took my 2019 Q7 in for service i still had 50k service from audi care so i booked my appointment 7 days ago before the 62k mile cut off of the audi care and today was the earliest appointment they had to do my service. now that its at 62,400 miles they didn't accept my audi care. which is total BS! worst dealership i have been too. came here to have a better experience and it was worse and a waste of time. I called another audi dealership and they are accepting my audi care even if it went slight over the 62k miles. read more

I purchased a car directly from the "sales manager" Alessandro. I came from out of town (hour away) and was told by him before I purchased the car that he would throw in some weather tech floor mats. I paid the asking price for the car and as we were signing the paper work he told me I'd have to come back to pick up the mats as he needed to order them. A week later I called to see if the mats came in and he told me that they were going to take longer to arrive. 6 weeks later I still hadn't heard from him. I called him one morning to ask for the status of the mats and he said "they should be in, I'll check and call you back". He DIDNT call me back the rest of the day. I then called him again the following day and told him my frustrations. I told him it felt like he was lying about the mats and felt like he was stringing me along. There was zero communication from him after I bought the car. It felt like once I was out the door, my business didn't matter anymore. I asked him if he understood where I was coming from. He said "kinda". He didn't apologize at all. Frustrated I told him forget it I don't want the mats anymore. I just wanted to move on and just enjoy my new car and not be angry about it any longer. He then told me "I ordered them a month ago and sent them to your house , they should be there soon". (He never asked for my current address to ship to and originally told me he ordered them to Audi Livermore. Feels like this was not true) 4 weeks have passed since my last conversation with him and almost 3 months since I purchased the car and still no mats. He never reached out again to see if I received them. I've never ordered something that has taken 3 months. These mats are in stock on every website online. (Weather tech, ford, amazon). Worst of all I have 2 young children and they accidentally stained the carpets in the backseat where the mats should've been. I will not purchase another vehicle through here and hope this comment makes others not purchase anything from here also. read more

Purchased a brand new vehicle from them around Christmas, spent a pretty penny, got all the bells and whistles, service package, extended warranty, you name it. I know how dealerships work so everyone was happy on the back end from the sales associate, the sales manager, the finance manager. My son convinced me to get our first Audi instead of the tradition of Mercedes and up to this point the experience was good. We were walked to the merchandise section to give us some congratulatory gear (an audi keychain, couple audi hats / shirts) but the items were locked up unfortunately and most staff had left as they were about to close, so was told to come back anytime. Stopped by today (my fault for coming months later but life happens) to learn that everyone who helped us has been fired (ouch) and because this was not written down anywhere it cannot be honored, with a "sorry can't help you." Lesson learned, and I hope you also learn that it's about the principal, those items could have been bought to support the dealership had you treated my family and I differently, but now I cannot refer anyone to you, or to this company, you just lost dollars over pennies. Should have stuck to Mercedes, but while I have this I will be going to any Audi dealership but Livermore. Thanks for your appreciation. read more

I went there for a test drive of Q4 etron. I told the dealer that I would only do a test drive that day and would come next time to buy. Then, the dealer asked me to take a u-turn and return back after the first exit as he had other clients to sell the car. I mentioned this to his colleagues. They offered me to schedule another test drive session but I decided not to go there. Instead, I went to Audi Oakland. The folks there were more professional. Probably, not everyone at Audi Livermore are unprofessional but I had a very unprofessional experience. Update: Their reply said that they could not match my profile with their record. I do not remember the date but should be early to mid Feb. Also, after that unprofessional behavior, your colleague Alessandro had proposed to reschedule the test drive. To lighten the environment, he showed me his tattoo from Torino after I told him that I studied there and he told me that his family hails from there. read more

