This place is overhyped. The quality of the tea is subpar compared to nearby shops and given the wait, I will definitely not be going again. The milk teas are diluted especially if you don't drink it fast enough because of the ice melting, which shows the quality of tea they use... There are better options in the SGV that treat their customers better... see the below rant. Their advertising is misleading. They initially offered a raffle for Bvlgari necklace for their soft opening, which is against the law here in CA for for-profit businesses. And now, they provide absolutely no visibility into this process and guess what, if you got duped into this, you only helped get them more sales! They told me to come back for the raffle drawing but still nothing after two weeks! These raffles and review incentives (not applicable to this shop) seem to be a recurring theme amongst new boba shops. There needs to be more accountability held against them. read more

Came for opening weekend for their BOGO deal and it was very busy but the workers were very nice and patient. Their drinks are very unique and tasty. Tried both the strawberry daifuku and mango pomelo sago. They both had delicious stretchy mochi and milk jelly to enjoy with the fruity drinks.
