The food was amazing. My wife has to eat gluten free due to celiac and she was pleasantly surprised how delicious their house-made GF bread was with avocado toast. I had the sourdough avocado toast, non-GF, and that was amazing as well. Great presentation along with tasty food. Friendly and prompt service even with a lot of people eating at Sunday brunch-time. Atmosphere, deco & music is 10/10, especially considering it's in a boring strip mall. The menu is extensive and fun with unique brunch options. Food & drinks were good but nothing really wowed us besides the potato sides. The shrimp farro bowl did have a nice flavor, my partner thought it was a little too salty (I disagreed). The Mexican mocha didn't have a chocolate taste. Biscuit sandwich was dense and heavy as expected, would be cool to have some veggies or greens thrown in there and/or a more thin biscuit. Aura Gardens is an aesthetic oasis in this unassuming strip mall anchored by Marshalls and Dollar Tree, but its aspirational healthy food menu is a perfect complement to the concentrated area of group fitness studios. We went for soft opening day, and they were on point with service and presentation. It was very busy, seemingly lots of friends and family as many large groups seemed to know each other. The acoustics are not great, and the excitement and energy made it hard to have a conversation, but it definitely added to a celebratory vibe. The bread was perfectly toasted for a light crunch yet still remained soft enough to not tear up your mouth when eating it or make for a tough bite. Very flavorful chimichurri as well without being overly oily. The tallow chips were very good as well. We also ordered the Wagyu Locomoco. It was generous patty that was well formed but not dense. It had a very flavorful onion gravy and they did a great job of cooking the egg to a perfect over medium. We also ordered a side of their house salsa verde it added a nice, bright flavor the dish. The server who brought us our food and water was very friendly and asked us for any additional needs before we had to request them ourselves. I've been here before and the food has been decent--but after today, I will never return. And I will absolutely be sharing this experience with my entire community. I came in for breakfast with a friend visiting from out of town. We found space at a shared table and, to be respectful, I explicitly asked the couple already seated if the open seats were taken. They told me--very clearly--no, that the seats were available. So we placed our things down and got in line to order. While we were ordering, a white male manager/owner approached us and told us that those seats were actually "saved" for the couple ahead of us in line--despite the fact that nothing was there to indicate that, and the people already sitting at the table had told us otherwise. We were then effectively forced out of those seats. Let's be clear: there was no signage about holding or reserving tables, no personal items, and no communication suggesting those seats were reserved--until suddenly it became an issue for us. What made this even more frustrating--and frankly unacceptable--was the inconsistency. While we stood there trying to avoid making a scene, there was a white woman outside holding down three tables with gift bags while the rest of her party hadn't even arrived yet. Apparently, that behavior was perfectly acceptable. So what exactly was the difference here? Because from where I stood, the only difference was us. This wasn't just poor communication or disorganization--this felt targeted, dismissive, and deeply disrespectful. If this establishment wants to claim this has nothing to do with a racism bias, I would strongly encourage some serious reflection on how situations like this are handled and who they are handled differently for. Thank you for making it very clear what kind of establishment this really is. We will not be returning. read more

Wow! This place is everything. My husband and I went out for a spontaneous brunch and wanted to check out this new spot! We were not disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door the place was more than we expected. Cute decor with indoor and outdoor seating, great vibes and super welcoming. You order at the counter then find your seat. The menu has just enough options but doesn't feel overwhelming. We tried the breakfast biscuit sandwich, the creme brûlée French toast, potatoes and the house made chicle sausage. Well everything was house made and absolutely delicious. Oh and I can't forget the gingerbread lattes with the cute little ginger bread people cookies. Aura Gardens fully deserves the 4.9 rating that I see on yelp today. We just visited for our first time, but not the last. Is located in the same strip mall as Marshalls off of Marron Road. As we walked up, we noticed the really cute painted railings and the colorful tables and umbrellas outside. We also noticed that it was very busy! That's a great sign! And now we know why. We had a delightful brunch, consisting of Shakshuka with perfectly cooked poached eggs and a prime rib chimichurri sandwich with tallow chips. The portion sizes were hearty. You definitely won't leave hungry. The tallow chips were incredible! The prime rib sandwich had tender meat, and a wonderful sauce on it that one could get addicted to. The arugula was the perfect balance on the sandwich. It was served on ciabatta bread . The shakshuka had the perfect amount of feta cheese served with a side of country potatoes with sautéed onions and peppers and plenty of grilled toast for sopping up egg yolk. While the shakshuka was good, the prime ribs sandwich was REALLY good. The customer service was attentive and friendly. You order at the counter and then they bring your food to you, but it didn't really feel like a quick-serve type scenario. They were constantly filling water, picking up dishes, etc., to turn the tables over. The owners were very friendly and helpful when determining what to choose on the menu. The decorations and atmosphere in Aura Gardens is beautiful, conveying a colorful vibe that is just HAPPY! It's such a great place to have a meal with family and friends. I've been coming to Aura Gardens almost weekly since they opened; this is because they have a Seed Oil Free Kitchen, which is incredibly rare. Everything I've had on the menu has been amazing. Favorites include the maple bacon benny (the eggs are always perfectly poached, never overcooked, and the hollandaise is the best I've ever tasted), the protein toast with ribeye (seriously, how has no one thought of this before?), the lemon ricotta pancakes, the prime rib sandwich, shakshuka, tallow biscuit sandwich (the tallow biscuit is absolute heaven, I'm obsessed), and the green goddess steak bowl. They also make great cappuccinos, the atmosphere is always enjoyable, and they're dog friendly, which is a huge plus. read more
