Sometimes we decide to get a new car, and other times we're forced to find a new automobile after experiencing an accident that totals our previous car. This is exactly what happened to me, and I did plenty of online research before deciding which type of car I would like to test drive. When I arrived at the Audi North Atlanta dealership and walked inside the showroom, I told them I was interested in test driving the A3, A4, and Q3. They paired me up with Diego, who ended up being the perfect sales person for me, because I was looking to learn more about the Audi cars and experience them for myself. I ended up visiting the dealership three separate times. The first time to sit in the cars and ask questions, the second time to test drive the cars, and the third time to basically close the deal and purchase my new car. Reflecting back, I had a great experience at Audi North Atlanta primarily based upon Diego's service. He was professional, patient, knowledgeable, and refrained from applying a lot of pressure. Went in for a warranty repair (class action extension) and I emailed the Service Advisor all the necessary documents (pdf copy of repair coverage, contact information for class action administrator and copy/pasted verbiage into the email body showing our coverage). Even after all of those preemptive measures, had to spend literally 4 hours of my life arguing with the Service Advisor on the amount of coverage. To ensure I wasn't loosing my mind, I called the class action administrator who confirmed our coverage and said ''if they won't comply, sir they are violating a court order''. I informed the Service Advisor of that and he replied 'my warranty person said it will only cover this'. Okay but this 'warranty person' didn't read anything that was sent to them, because it's in black and white. I informed the Service Advisor of what the claims administrator told me and to please contact them, the response back was 'okie dokie'. Finally, I get a email back saying 'the Service Manger informed us that it will cover X percentage (that amount I have been saying all along)'. Unfortunately, our story with Audi North Atlanta doesn't end there. I had to pay for an Uber out of pocket to pick up our car and because supposedly they were no loaners available for two days straight, 'because we are out'. Upon getting to Audi North Atlanta, I see 3 loaners sitting outside the service center. 1 Q3 and 2 Q5s. Awesome. I get the keys to our car and it looked it was hosed down by a muddy garden hose. Fantastic. Before I leave, I check the coolant level and it was normal. Drive home, parked it. Before my wife takes it back out the next day, I check the level again and it's way below the minimum line...again. Yeah that figures. Get the car towed again to the dealer around 2 am with an email (cc'ing the Service Manager and General Manager) and a note taped to the dash stating the issues and asking 'please let me know if you have a loaner as soon as possible'. Get an email (no phone call mind you), stating they will work on it and let me know when they get a loaner. Yeah okay. A couple hours later, it's fixed. Of course no follow up on the loaner but whatever. I get them to pay for a Lyft, get to the service center and see 2 loaners (Q5s) sitting out there (figures). Picked up the car, now the coolant is now doing the complete opposite, it's way beyond the max line in the tank. read more

I chose not to take it to the Audi dealership where I purchased the vehicle because I had repeatedly received unsatisfactory customer service from them since the purchase. I went into Audi North Atlanta hoping to get decent service. I was pleased to find their service and care exceeding my expectations. Every aspect of my visit, from arrival to departure, was on point. My service consultants were pleasant, knowledgeable and well trained. My consultant went the extra step and arranged for me to speak with the EV expert technician, who took time to discuss my concerns and explain some of the nuances of the vehicle! I would them zero stars if I could! I brought my S8 in as my Adaptive Cruise Control was not working. They told me it was the camera in the mirror/windshield, and it would cost me $1847.68 to prepay up front for them to place an order with Audi Germany to get the part. It has been 7 weeks since the order, and I was NEVER given updates on the part or its whereabouts even until today. I finally email my service tech Stuart Benson and copied the GM Andre Young about this and kindly ask them for a refund and thank you for wasting 7 weeks of my time. Well I got the refund at least going to my card (Don't have it yet). was told my Audi ( and all a5 2020 's) had a software issue introduced this in 2022 that broke all connections to the car. I have no navigation, no blue tooth , no Audi connect and most recently my clock doesn't work. Audi North Atlanta said there is nothing I can do but wait for who knows how long for Audi to fix this issue. It has been broken for 