Aron and the team at Quality Car Stereo did a really great job on this from start to finish. The Lexus 460's are notoriously cantenkerous for partial upgrades and compatiability with existing electonics. From the start, Aron really had a solid understanding of what we could change and not change and steer clear of the issues a lot of other people run into. he was patient and receptive to the litany of questions I had for him. He was flexible (I had the CarPlay unit I wanted to use already) but also very knowledgable and willing/able to give really good suggestions about what/how to upgrade my system where I wasn't sure what to do. I have rarely received such outstanding customer service! Every single associate from the desk to the installer treated myself and my old car as if it were the only one there. Although they were busy, they still were able to work the repair into the schedule for that day. The repair was completed in less than an hour and the work was excellent. It looks as though it is new! The installer even reprogrammed the radio (which is not easy on this unit). The price was super-reasonable as well. I could not be more pleased!

To my surprise, I was met with exceptional service. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind, and they didn't treat me differently because I had a gift card or needed a small service. They even worked with the larger amount I received on the gift card to make the job beneficial. I ended up getting a ceramic windshield coating in addition to a visor strip tint. I didn't expect this level of service, especially since I had walked in without an appointment. Jose, the technician, installed the tint within less than an hour! I still had $65 left on my gift card, and the staff suggested that I go to the showroom down the street to see if I could find a phone case or something else of a smaller amount. I considered going, but I knew that I wouldn't be back in deep Mesa again as I'm from South Scottsdale. So, I decided to check it out! I was met with the most enthusiastic, welcoming, coolest glasses I've ever laid eyes on -wearing Guy named Scotty karate! I told him about my small amount left over on my gift card and with NO hesitation he started pulling things in that dollar amount! He didn't try to upsell me on anything or once again treat me any differently because I had a smaller dollar amount! He hooked me up with some really cool swag and educated me on some new bands that are in collaboration with Slangin and that overall is a 10-star 100 out of 100 experience! I do not recommend this shop for vehicle electronics installations…read more I contacted them beforehand with very specific details about my fleet vehicle and the hardwired GPS tracker I supplied. I explained the features I needed, and they assured me they could complete the installation correctly. I even offered access to the tracker app so they could test their work, but they declined. After paying a premium price for the installation, I discovered the lock/unlock functions were reversed. I called and was told to bring it back, despite the shop being over an hour away. Shortly afterward, my vehicle developed an EPC warning light and check engine light related to the installation. Their only solution was to bring it in on their schedule, which caused me to lose a scheduled reservation and more time. I ended up taking the vehicle to the dealership because I no longer trusted the shop to work on it. The dealership had to repair the issues, and I was left covering the cost. What should have been a $250 job ended up costing me around $1,000. The mistakes are frustrating, but the lack of urgency and accountability afterward was the biggest problem. I would not recommend this shop for important vehicle electronics work.
