Heads up that my taste skews more towards Tea Purist...Didn't love either if these drinks which are popular there. With Jasmine I couldn't really taste the tea and I didn't live that I couldn't truly taste the fresh strawberries. My sister ordered the #1 Signature Red Glutinous Rice tea which I really wanted to love. But the texture of sticky rice wasn't for me and it took away from the tea flavor I was expecting. The best one I tasted from our group was the Da Hong Pao Tea with Grain Jelly. The grain jelly was unique texture and the tea flavor shined thru. If I went back that's the one I'd get. read more

My all-time favorite drink at Auntea Jenny is Classic Mango Pomelo Sago. It is undoubtedly the most popular signature drink in the store. It tastes absolutely fantastic. Drinks ordered: Taro boba milk tea with agar (70%) 3/5 - it was too sweet and slightly grainy Matcha jasmine (50% sugar) 3/5 - matcha tasted like poor quality but fine enough to drink i guess Lemon tea (30% sugar) 2/5 - it was still really sweet. idk why it had a hint of dirt... there were lemon and lime slices so maybe the dirt wasn't washed off well? they did receive a B healthgrade rating...so keep that in mind lol Strawberry jasmine tea daifuku + strawberry puree (30% sugar) 0/5 - it was still so sweet even at 30%... the strawberry puree tasted like freezer burn and the drink itself tasted artificial Inside the shop: - warm and humid Service: - nonexistent. So excited that Auntea Jenny is coming to SGV! The storefront is definitely more setup for grab & go. The staff was so sweet explaining some of the new drinks I haven't had before to me. I typically get their pomelo sago, but they had me feeling adventurous so I tried a couple of new items from their menu today. The strawberry daifuku is so refreshing and their jasmine MT really rivals Molly tea. I also got a sip of their signature red bean milk tea & that was delicious.There's also some exciting soft opening promotions going on next weekend in the photos! read more

parking in the shared plaza! this is across from UG tea & is in the same plaza as chi cha san chen i believe. you can order with the cashier or self order on the kiosk. the drinks here are price competitively (higher these days!) at around $6-8 per drink. i think the quality is reminiscent of local competitors, offering strong tea flavors + light milk. i ordered the jasmine milk tea that ended up being ~$7. i think i personally prefer molly tea's jasmine mt, but auntea's was better than UG tea, imo. the space is quite small with no seating for lounging around. more of a grab and go spot imo. id come back if/when the line is shorter due to the limited space to wait and hang around. worth a try! id want to try other items on their menu for a more diverse review of their offerings. read more

Coincidentally, the day we visited this store, was their FIRST day of soft opening (02/27/26) with a 99% off HungryPanda deal (with a $1.99 service fee). Auntea Jenny is located in the same plaza as Chi Cha San Chen, and where my old childhood fav shanghai restaurant (J&J) USED to be... As per usual, this plaza's parking is hell.... that's unchanged... Because it was their soft opening, they were limited to ONLY 4 drinks on the menu. One of the drinks they had available was the PREMIUM JASMINE GREEN TEA LATTE with recommended 30% sugar and less ice. It took a while since it was through HungryPanda but couldn't say no due to the offer but was about a 30 min wait since it has a time buffer vs ordering in person/at kiosk. Have had Auntea Jenny before in Flushing, NY but a different drink (da hong pao as well as the mango pomelo sago). Had gotten the PREMIUM JASMINE GREEN TEA LATTE to compare Molly Tea's premium jasmine latte i had gotten earlier in the day. Quite similar honestly. Maybe Auntea Jenny's tea strength felt a LITTLE stronger. Honestly comparable. read more

I ordered the premium green tea latte. The cashier recommended 70% sweetness and it was the perfect amount. The drink was cold. Even though the drink was sealed at the brim, the staff capped the cup and put a stopper on it. The drink came with a unique straw with 3 holes. It was very fitting for me because I tend to bite the straws. I was very confused about the ordering process. I went in their soft opening day and was told there's only 4 drinks to choose from. The sign showed picture of 4 drinks but displayed it as combos a, b, and c. I was told to go order the combo at the corner table. When I went to order at the corner table, the staff told me I have to buy 3 drinks for their merch. So I went back to the cashier to order after going back and forth. I came for the soft opening. They only had 4 drinks on the menu. The ordering of drinks was really confusing. I tried to order a combo and they told me that I need to go to another table to order if I want a combo. When I went to the table they said I had to order a minimum of 3 drinks and told me to go back to the cashier. The cashier said she cannot do combos and can only do individual drinks. We just ended up getting 1 strawberry daifuku and 1 premium jasmine green tea latte. The strawberry daifuku was very good and I loved the mochi chunks in there. The jasmine green tea latte looks like it's going to be a hot drink based on the looks of the cup, but it's a cold drink. Either way, it was still pretty good. The store itself is pretty small and there's no indoor seating. Lots of parking in the underground lot. read more