8 months. None of the features I paid for work including the collision warning and speed limit display. I would not recommend this dealership or the purchase of an Audi in general. I have to report horrible service experience here. I have had 2 audis serviced here over a 10 + year period . Had my car in for engine problems, they advised needed new injectors and an oil change. After paying $2800, the 'SERVICE DUE ' light is still on. I called to find out why and encountered a rude, belligerent, smart___ named ROBERT . He told me I didn't schedule a "scheduled' interval service so resetting the service due message wasn't done! They said they would have to charge another $35 for this to be done-this is unacceptable and ridiculous. I was never offered this option in the beginning. I guess they don't change the window sticker without the $35 either. So they told me to bring it back, wait 30 minutes or so, and they would fix it and waive the $35 charge. Service has always been poor. I never like taking my car to this stealership. They just want to. Garage and up sell you without ever fixing the problem. This time I went for a recall. I said how can they mess this up ? Well of course the upscale began before they even fixed the recall. Service Department: Don't be misled... Loaner vehicles are not available for most services. When scheduling an appointment you are led to believe that a service vehicle is available. When arriving you find out about a 2 hour minimum for a loaner. This is understandable for an oil change, but not for Audi recalls. I have no idea what is being performed on the recall. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change and the recall only to find out that a loaner was not available. My only reason for coming was for the recall. I would have changed the oil myself. Now I'm stuck waiting for them to perform maintenance on their defective product and will be late to work. Suggestion: Be clear and upfront on what the policy is regarding loaners. If upfront I would at least know before arriving that I would need to plan to be late to work or schedule the work to be done on another dayare . I've had one smooth and great experience (why I added a star) and one extremely poor experience here which completely destroyed my view towards this department. It only took two people - can't speak for the rest of the people in the department. I'm not mentioning names but hope if those read this they can see how I felt. To charge a diagnostic fee for every single problem you think you might have with your car? A bit crazy and never experienced this at any other Audi dealer including in many other states. For example, I wanted to see what a squeak coming out of a seat was and knew I had a squeak... I was charged a fee of $150+ to only learn, it's wear and tear and that yes there's a squeak ("I don't know what else to tell you"). I knew that going in... If I knew they weren't going to more throughly diagnose it (almost $900 to do that, really??), I would have passed. And trying to talk with the manager? That part was where I felt disrespected. You'll get the "but you signed here" and the "we can enforce this against you" talk. Did I sign? Sure I did, but you should have told me the diagnosis wasn't a complete diagnosis too. Feels bad as a customer to be put in that situation. But look, on the other hand, why I was shocked today was because I had two totally opposite contrasting positive experience, and both with the same advisor. Both were also warranty repairs and went as smooth as a visit could go. Crazy how things work. This review is for the service department only. I have been going to this dealership to service my A4 for about 5 years now. Becky and Roy have been my service advisors there for that duration and I have to say they are fantastic, they always seem to remember who I am and always take great care in working with me. Additionally, the service I've had on the car has always been fantastic, they do great work. Finally, the service area is always clean - I mean shiney and spotless - and the lounge area is comfortable and has wi-fi access. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! If I could give negative stars I would! I dropped my car off for a diagnostic inspection in order to use my extended warranty for a TCU on my A8 TDI. After a week of them having my car they still had not inspected my car after telling me on the phone that they had already begun the inspection. I told them I needed my car by the end of the week to go out of state since the courtesy car can't go out of state and they would not provide a rental. When I went to pick up my car they brought it to me and my car was filled with water!!!!! They stated my cars sunroof was leaking but after looking at my cars roof liner and it wasn't wet, how is that possible!!??? It had a puddle of water in my floorboards under my rubber floor mats. Someone had to have left my sunroof open for the two hours it rained today before I picked it