The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I've been coming to this location for a few years now. I use to frequent this place on the daily when I worked at the mall. They still remember me and I still receive my mall employee discount even though I no longer work at the mall. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because they never have my cinnamons sugar pretzel available when I'm there. I'm always having to wait 7 to 10 minutes for a pretzel.

I love the pretzels, but the "combo" pricing is a complete scam job. Don't. Do. It. My 2 pretzel "deal" went from $7.50 to $14.00 at the blink of an eye. $3.69 (regular lemonade) + $3.59 (original pretzel) = $7.28 so why is the combo priced at $7.59? Oh, because it comes with a "free" dipping sauce. Okay, if you love the dipping sauces (I've never used them), I guess you are saving some money ($.68), but if you don't prefer lemonade (all other drinks are cheaper) and you aren't interested in the sauce, don't go with the combo pricing. But your drink and pretzel product separately. I would give them 3 stars for the pricing, but I'm excited that they will soon also sell Cinnabon's so I'll be able to get scammed on the pricing when I need a sugar fix.

Great food and great staff! The food is usually perfectly coated with salt or sugar depending on what you order. I got the salted pretzel and I was pleased. It had a good proportion of salt and the pretzel was still fresh. The staff are very nice and courteous. I like the variety of items and drinks. You can order a fountain drink, lemonade, or coffee. They have cinnamon rolls and pretzels. I ranked this business only 4 stars because the price I believe to be a bit expensive. I ordered a salted pretzel and small fountain drink. It cost almost $7. A fountain drink literally cost about 10 cents depending on the amount of ounces. Pretzels are fairly easy and cheap to make as well.

At the moment I'm feeling it over Wetzel's who after years of a FOUR SQUARE soda check in has down away with the deal and is now more expensive than AA. Aside from the pushiest, upselling pretzel selling teenager with a smile the experience was divine. But I did not want to upgrade my combo for a second pretzel (even though 'it's only 99cents more so I just assumed you did cause most people do'), I also don't want to add a second dip of over processed and over priced (89cents) cheese dips... I also don't want to upgrade my small (still 24 oz) soda to a 32. Especially when refills are free and you DIY. Just statin' not hatin'

Love this place! They usually have samples of the pretzels or the drinks. The only bummer is when you have to wait if they run out of your favorite flavor of pretzel. I would recommend getting the app and signing up for the emails because they have monthly rewards!! Usually the rewards consist of discounts or buy one get one free. I highly rec the lemonade!! Their pretzels always taste freshly baked. The pretzel dogs are OK.

If the drive-thru lines is backed up, good luck getting into the parking lot, poor design. Once you are in the lot, parking is very tough, lots of spaces, but many for the other restaurant and the parking for In-N-Out is tight all around. This location is very busy, so if you are in a rush you might get a little frustrated. But just relax, find a spot and enjoy the food. They have outdoor patio seating here as well as a pretty good amount inside. Interior and exterior is what you expect and what you get from them, classic In-N-Out style. They also have crunch ice at this location, which I love. The parking takes a star off, but the food adds two back, so still a 5 for me. Enjoy!

Maybe because this is one of the few branches that don't do drive thru?? Maybe. They really honed the flow of all the customers well here. There was a lot of people here because it was a Saturday night and we walked into In N Out because I was really craving for a burger and fries late at night. I came in, ordered, and waited until a table cleared for us to sit down. After I sat down for like two minutes, I was so shocked that my order was ready!!! The fries were made super well: fresh, hot, and crisp on the outside. The burger was super yummy too and every ingredient tasted great. The soda area was busy and staff was constantly replenishing the supplies and also wiping down tables as people got up and left. Cleaning the floor, keeping a chaotic environment controlled. Super impressed and glad!!! We were able to end the night well.

It's such a great option and always tastes amazing. There's almost always a long line, but the service is impressively fast and efficient every time. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly and welcoming, and I really like the bright red-and-white interior -- it has that classic, iconic vibe. Even the restrooms are clean despite how busy it gets, which says a lot. The only downside during this visit was that the air conditioning didn't seem to be working well, so it felt a bit stuffy inside. Also, I think adding some music could really improve the overall atmosphere. Overall, I still love coming here and will definitely be back!

We let one car go ahead of us as we were perusing the menu, that was an error as he had either a large order or it was a verification that things weren't pre made. It took a long time for that car to get their order. We ordered old favorites, embarrassed I ordered their tacos, they were thinner than before and virtually no diced tomato or salsa and very little lettuce, very little. I also had a Jumbo jack which was just a little hamburger. We also had a Chicken Sandwich, which was good. I think it was staffed by two possibly 3 people. Parking lot seemed clean, surprising since no out door trash can available, dumpster is totally caged in, so if eating in parking lot, trash goes with you. First time In a long time, we use to go to the location on Eagle Rock Blvd, it was usually much busier, I guess due to it's proximity to Occidental College. As far as ambience, not much in the parking lot. Window attendant pleasant but hurried. Note: Appreciate reply from owner/manager, we will be back. Thanks for reply!

I even called to ask for extra ranch and made it clear that I didn't mind paying for it, but the man still refused. The food itself is fine, but the ranch is honestly the best part of Jack in the Box, and not getting enough completely ruins the experience. For that you get 3 stars

The restaurant is small but inviting and has plenty of outdoor seating. All the food is cooked to order by the friendly owner, and pretty quickly too. He told us that his burgers were homemade and "not like your normal burger", so we were excited to try. He gave us some samples of falafel with his signature sauce while we waited, which I loved, and next time I'll try a falafel sandwich. But after a period of time that was appropriate for cooking two burgers, we had our food. Upon opening the wrappers to the burgers (which were a mushroom cheeseburger and cheeseburger), we noticed that they were massive. The buns were sturdy yet soft, substantial enough to hold up to the generous fillings yet somehow light. And oh my god the burger meat itself. Typically, burger meat is unseasoned and the main flavor you get is meat. But this burger, the meat itself was deliciously seasoned, almost like the meat you would get on a kebab. And the cheese, too, was not flabby and unremarkable but rather a thick, stretchy, flavorful melt that complemented the fresh toppings perfectly. Refreshing pickles and tomatoes, perfectly tender sautéed mushrooms, and plenty of the signature sauce. I will be back for this burger, and to try his other sandwiches. I do not mess around when it comes to burgers. This one is exceptional.