I loved the Kale Apple Fiber Chia Seed Boost Tea! I usually don't like kale drinks, but this one didn't have a strong kale flavor at all. It was delicious, refreshing, and felt like a healthier option that's great for your skin. I also loved the White Champaca Oolong Tea Latte! It was my first time trying a white champaca flavor, and it reminded me of a floral perfume. If you enjoy floral flavors like lavender, I think you'll love this one too. Heard this was a really popular tea spot in Asia. I ordered the Strawberry Jasmine Fresh Milk Tea Daifuku for $6.99 as of 5/2026. Website describes the drink as such: "Carefully selected premium strawberries are paired with jasmine green tea, while stretchy mochi complements creamy milk jelly. Soft and sweet, this uniquely daifuku delivers a multi-layered taste sensation." The drink tasted fantastic! The consistency is a cross between strawberry milk and a strawberry milkshake. The mochi texture is fun and smooth, however the larger chunks tend to get stuck in the straw. Definitely is a grab-and-go spot. There is one bench and 1 table with 2 chairs. The place is cramped and with the influx of customers, there is never a quiet moment in the shop to sit and catch up with a friend. 2 self-order kiosks are available. Restrooms are not located in the store, but rather in the opposite corner of the plaza, accessible with a key provided by staff. If you have ever been to this plaza, you know parking in here is a nightmare. There is an underground parking lot with free parking available, but getting into it is rather tight. read more

I wish I can say that this spot tastes just like the one in Rowland Heights, but sadly no. I am sure it's because they are still new. I can back again after a week and tried to order their mango Pomelo Sago and they were all out. Out of Mango and strawberry! Half of the mint was blocked off. I ended up with kale with chia seeds health drink. I honestly was disappointed. Will try again in a month, when they have enough stocked. read more

Quality: On par with Molly Tea and HeyTea with some unique flavors. I get the Kale and Red Rice Service: Warning they don't update their progress monitors. So you could be waiting 20 + minutes while your drink has now melted and is watered down because it's been sitting on the counter without the baristas prompting you that your drink has been ready. This place has been advertising their necklace giveaway since soft opening and even after grand opening they said they would announce winner on last Friday, still no news about it!!! Are they keeping the necklace to themselves after advertising it to get lines of customers? Not to say they let a random friend touched the drawing numbers. Their raffle numbers are very random and how would people know they took out a number that they would announce as the winner? Their corporate page doesn't care about the issue at this location either. Their store is tiny with no AC. If you need jasmine tea, Molly tea makes it better. Their lime tea whatever is not good at all. So many better shops around the area. Even Charlie's tea just opened has better business practice than this tea shop. read more

Small store with no space for hanging out or working. It was pretty busy when I came but i waited 10 mins max for my drink. I got the strawberry green milk tea with mochi - it did NOT fit my taste palette, but if you like mochi in your drink, you like this. I also had the jasmine milk tea and it was tasty! I like it. I ordered my tea from app and it showed ready, when I got there I was told not ready yet ( saw other customers were complaining too), I waited another 20 minutes and asked again, was told still not ready, I was like it didn't make sense. After checking I was told it was taken by someone else.. they were ok to remake (not even mention the drink I ordered has "sold out"), but they literally added water in my drink in front of me when I requested 30% no ice, come on, how expensive would a little more tea be?? Flavor was really good, and though I got one of the lower sweetness percentages, it was still pretty sweet to me. The others didn't mind too much as they didn't find theirs overly sweet. Unsure if they made a batch of the same sweetness cause most of us did get half sweet, but the flavor was still really good. They have other drinks as well, which I'd love to try if I return here. I'd also love to try their signature Thai tea as well. There's seating here and the people that work here are nice as well. Our drinks came out quickly too. We chilled here for a bit to enjoy our drinks and to avoid the heat a lil, and had a blast.

The inside has some seating if you want to enjoy your drink inside. Outside, there are also some tables and benches if you prefer. Overall, the drink prices are pretty standard in today's market I'd say. The other drinks I've tried before include the osmanthus rice drink, black sesame slushy, mango pomelo, and the taro milk. Of the ones I have tried, maybe only the mango pomelo one is good. The rest are just okay. Unsure if I'd come back because there are other mango pomelo drinks out there that are better.

The reason I am writing this review is mostly the lack of communication and not following through on what they communicated to customers. They advertised this necklace giveaway since Feb. 27th, but postponed it, deleted the giveaway posts, and no updates until on April 24th. They posted it that it would be announced next Friday (04/24). However, there's still no update on their instagram. The staff was helpful since it was our first time here. I ordered their popcorn milk tea with brown sugar tapiochi since it was their signature drink. I wasn't sure what to expect with the flavor, but I thoroughly enjoyed my drink and wished it came in a larger size. The space was pretty small at the San Marino location. It was clean and cute. Looking forward to visiting the new Santa Ana location soon!