up. After talking with the manager he offered to have my car dried off and he is going to 'review' the 7 days of video footage and let me know if anyone moved or got into my car during those 7 days. The offer to dry my car meant they took a microfiber towel to the dash to wipe it off, nothing I couldn't have done myself- nothing that was helpful in drying out my carpet. Otherwise it must be my sunroof leaking and there is nothing he can do to help me! My car has NEVER leaked before and sits outside at home at a downward angle, they obviously left my sunroof open and don't want to take responsibility for their actions. NOT TO MENTION THE 1,000 MILE DIFFERENCE FROM WHEN I DROPPED MY CAR OFF!!! I will NEVER GO BACK!!! They had my car for a whole week and did nothing but damage it and make excuses!!!! read more

I came on Saturday due to a noise coming from my engine. Suggested to the service advisor that i thought it may be one of the belts at the front of the car and was told that was unlikely. He even asked me if my check engine light was on and when i said it wasn't he told me that if something was wrong the light would probably be on. (My car won't start right now and the light still isn't on by the way). We also discussed my last oil change and that there was a sufficient amount of oil in the car. My car was taken for service. My service advisor came out again after about 2 hours & told me the oil was so low in my engine that i could have blown it up on the way here. He said this was causing the noise i was hearing. Funny since there was plenty of oil when i left home that morning. He brushed me off as i tried to ask any questions or voice my concerns as to why there was no oil. I went out and started my car but the noise was still there. Already frustrated with the service I just left & drove straight home. When i started my car the next morning it would not turn over. I finally got it to start once and used this as an opportunity to check my oil level. To my surprise i received a notice that my oil level was too high and oil needed to be drained. I drained oil from my car but at this point the damange had already been done. My car has not started since. I called a technician to come out take a look as Audi was closed. He was quickly able to diagnose my original issue of the sound coming from the engine and told me by adding too much oil Audi had exacerbated the problem. Before that my car may have been skipping 1 tooth on the timing chain but now it was skipping 4 teeth. As he took apart more of my car to test compression it became even more evident that there was still too much oil in my car even after i had drained some. My question is why couldn't Audi North Atlanta who are supposed to be the best, experts on Audis, troubleshoot this issue. I called the next business day to voice my concerns to the manager and was told there was nothing they could do and since a master technician worked on my car there way no way this could have happened. I received no apology, no offer of help and no admittance of wrongdoing. The least they could do is say sorry or offer assistance on the repairs, or even a lender car. Best they gave me was told me i could pay to have the car towed and then pay them to diagnose the issue and fix it. They should have caught it the first time. My car was running before I brought it in. Now i'm out money for calling a technician out, missing work & missing events for my business. The drama continues: The glorified-escalations manager - Paula McCannon (GM - Audi North Atlanta) - decided to post her generic customer service response. In this response alone, she stated she never received email correspondence from me. I provided a screenshot verifying her email response from February. Strike 1, Paula. Against my better judgment, I figured "why not see what she has to say". I called. She returned my call over 2 hours later. Strike 2, Paula. We rehashed the entire situation, which ended with her telling me she was going to follow-up with Joey McGary and the shop foreman (unnamed) regarding the details of our original visits. She called back around 5 PM, stuttering over her words and stated "Joey MAY join me at some point, as I'm not a cooling system expert". What began was a diatribe, attempting to point out inconsistencies on my part - stating that based on us getting the vehicle back and not asking for "any specific details pertaining to the repairs", all was good. I then proceed to tell her that due to Joey's hostile and combative nature, we simply wanted our vehicle back before anymore charges were incurred. The last email sent to both Paula and Joey are extremely indicative of a vibe of "we just want to be done with this - there is no trust in your dealership". It's quite clear. At this point, she becomes furious, *attempts* to entrap me by stating my email made it very clear that I was a happy customer. Strike 3, Paula. I wasn't the one to try to entry-level entrapment tactics on. On what planet did you see