He also had his prices up front and was honest about what things would cost before coming in unlike other shops where they will only give you an estimate after a diagnosis. I came in for an A/C repair and he also suggested to replace my serpentine belt which I also did. When I came to pick up my car he informed me also did additional repairs free of charge, including fixing an oversight caused by my previous mechanic which caused a hissing noise. My ac works and the hissing noise is gone. I will be going back any time I need anything, thanks!

How about that, no charge from a dealer. shop around, get your quote, and call around and check the $$$ numbers. Some people also don't look at the reviews, which would be me. Expensive mistake. The OWNER responds that they provide a 2-year warranty, which is why they are more expensive. Well if the work you provide doesn't last for 2 years, you have still covered your time and effort, but not for the client, we still need to come back and have the work done again, we lose time, but because your MORE expensive, your time is covered. Life is a series of patterens, how many folks need to come back for warranty work? You have numerous bad reviews lately. You need to spend more time taking care of your clients and less time making commercials.

Based on a recommendation from my brother-in-law (our family's "car guru"), I reached out to Edgar. He quoted me $1,200 for the exact same work. It was a no-brainer, and the results were perfect. I recently went back after the dealership gave me a staggering $5,500 quote for a laundry list of items (brakes, axles, plugs, belts, etc.). Edgar looked at the same list and came back at $2,100. I went in yesterday for the brakes and drive belt, and he had me in and out in just two hours! It is rare to find a mechanic with this level of integrity and efficiency. At 2:30, I see a technician with my paperwork walk past me and thought "great, he's finished". I waited another 10 minutes before asking Jack "how much longer?" and Jack walked to the back. He came right back and said it'll be done in 10 minutes. Corwin takes payment, I comment that I'm happy to have found Ron Catt (they recently did my brakes). So 20 minutes later I ask Corwin what's up?? He went to the back and didn't show up until 10 more minutes went by, with my car, to the front, told me the technician was writing up a coolant leak, that's what was taking so long. Ok, quite a long time but whatever. Corwin hands me my papers, and when I got home I notice on the papers that the test WAS STARTED AT 2:36! I sat for more than an HOUR before they even started. I was lied to by both Jack and Corwin, instead of them letting me know they were running behind. Ron, please teach your front office how to communicate with your customers.
