I have to say the pretzel that I got was amazing. I love the cinnamon option. It was very buttery at the base and also the cinnamon added a great churro like bite to eat, and it was great. I wasn't really sure how to line up and the line really isn't that intuitive but it all worked out in the team member there had to man in the tire booth by herself and she did a great job and she was coming out with orders fairly regularly. Be sure to join their rewards club. It is a little bit weird where on my android it wouldn't work, but then on the iPhone it worked fine and a lot of hiccups. The staff is next-level friendly, and it rubs off on the customers, most of which are regulars. They host so many events and always keep the menu exciting.