that I was happy and satisfied? WE HAD NO FAITH THAT THE TRUE ISSUE WAS BEING RESOLVED AND WERE TIRED OF GIVING MONEY WITHOUT SEEING PROGRESS. Point blank. End of story. I asked if Joey was still joining, and she told me he was sitting there the entire time. Strike 4, Paula. This place is truly a nightmare. Today only exacerbated the issue to the highest level. Fortunately, I had enough sense to record the call. I let the Director with Audi North American know earlier this afternoon that the GM had reached out and was attempting to provide some type of alternative solution/follow-up. If you HAVE to go, get Kay as a service advisor. NEVER GET NICKY, extremely unprofessional and completely clueless as to what the technician's do/did with your car. I would come back if only Kenny and Jesse worked here, my advise would be to FIRE all the service advisors and only keep the technicians: their customer service is through the roof. The service advisors are 100% worthless & never know anything, communication between the service advisors and technicians is clearly nonexistent. The service advisors have the WORST customer service I've ever experienced in my life, it's like your speaking to them in a foreign language. I brought my car in at 7am on a Monday & told me they would call me later that day, the next day they called my Dad, NOT ME (RUDE), and asked him what was wrong with the car?! Not only did they have it already for over 24 hours, but I gave them the SPECIFIC ERROR CODES & DETAILED DESCRIPTIONS OF THE ISSUES. They repeatedly ignored anything I had to say. The ONLY good experience I received was from Kay (a different service advisor than the one I was assigned to(Nicky)), Jesse (technician) & Kenny (technician). I FINALLY got my car back on Friday & paid over $500 for an airbag recall & a valve plug to take off the check engine light..... could have been done in one hour by my friend for about $500 cheaper...Waste of time & money. Not to mention my service light came on as soon as I left the lot.... ***update***Everything I said I thought was wrong with my car turned out to be true and it stalled out in the middle of the road and was totaled. I will never get service from Audi North Atlanta again. Their service is awful and less than 1 star. I made an appointment weeks ago with a request for a loaner vehicle. I confirmed the appointment the day before to make sure that the loaner would be available. I was told that "shuttle service" was on the appointment and that my Service Consultant, John Slack, would have to approve the loaner. I asked that John call me if there was a problem and got no return call. When I arrived for my appointment, I stood at the counter waiting on John. When he arrived, he neither introduced himself or greeted me. I had to ask him if he was in fact John my Service Consultant. It was like I was inconveniencing him by being there. I asked about the loaner vehicle and John said that no loaner was available and that a loaner was not given for the service needed. He said that it was a shuttle service and that they would take me to work. I live 2 hours away and work out of my home, so no shuttle service either. I was told without empathy that I would have to wait the 1 hour and 45 minutes for the service. During the "inspection" a tire rotation, balance and alignment was needed. I agreed to this but was not told that it would extend my time at the dealership by another 1.5 hours. After over 3.5 hours, my car was ready to go. While in the waiting area, a different service consultant offered a loaner vehicle to a "walk-in" customer. Obviously there was a loaner vehicle available but I was not given what I had asked for. I saw Paula McCannon, the General Manager, walking around the dealership multiple times and even caught her eye. She never can over to anyone waiting on service with a greeting or thank you for your business. Obviously she cared more about selling cars than servicing the cars already sold. No water or refreshments were offered and the "snack basket" was empty. I have owned Acura, Infinity and currently own a Lexus RX 350 and have never been treated so poorly at their dealerships. Every time I got my Acura TL serviced, I was offered refreshments by the General Manager and he or the Service Consultant would come by to let me know how the service was progressing. I regret purchasing the 2018 Audi Q5 and told a colleague that was considering an Audi A-8 to purchase a BMW instead. When I replace my wife's Lexus in 2020, I will not buy an Audi or any car from Nalley Car Group. I had my car checked for a service light more than a year ago. I was promised a car, but when I arrived, was told the issue could be resolved so quickly, one would not be needed. Waited, little over an hour later, issue "resolved"- A4 Quattro start/stop feature still does not work while AC running but does on other models, but works as specified, right-- global issue for my year. Overall, the tech was good and very polite. During