The staff here are very friendly and helpful. I've been coming to this location for a few years now. I use to frequent this place on the daily when I worked at the mall. They still remember me and I still receive my mall employee discount even though I no longer work at the mall. I gave it 4 out of 5 stars because they never have my cinnamons sugar pretzel available when I'm there. I'm always having to wait 7 to 10 minutes for a pretzel.

We just went to auntie Anne's in the galleria, and completely love, their pretzels and caramel dipping... cheese dippings ..the person who help us is Rico Coco, and he is absolutely adorable ,kind ,very nice and prompt ..loved this place..

I love the pretzels, but the "combo" pricing is a complete scam job. Don't. Do. It. My 2 pretzel "deal" went from $7.50 to $14.00 at the blink of an eye. $3.69 (regular lemonade) + $3.59 (original pretzel) = $7.28 so why is the combo priced at $7.59? Oh, because it comes with a "free" dipping sauce. Okay, if you love the dipping sauces (I've never used them), I guess you are saving some money ($.68), but if you don't prefer lemonade (all other drinks are cheaper) and you aren't interested in the sauce, don't go with the combo pricing. But your drink and pretzel product separately. I would give them 3 stars for the pricing, but I'm excited that they will soon also sell Cinnabon's so I'll be able to get scammed on the pricing when I need a sugar fix.

Great food and great staff! The food is usually perfectly coated with salt or sugar depending on what you order. I got the salted pretzel and I was pleased. It had a good proportion of salt and the pretzel was still fresh. The staff are very nice and courteous. I like the variety of items and drinks. You can order a fountain drink, lemonade, or coffee. They have cinnamon rolls and pretzels. I ranked this business only 4 stars because the price I believe to be a bit expensive. I ordered a salted pretzel and small fountain drink. It cost almost $7. A fountain drink literally cost about 10 cents depending on the amount of ounces. Pretzels are fairly easy and cheap to make as well.

At the moment I'm feeling it over Wetzel's who after years of a FOUR SQUARE soda check in has down away with the deal and is now more expensive than AA. Aside from the pushiest, upselling pretzel selling teenager with a smile the experience was divine. But I did not want to upgrade my combo for a second pretzel (even though 'it's only 99cents more so I just assumed you did cause most people do'), I also don't want to add a second dip of over processed and over priced (89cents) cheese dips... I also don't want to upgrade my small (still 24 oz) soda to a 32. Especially when refills are free and you DIY. Just statin' not hatin'

Love this place! They usually have samples of the pretzels or the drinks. The only bummer is when you have to wait if they run out of your favorite flavor of pretzel. I would recommend getting the app and signing up for the emails because they have monthly rewards!! Usually the rewards consist of discounts or buy one get one free. I highly rec the lemonade!! Their pretzels always taste freshly baked. The pretzel dogs are OK.

I understand that Shappy's is not Canter's where the pickup was for that day. But I had a bad experience with my pickup. The people working at Canter's were incredibly rude and kept bouncing me from one counter to the other. Please note: these counters are across from each other and it seemed like the employees had some kind of interpersonal conflict. They were rude to each other, to me. I finally went the host to get help and he brushed me off and said I couldn't pick up here. Fortunately, one woman came out from the back, a server, and she got my order for me. Of course, she was immediately reprimanded for helping me. I would definitely go again to Shappy's if the pickup was anywhere else. Update: Shappy's reached out to me about my above issue within 30 minutes of posting and they took the time to talk and make things right. That's customer service right there! I will put up with Canter's to support Shappy! GO BIRDS!

The Brewery has a large parking lot however it gets full pretty quickly, if you get lucky you can also find some parking in the neighborhood street adjacent, or there is street parking for 2 hours on the main street. Yesterday was a pretty packed day, the main back patio with umbrellas was packed with people as there was an artist doing doggy portraits on that side. The back patio is disconnected from the brewery so you have to walk back and forth if you want to refill. I would say that side is more in the sun, so even with umbrellas it's a bit hotter on that side. The brewery is pretty cool inside, they have two separate bars to order from, one is the Beer bar, and one is the coffee/tea/ other things bar. I tried their Shibuya rice lager which was ice cold and very refreshing for a hot day. Our group also ordered the Really big pretzel, and Nachos which were pretty delicious. Finally, there is the front patio which faces the main street, and was fully in the shade. It is quite small with about 4 tables, but the sidewalk has quite a bit of foot traffic, and this is where we were able to set up camp with the fosters to mingle and meet with people who wanted to meet the doggies.
