    Bought my Lexus here a few years ago totally worth it. Still a beast for a great price and they didn't want to accept my trade-in because they were honest and fast to work it!

    I wasn't planning on buying a BMW but went through my Company's buying service and Auto Quest showed up so I decided to take a look and I'm so happy I did, I had the absolute best experience. Logan and Scott were amazing to work with. My Birthday is in 5 days and I mentioned how fun it would be to have a Big Red bow to make it a gift to myself and Logan surprised me after the sale went through with a big Beautiful red bow! Thank you for such a great experience and early Birthday gift to myself!! You were all so easy to work with!!

    I hate, loath, DETEST buying cars. It has been over a decade since I stepped onto a lot for that reason. Old men ignoring my female opinions, asking where my husband is and if my Dad is on hand to "get down to business" (eye roll), hard sell haggling tactics, yelling, bullying, bold faced lying - I have seen it ALL. I had been researching Mustangs for over 6 months. Knew the year, model and price I wanted. Stepped on the Auto Quest lot and held my breath - I. WAS. SHOCKED. I am still waiting to wake up. No hard sells, no over zealous energy, no sexist behavior at ALL. They simply asked what I wanted and to let them know if I needed anything. Took the car for a lengthy test drive by my self. Brought it back: no tactics, no BS - I had to ask Dominique if we could get down to business! He gave me a very fair price. We went over what the financing and payments would be. When I went in for financing it was within pennies of what Dominique quoted me. I was in and out in under and hour. Truly, the quickest, most painless and even pleasant car buying experience of my life. Dominique and his staff are great; low key, respectful and dare I say of a car dealership: genuine. It ticks me off when people review places they have never actually done business with. Sorry if you didn't get a call back within 15 mins or someone didn't kiss your a$$ when your tone got negative. I assure you, these guys are legit - they have my business for life. For the first time in my life I am as happy with the service I received as I am with my amazing new sexy wheels.     My husband and I recently decided to upgrade to a Prius because of our longer commute to work. I was surprised to find that even though Auto Quest is a luxury dealership they still have a large selection of modest cars as well. When I came in, everyone was extremely kind and welcoming. I worked with Dominic, even though he couldn't help me right away he offered me snacks and refreshments they had for their quests, in the waiting room. Their waiting room experience was pleasant, they have a big flat screen tv comfy couch and endless magazines. Other sales men walked by and greeted the guests in the lobby, adding to the welcomed experience. When Dominic was ready for me he made me feel like I was his only priority, he listened attentively to the things I wanted and my requirements for our future car. He let me test drive the Prius that they had available, Dominic explained me to how to use all the gadgets, what all the buttons meant and helped me along this new driving process. I loved this car right off the bat! Not to mention it was a great price! He definitely didn't push me to make any decisions right away, there wasn't a sleazy car salesman feel at all. I thought about it for a few days and decided I wanted to buy it! Dominic made the process so easy on my part! He had all the paperwork ready when I got there to trade in my old car and finance the new car, he explained to me what I was signing and all I had to do was sign the dotted line, no extra paperwork for me, he did it all! I had noticed a few smudges with the carpet and he had his guy clean the car inside and give it another bath before I left with it. It even had a full tank when I left! I told him I really wanted tinted windows and he made this process easy too! I called in the following week to make an appointment, was able to drop it off, get a loaner from them and pick it up same day. I was very pleased with the convenience for everything! I have already given Dominic's contact info at Auto Quest to several friends who are also looking to buy a car. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

At delivery, the truck was not properly detailed. There was a dirty towel left inside, the center console was unclean, bird droppings on the exterior, and the truck bed had not been cleaned. For a vehicle that had been reserved for a week and given the amount we paid, this level of preparation was unacceptable. We were not provided a walkthrough of the truck's features, no guidance on the Toyota app, and no explanation of how to set up payments. We also were not informed at the time of purchase that we could upgrade rims and tires by paying the difference -- something we only discovered later through the service manager, after the opportunity had passed. While Bradley was professional and polite, the overall sales process lacked clear communication and follow-through. After an accessory upgrade, we were not properly advised about the window tinting process and only learned not to roll the windows down from a small Post-it note. Most disappointing, after Keith, the Sales Manager, personally asked us to leave a review, I emailed him twice to address these concerns and received no response over several months. That lack of accountability reinforced our concerns about the overall customer experience. We expected a higher level of professionalism, communication, and attention to detail.

They had the exact vehicle we wanted and did not try to sell us something in a different color or a completely different vehicle, unlike one other dealership. Mike was upfront about what they were willing to offer on the vehicle and was not overly pushy with the sales process. Anna was very friendly and communicative and helped us by showing us the SUV and generally being awesome. Special shoutout to Joe. There was miscommunication during the paperwork, and something was added that we did not want. He did not try to force us to keep it and instead made the corrections, and everything worked out as initially agreed. Hopefully, when it comes time to service the vehicle, the service department is as good as the sales department.

I purchased a used 2025 F150 lightning, 26k miles. During the buying process the truck was not able to be test driven, "just got off the truck and needed a safety check," so i test drove an equivalent vehicle. Upon picking up the vehicle, they handed me the keys, no orientation to the vehicle, and said we were good to go. The very first time I turned on the truck, there is a notification that the car needed to be serviced and to contact the service team. I notified the dealer, who informed me that this is likely a result of the safety check, that these notifications were simply not cleared and that the truck was "all good", and to just drive home. I cleared the notification, drove home. Notifications continued the following day every time I started the truck and after having the truck less than 2 days I took it to a closer ford service center who informed me of multiple faults detected that needed repair. The truck was being repaired for the next 9 days. Just got the truck back, thankfully everything is under warranty, which would not have been yhe case if the truck had 10k more miles, or was 1 year older. I was told the repairs were very costly. The buying process, including not being able to test drive the truck, no orientation, and brushing off the notifications leads me to believe they knew of the errors and didn't want me to be aware of the issues prior to drivijg off the lot. I would be extremely cautious buying a used car from this dealership.