the course of the past year, I started to receive extended warranty offers via this dealership. Did I mention that my Audi is still within basic warranty and has the extended warranty? Any dealership would know that by my VIN. Audi Atlanta certainly does. These warranty offers have continued until I got a final warning today. I called the offer just to get more info. From the call, I figured out that a third party would have kindly sold me an unneeded warranty per Audi North Atlanta's referral. I confronted the guy on the phone, but in reality, he is just going off a list given to him by dealers like Audi North Atlanta, just his job. I apologized. Figured it would be better to inform others instead. Never had this type of activity from a Mercedes or Porsche dealer. Imagine if I had been an older couple instead? Perhaps one spouse was ill and the other did not know the original sales and warranty details? What if one spouse or significant other is away for extended business, and the other receives a notice like this, again not knowing details? Are these best practices by an Audi dealer to try and peddle additional warranties for a vehicle that they know already has an extended Audi warranty? Audi has always had a clever niche in the European car market-- great lines, innovative, balanced performance. However, the brand continues to be faced by reputation challenges due to inconsistencies in its US dealer network, with wide disparities of customer satisfaction levels. I brought my TTRS in for my periodic track inspection and prep. New brake fluid, change to track pads, and general inspection were on the service order. As always, Kay greeted me kindly and sincerely, and checked with me for clarity and intent. Off the RS goes into the shop, right away. Periodically, Kay would check in with me. The rest of the time I wandered the dealership looking at the facility, a new RS7, and an S3 with the Daytone package. Many go the staff greeted me warmly, and stepped over to enquire. The new Zentrum is a source of great pride, obviously! My tech Cody checked in to update progress and confirm details. Shortly, the RS came out freshly washed and vacuumed. We were track ready! Going to Audi North Atlanta is always like staying with friends. They know me and my oddities; they know my car; they know my driving skills and preferences. They treat me as a valued customer and partner in selecting and maintaining my Audi. I chose to go there across town because of their loyalty and professionalism. Well done! read more

The service manager is the biggest prick I've ever met. Just bought my 2015 Audi A3 from a dealership in Florida and after the drive up, realized my 12 volt charger was finicky. Brought it in to have the repair done and since I had just purchased the vehicle, I asked them to do an overall check of the car as well. Two hours later, I get a text that says there are additional services suggested, so I called the office and asked about the additional services. They told me my alignment was extremely messed up, which confused me because when I bought the car they told me they had just performed an alignment service and it had been driving perfectly fine, and STRAIGHT.... But I allowed them to complete the repair because if my alignment really was off, I wanted to get it handled, especially since I was going on a 4 hour car drive the next day. After paying $200, we left and I got in my car and immediately noticed if I wanted to go straight, my wheel had to be slightly turned to the left. Otherwise, if my wheel was straight up and down, the car pulled left. I had to return to my home in Statesboro to make a doctors appointment and while I was home I took my car to my mechanic that I trust and have been taking my precious car to for years. I had them perform an alignment check and as I had expected, it was completely off. I had two options, pay them $200 to fix it, or turn around and drive back to Roswell to have North Atlanta Audi fix their mistakes. I chose to drive back because I am a college student and I don't have the money to keep dishing out hundreds of dollars for their mistakes. When I returned to North Atlanta Audi to make them aware of their wrongdoing, they called over a service mechanic and he immediately noticed they ran my car on the wrong machine and put in specs for a completely different car model. I understand mistakes happen, so I was kind and allowed them to fix my car back to how it was when I originally brought it in. Since my alignment was not messed up in the first place, it was completely their mistake, and they caused premature wear and tear to my tires since I had to drive 4 hours there and back, 8 in total, with a screwed alignment I asked them to please refund my money as I didn't need the alignment in the first place. After being a complete asshole to me, talking over me, and being very shady, refused to refund my money for THEIR MISTAKES. I will be stopping payment on my credit card and so either way I win and