I had been wanting an Audi for a long time now but wasn't sure I could afford it. One day Jen contacted me about a brand new Q3, everything I wanted on it, deal I couldn't pass up. I went in thinking if it all went well I would purchase it. Jen was absolutely Amazing, and even better, the salesman James. Best car salesman I've ever came across. I don't like dealerships, I will do whatever I can to deal with them as little as possible and told them from the beginning, be straight up with me. However, the finance guy, Carlos, was the only one there (I already had my own loan, he just wanted to sell me something extra). I pray no one, in my situation, ever has to deal with that man in life. I first told him, I don't want to be bullshitted and please don't waste my time, not only did he straight up lie to me, he used his, "waste time by drawing attention from the numbers I just told u" for 10 mins, when I came back to the number he initially said he told me I made it up. Not only is he a liar but he gas lighted me saying I'm the crazy one, that I was lying and I made all those numbers up! I started to walk out but if it wasn't for James I would have never bought from there. So I hope you are lucky enough to get James as your salesman and pray that you don't have to deal with Carlos. I am going to start off by saying that Audi Livermore probably had the most fair and competitive prices. I was on the hunt for an Audi E-tron and had priced out 4 different dealerships before deciding to make the 1.5 hr drive out to Livermore. Every dealership had such a an outrageous markup. I think the worst was Audi Rocklin with a 15k dealership markup. I had found a reasonably priced e tron online at Audi Livermore and submitted an interest. I got called the next morning and was set up with Jose. He took care of everything from the beginning. Constantly keeping me in the loop and sending videos of the vehicle. I felt that he was a very honest and trustworthy person from my initial encounters with him over the phone. Once I got to the dealership, I felt even better about the purchase because it wasn't the typical car dealership salesman trying to sell you something. The complete opposite of the dog eat dog ambiance with the salesman at the other dealerships I went too. The due bills were taken care of within a timely manner and even weeks after my purchase, Jose still checks in with me to ensure everything is good. My next Audi will be with Jose, even if it's an 1.5 hr drive from my home. I would highly recommend him and this dealership. read more

2 starts only because of the service dept. I never had issues with their service dept and they were always professional and took good care of me. The sales dept is another story. When I went in, all I saw were people on their phones and watching stuff on youtube. I went to sell my car back to them, set an appoint for following saturday and communicated over text. I go in and they low-ball the sh*t out of me. I got $6k more from Jason Anderson at Hendricks (East Bay Mini) - go there if you're selling your vehicle. Message to Management - You have to understand that consumers are slightly smarter than you think. Don't disrespect them and waste their time. You have lost a customer for life; I will never endorse this place and steer them elsewhere. read more

Service has been great! I would give an extra star but they do not wash cars. Considering they wash them when you buy them, not sure why they are no longer doing so other than people saying it's due to saving water. So i brought my audi to this dealership because the underbody cover was sagging a bit. I was querying about the repair quote. They needed to put the car on a lift to check it out and give some estimate. Makes sense. Then they said they would need to charge me $125 to lift the car and tell me the estimate. Right, uh huh...i need to pay you to tell me how much you should charge me? Good service, Audi. Ended up taking my car to Perf Autowerks and they looked at the problem on the spot and furthermore, spent a few mins to just replace a grommet and trim some excess off and it was FREE. Update They didn't left me any messages about my experience of course. Instead they called and told me that there's an urgent safety recall on my car and I need to come to fix it asap. So I did. I booked an appointment, was on time, waited for 15 minutes of course because the only manager was on a call. When they finally found time for me they told that it's not an actual Audi recall. They just wanted to offer me this motion for Audi service that tracks your car's location. And funny thing is that I already have this service for more than a year. And at this point I already know what to expect from these people, and I'm just quietly telling this lady that it took me 20 minutes to get there, 15 min wait, and 20 to get back home. That they wasted an hour of my time just to try to sell me a subscription that I already have. And I see in her eyes that she doesn't care. She's just waiting when I leave the moment she learned that I have this service, she lost any interest. Yeah, someone very special manages this dealership because people don't do this kind of stuff.