Enterprise might not have a huge inventory of cars, but with a little research and looking around, you might surprisingly find the right car. They do their best to update their inventory as often as possible and when you see a vehicle "in certification," then that means it is being checked out before being available for sale. During the time I was looking online, I was being helped by Ana (Sales Consultant) and Devin (Senior Sales Manager) via email, after submitting an application. They both went through the process of what vehicles I was interested in and when you let them know what you want, they will complete the application process to see what you qualify for. I then received a call from Ana or Devin, with both of them introducing themselves once again and going through what I was qualified for. They throughly made sure everything was correct and if they missed anything to confirm or review. After everything was confirmed, it was time to go in-person to meet them and the vehicle of my choice(s). Upon arriving, I was already familiar with the location since I have rented a vehicle from there before, just now working with a different side of the building. When going into Enterprise, it was very clean and inviting, as there was somebody to greet me. From there, got to meet Ana personally and from there, we went right into business with the vehicle I was interested in. During the process, Devin came in and introduced himself once again to formally welcome me at this location. Ana made sure all information was correct, then brought the vehicle for me to take a look and out of the many decent amount of vehicles they had in their lot, I went with the 2021 Volkswagen Altas and it was amazing to look at, both interior and exterior! After looking at the Volkswagen, I wanted to take a look at other vehicle they had on the lot and Ana was very patient with me, telling me to take me time. After taking a look around, made the definite decision on getting the Atlas. Went through the complete application process, signed all necessary documentation and once everything was good to go, I officially got my car! A couple days after I purchased my vehicle, brought it back in for Devin to take a look at because for some reason the remote start was not working. So Devin told me to bring it on it to see if something could be done with their technician team or it would have to go to the dealership. After waiting a couple hours, it was finally working and it was just due to the coding of the vehicle, which was reset. In the end, I honestly had the best experience with both Devin and Ana, so if you get to have a chance to interact with them, you are in the best hands! They both were understanding, professional, patient and VERY transparent, which you do not get at a lot of dealerships. They made the experience for both online and in-person smooth and stress-free. In my experience with Enterprise, I would highly recommend going to this location to find your vehicle, if you choose to do so or if the options are there for you.

We didn't finance, we gave them a cashiers check for $24,000, which of course, they said it had been deposited, and that they would have to get it back from corporate, and it would take a few days. Well, it's been well over a week, we have not heard anything, nor do they answer our text messages. We aren't sure what they are trying to pull. But we get a very uneasy feeling from all of this. Wish we had never gone there. Maybe the smart thing to do, would be for them to hold any deposits, or payments on a car for 7 days, THEN make the deposit.

My dad has mentioned the smell of oil the last two times he's gotten an oil change- both times the maintenance team said it's probably just a spill from getting it changed and nothing to be worried about. (Keep in mind this is when he was in the warranty) his first oil change out of his warranty he brings up the conversation he previously had and now they say that he has a oil leak that has obviously been there for a long time. Then one of the maintenance managers say that majority of their maintenance team was doing dishonest things which lead them to get fired. She write some of our information and says she's gonna get it to her manager, which did not reach out to us like he was supposed to. After calling two separate times I finally got in touch with him and he said he cannot do anything to help because the old maintenance team didn't write anything down about the interaction. Keep in mind all of this was after admitting that his whole team was dishonest and frequently did not pay attention to anything a customer would bring up. This shows terrible management, customer service, and employees! As of now, I will continue to escalate the situation and make sure everybody sees how TERRIBLE they treat customers. Please do not come here, they will continue to screw you over with no remorse

All of them wanted to put me in a vehicle with over 100k miles etc and with 10k down, now they are lost of words when I had told all four of the dealerships that Mazda of Renton had Financed me with a fraction of the 10k requested down. With that being said, my payments and interest rates are a quarter of what all 4 dealerships wanted me to sign onto.

After about 6 months when I noticed these charges, I went back to the dealership to cancel them. I spoke with a manager named Den, who was extremely rude and spoke to me in a very aggressive and disrespectful way instead of helping resolve the issue. Later, after getting advice from others, I contacted them again and went back to the dealership to cancel the contracts. They gave me a cancellation copy and told me it would take 3-5 weeks for the cancellation to process and that the refund would go directly to my auto loan bank. Now it has been over 8 weeks and my bank confirmed that no cancellation or refund has been processed from Walker's Renton Mazda. This is very frustrating and unprofessional. I feel misled and ignored. What's even more concerning is that two of my friends experienced similar issues with the same dealership. I strongly recommend that anyone buying a car here carefully check every document before signing. Be very cautious with any additional contracts or add-ons they include.

This wasn't a simple purchase. I was coming in with an insurance settlement in transit, lender constraints, multiple approvals being explored, and a tight window to make everything line up correctly. There were a lot of moving parts, and it could have easily fallen apart. Instead, Josef stayed patient, transparent, and never applied pressure. He kept me informed, respected my pace, and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Jonathan in finance really earned his credit here. He worked through multiple lender scenarios, made adjustments as new information came in, and ultimately structured a deal that made sense for my situation. He didn't rush me, didn't force anything, and when I decided to pause instead of forcing a down payment, he respected that and continued working the numbers until it actually worked. What I appreciated most was that they made it work without cutting corners. I was able to leave with the car based on a real approval, not guesswork, and everything was clearly explained. No pressure tactics, no last minute surprises, just problem solving and follow through. If you're dealing with a non-standard situation, insurance involvement, or lender complications, these are the guys you want in your corner.