will get my money back. Long story short, I would NOT recommend this location to ANYONE. I don't care how bad you need a repair, go elsewhere or to another Audi location! I will never go back! The service manager's name is Joey McGary, aka biggest prick in the world. I'm so grateful for the service and hospitality at Audi North Atlanta! Recently needed my A6 serviced and as sometimes happens, some other problems were identified and a quick oil change turned into a multi-day ordeal! Fortunately my service consultant - Roy, quickly and clearly explained my options and recommendations and got me into a loaner and back on the road to work. He kept me in the loop the entire process while I was away and even finished my car prior the original promised ready time! He was very clear at checkout on what was done and what next steps were for my next service so I can plan! I hope the managers/owners at Audi North Atlanta know the good work Roy is doing as he is exceptional! I struggled with writing this review, and will try to clearly state the facts. My experience with the service of my Audi TT Roadster 2009 , with 60K miles was not a good one. The difference between a technician and a technologist, is the same as the difference between a chef and a cook. There are no technologists level skills evident with my experience at Audi of North Georgia in Roswell. There was a general lack of expert supervision, and certainly the absence of the process of discovery, before starting to resolve a problem.They wrecked my car, installed wrong parts, stripped gears, installed incorrect parts, ignored customer and technical bulletin warnings, which ultimately resulted in me picking up the car and trading out of Audi ownership forever. In the beginning, I retrieved all the technical data they needed to make the right repair off the internet, had they read it, they would have done the job right. I went to pick up my car 4 x without leaving the dealership with it. They represented it as being repaired, but it wasn't. In each case a line of questioning that tried to make me wrong. In each case, they were wrong. Resulting in my leaving the car during 4 aborted pick ups. I have all the invoices with statements by their staff of poor design from their technicians on a wrench, which they broke three times ignoring Audis Service Directive "DO NOT TWIST or Turn or Over Tighten" .. Positive note: For the 15+ days the car was there, they gave me a loaner. Kaye in service was good as a gate keeper. They gave me 10% off on a replacement of a frame (they thought the sensors were part of the frame, I showed them clearly on Audis website, "The senses are part of the motor"), that I didn't need and wasn't the job I asked them to do. NEVER AUDI ! Audi has ignored this problem of the convertible roof being stuck by computer/sensor malfunction as there are hundreds of posts on line identifying this problem (Google Audi convertible roof problem). A Volkswagon company that deceived the US by faking EPA data showing its desire to hide wrongs again with this car. If anyone wants to see the invoice trail, please email me. I also have voice recordings of phone and personal conversations with them. I have responded to the General Manager with a request to call me, not i them. If the claims are they are interested in speaking to me, they will call. If i hear from them, I will let you know. If not, well you know what that means. Service center is not trustworthy. Seems like the service managers are on commission. When I used them in the past for oil changes, they would always have $3+K of recommend work. When I asked to have the check engine light reset during one particular visit, they wanted to charge me $80. I have since found a trustworthy mechanic in Roswell to service my Audi. read more

There seems to be NO sense of urgency here. I waited for over two hours (with an appointment) to complete a brake light repair only to be told the repairs had not even been started -- after two hours of waiting! -- Zero lack of ownership, ZERO lack of responsibility. Do not use these people! Plenty of Audi/German car shops in North Atlanta that will earn your business. read more

I booked my Audi A4 Cabriolet in for a full service and timing belt change in mid-May, with instructions that I needed the work to be completed asap because I would be on vacation abroad from June 9th for the next three months. I arranged a drop off time of 08.30 am and duly brought my car in. I was informed that it would be several days before work could start on my car. In the event, the work was completed on June 8th at a cost of $3918. I then had very limited time to check the work, i.e. driving the car back to my home, a two and a half hour drive. However, after parking the car in my drive, with the engine still running, I noticed a distinct vibrational noise coming from the engine compartment, that had not been there previously. I immediately reported this to the Audi representative, Amy Pluger. I was advised