratch. The food is quite good. Prices reflect that this is a trendy, health-conscious Mediterranean shop so be aware that an appetizer and bowl will cost $30 or more (per person) for lunch. The vegetables, quinoa, hummus, falafel and baba ghanoush were all fresh and delicious. Our lunch was a really nice treat. All in all it was a very good experience.

Stopped to pick up a quick dinner before heading to my grandson's soccer game. Everything is so fresh! Lots of great thinks on the menu. I went with the mango chicken and goat cheese salad. Yum! I'm going to try the Salmon Plate next time.

I went here with one of my friends for her very late birthday dinner! I've never been here but I've seen this place at other locations around  & I was excited to try it. Honestly, obsessed! I loved it! It tasted so clean & fresh! I also didn't feel overly full after, which was amazing! I ordered the Mediterranean Bowl. I loved the falafel in this!!! The bowl itself was full of flavor. There was a lot going on in it like kale, hummus, carrots, cabbage, eggplant, raisins, etc etc etc. but it all went very well together! Every bowl comes with a little gluten free cheesebread ball & I haven't been able to think about anything else honestly. It was amazing! So cheesy, perfect texture. I would have never guessed these were gluten free but I'm obsessed! My friend ordered the peanut tofu bowl. She said the tofu was flavored really well & she loved the mango salsa & cabbage salad on this dish! All the flavors in this dish worked really well together. We also ordered the baked sweet potato bites. I'm not sure what seasonings they put on this but WOW! I like sweet potatoes in general but these are amazing even without the sauce! The jalapeno dressing was a little spicy, so I had to dip it in moderation. I'm actually so excited to go back to this place & try their shakes, acai bowls, and other delicious looking items on their menu. I'm not gluten free, but such a great hidden gem for all the gluten free people out there! I cannot wait to go back!

We have come to this location more times than I could begin to count. The more time that has passed, the more disappointed we have become. While the food is fresh and delicious, the serving size has continued to shrink unbelievably. To add to the frustration, I swear, it is a miracle to actually receive a CORRECT order. Wrong dressing. Requested toppings to be left off are on and substitutions just ignored - even though it's printed clearly on the receipt. Now I remember why our visits here have gotten farther and farther apart. This review is substantially different than my first...

Yum! One of the healthiest places to eat around! He by mistake, put carrots instead of pesto, wild mushrooms, but they promptly gave me a side of the mushrooms, so everything was perfect. I could eat here for breakfast, lunch and dinner, hands-down!!

The food is fresh and delicious. Service is always professional and greets guests. This is a healthy place to have a nice alternative to eating in and cooking your own Mediterranean. Yum! The menus are bright and easy to read. Lots and lots of different drink options as well.

They all were so good that we couldn't agree on a favorite. Breakfast burrito and ube pancakes for mains. The burrito was STUFFED with delicious chorizo, cheese, egg, and veggies. Wrapped in a super large tortilla then grilled for crispy exterior. Served with a fantastic salsa with hints chipotle heat. Great flavor but not so much that it buries the flavor. The ube pancakes were also incredible. Four large, lightly crisped cakes topped with ube whipped cream, blueberries, blueberry syrup drizzle, and a mint sprig. First bite was so good that I didn't talk for at least five minutes, so I could shovel in more and more. They came with a side of syrup, but it was definitely not needed. I'll certainly be back to try more menu items, but it'll be hard to resist temptation of the burrito. If you've eaten here before, it's probably time to go back - if you've never been here, it's time to go... now!

Five locations and they have not lost a step. The menu is simple and does not need to be anything else. Plenty of omelette options, solid sides, and the star of the show: the Heavenly Hot Cakes. The name is not marketing fluff, it earns every word. Light, airy, and unlike any pancake you will find at a generic breakfast chain. Their secret, sour cream folded into the batter. Whatever they are doing, it works! We ordered a single stack, two Heavenly Hot Cakes, and paired it with a side of strawberries and Nutella, scrambled eggs, and home fried potatoes. The bacon came out crispy to perfection, exactly as requested, no more no less. The strawberries and Nutella alongside the pancakes was an indulgent combination that I have zero regrets about. Portions are generous and the prices are more than fair for what you get. Staff was friendly and the place fills up fast on weekends, so join the waitlist before you leave home. Do not show up and hope for the best. Five stars. A Utah breakfast institution that continues to earn it.

From was I saw I feel like the restaurant was generally clean and in good shape. The menu has a lot of options in both sweet or savory breakfast foods. The pancakes and syrup were good. I had a Mediterranean omelet and it was massive, I was so shocked by the sheer size of it. It was good, I ordered thinking I like Mediterranean food in other situations so why not try it in an omelet. My husband enjoyed his food and my kids did too. It does take a bit more time than some other breakfast and their menu says that is due to items being made fresh so I can appreciate the effort to set expectations at a proper level. Our waitress did a great job and balanced checking in regularly without passing by too frequently.

The crowd here feels very local, which I always take as a good sign. The vibe is casual and unpretentious. Staff was friendly, though not particularly attentive, something to keep in mind if you are in a hurry. Now, the pancakes. I went with the apple pancakes, and the moment they hit the table, the smell alone almost sold me. Warm cinnamon, sweet apple, the whole thing. They arrive as a generous stack and they are beautiful. That said, they are extremely sweet, more dessert than breakfast if I am being honest. If you have a serious sweet tooth, you will be in heaven. If you are like me and prefer something more balanced, just know what you are getting into. The menu description does not fully prepare you for the sugar level. Here is a tip: share a combo. Pairing the pancakes with eggs and bacon or sausage cuts through the sweetness and gives you a much more complete meal. I asked for crispy bacon and they nailed it, which honestly earns some serious points in my book. Portions are large and prices are fair for what you get. Best value is definitely in the combo options, even better if you share. The wait list is worth joining as you get close, just as a precaution on busier mornings. Three stars. A dependable, no-frills breakfast spot that does what it sets out to do. Not trying to reinvent the wheel, and it does not need to.