by Amy to check the car again when I got back from vacation and call her if I was still dissatisfied. This I did, and arranged to bring the car back in to be re-checked. On 15th September, I dropped the car off again and also indicated to the Service Manager, Joey, further concerns that I had with regard to some small spillage marks on the wing of the car, which had not been present before the work had commenced and also a damaged hose clip I had found lying on the floor in my garage , below the engine compartment. I was informed that a full check on my car would be made and an attempt made to rectify all the problems. I received a telephone call on 17th September, informing that the car had been re-checked and was now ready to be picked up. I picked up the car the following day, 18th September. The Service Manager was unavailable but I was advised that the re-check had been completed and that the noise was not related to any of the work that had taken place. A check had been made to ensure that all the hose clips were present and undamaged. My concerns with regard to the bodywork blemishes had not been recorded and, therefore, not dealt with . During the time that it took me to drive the car back to my home ( two and a half hours), I received a call from the Service Manager, Joey, apologizing for not having addressed the issue of the paintwork blemishes and advising me that I could bring the car back at a future date to rectify the situation. So, at this point in time. I have a car which seems to be running fine but which now sounds quite different from before, It has a diesel engine type of sound which I guess I will have to get used to as I have no evidence to prove that it used to have such a quiet engine sound. I also have some small but irritating paint blemishes on what is an otherwise nearly impeccable car bodywork. But, again, I have no evidence to prove that these blemishes occurred whilst the car was with Audi North Atlanta. Unless their reassurances about the competency of the work carried out on my car prove to be untrue, I certainly have no intention of making a third trip to them. T F Doyle read more

My passenger side mirror fell off while I was driving my car in Dec 2016. When I took it to North Atlanta Audi dealer, they didn't believe that the mirror could come out like that. Their mechanic was on my side who said that there was no external or internal damage to mirror, which means that the mirror didn't fall off because of accident. They made me look like a liar. The same thing happened yesterday when I drove the car back from work. Because the car was in movement and the mirror swinged vigorously in a matter of seconds, it made a lot of scratches both to the mirror casing and the body of car. But as anticipated, they didn't believe me again even though the same mirror keeps falling off. They put the mirror back, didn't fix the scratches. So now I have scratches on the body from two occurrences. The service people talk to you as if you are the liar. I have been lucky that the mirror has fallen off on local roads and not on highway. Somebody could get hurt. But I guess they care less. I have had horrible experience with this dealership. Never going to buy Audi again, at least not from Audi North Atlanta in Roswell. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I'll definitely be talking to corporate about these experiences. read more

First time visitor here...dropped my car off with the dealership to take care of some warranty issues with my 2007 A4 Sportline...instantly felt like they were rolling out the red carpet for me. Personable, professional and went through great lengths to make me feel like a rockstar. My Audi is on lease. I've had to bring it in a couple of times here and have had good experiences both times. Today it was because the check engine light came on. Took them 10 minutes to repair a faulty valve under warranty. They pointed out an egg in my tire, and I asked them to switch it with the spare which they did at no charge. I can ride on the eggy tire if I get a flat. Wifi is available for free if you get a card from your service tech, but it isn't the fastest or most reliable on my Macbook Air. Not worth dinging them a star for. In general, I like this dealership and if I was in the market for another Audi, I'd probably get it here. I'm waiting for the Tesla S though. Vroom! The agents and technicians at Audi North Atlanta are the absolute BEST! I feel like I'm at home when I bring my car in for service. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and have a wonderful sense of humor. They also "tell it like it is." I brought my car in for a pre-purchase inspection before I bought it from another dealer, and the information that they gave me helped me negotiate a lower price. They are just great. There are other Audi dealerships that are closer to me, but I travel the 35+ miles one-way for their service every time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! read more
