I went there to get an oil change, a car wash and the inside of my car cleaned. During the oil change process the mechanic advised that I needed a flush for my brake fluid and I said OK; He advised that I would get a free car wash, and the inside of my car cleaned From the purchase, which incentivized me to get the flush done. He got done about 15 minutes before they close. When I went through the car wash the girl kindly told me that they could not take care of me because she couldn't keep her labor on past 4 o'clock. I suggested OK let me just run through the car wash and I can come back another day to get the inside of my car cleaned as my car really needed to be washed. She said no that she could not do that. I kindly explain to her that I understand. She wants to keep her labor costs down, but I also understand as a customer I drove out to this facility to get these specific things done and although I am inconvenienced by your policy that you will not pay labor after 4 o'clock, even if someone comes through before 4 o'clock I will work with you on that. She said that she could not split the two in half meaning the car wash and the car inside clean. I suggested she can just give me a free basic car wash. I just need to run through here. She declined that. I gave several solutions to the problem that was not even my problem. Nonetheless, I asked for the owners number so that I could let him know as if I were running a business. I certainly would not want this situation handled this way. I reached out to the owner, Frank via phone, call and via text and unfortunately never received a response, which in my opinion is completely unprofessional. I do not always make reviews as a matter of fact, hardly ever but at the very minimum the owner could have at least reached back out to me and had a conversation. The employee that confronted me was very young so essentially, it's a coaching opportunity for him to explain to her that hey, we want to keep our costs down, but we don't want to put that on our customers. That's just common sense but again the most disappointing thing was that the owner did not follow up with me. Thanks, Frank! Not only was this unprofessional, but it was a huge inconvenience for me as I drove to another facility to get my car washed because I didn't want to use the interior detail as that is close to $30 when a basic car wash can be six dollars. It is disappointing when you see a successful business because they are successful. Ignore customers on this level. I paid almost $250 at that facility just to go get my oil changed and car, washed and cleaned and they didn't even have a common decency to follow up with me as if my business is nothing to them because they are established and busy so therefore I mean nothing and at the end of the day I'm sure I don't but I will never go back there or recommend or refer this facility. read more

I took the car in today to have an inspection, oil change, rotation and a wash. I dealt with Lynch, Mary and Kevin. Lynch was terrific and treated me well. He took a genuine interest in what I needed done on my car recommending things that I didn't think of for a car that has 75,000 miles. Lynch was personable and professional while handling all of my requests. When I picked up my car, Mary was friendly and had a warm smile. She quickly took care of me when I arrived. Firstime at this place, and for what you get definitely worth it, I did come in early about 8am, no one in line for inspections took the tech just 7 minutes, SUPER FAST!! The best part passed, lol. The tech was super nice as was the cashier, and a good deal turned greater, got a free car wash with the inspection and a 4.00 coupon from Yelp as well, very happy at this place, plus the country music outside was spot on! read more

I've been taking our vehicles here for car wash and detail services the past 9 years. never had a problem until today. My fairly new 2023 SUV has never caused me any problems. During the dry clean , vacuum stage one of the employees informed me the seat fob to move my seat back and forth was not working . after they used it multiple times and took it off the track , it would still not work. Went here for inspection, already 4 cars in line waiting to open. They provide a premium exterior wash with inspection. There was a Blue CRV ahead of us this morning, and it had a burned out brake light for their inspection. Ive been going to this wash for years! My car has always been taken care of from oil changes, state inspections, and interior details they have always taken good care of me. Recently, I had some major issues with my car pop up..due to the age of it and... I knew exactly where to go to get help. The service manager..Will lynch, helped me understand what all was wrong with car. Not only was the knowledge I gained about my vehicle appreciated the repairs were reasonably priced. They really work as a team here and treated me like one of their own family members. As a woman having car troubles, I've found it hard to find an auto mechanic shop that I can trust. I feel so lucky I found this gem of a place. 10/10 would recommend this shop. especially to other women like me. I have been there a few times, was very good & I didn't have to wait for a long time. Was recommended to get a brake fluid done about 2 weeks ago and finally got it done today. Everything was working fine before, until a guy who did the work today told me that my car battery was bad? Which also disconnected my radio and also now my car is dead! Waited about 40 minutes for motorcycle inspection, which is ok, given there were 4 cars ahead of me. I somehow missed the sign that says wait for attendant before you bring your vehicle in. so, as soon as the car ahead of me left, I pulled in my motorcycle. It was also due to bad habits, I guess, as other technicians on my previous trips never mandated it. Anyhow, my mistake, but the guy comes to me and says "Who asked you to come in? Leave your insurance card here and go stand at the back of the line and leave the motorcycle at the entrance. I will take care of other cars behind you first." The ego on this guy, just because I pulled in before he could "direct me in". It was on Oct 31st, 2022 in the inspection bay at 12:00 noon, just in case the management wants to improve on such behavior by identifying the person working there at that time. I find the actions of the owner, Frank, not to be a stand up guy and make things right when things went wrong on Nov 25th 2018. I have been a monthly subscriber for car washes for 3+ yrs with 2-3 vehicles and at one time 4 vehicles I personally own . On that Sunday in question, I drove my vehicle into the car wash as I have done in the past and at the last station of brushes I heard a loud noise/crack emitted from my rear roof. I proceed out of the car wash and sure enough the antenna base had a nice hole with my stubby antenna gone. I spoke to the manger on site who tried to downplay the incident by grabbing gorilla glue and trying to reattach it. In the process, he managed to get glue on my roof and of course the antenna would not reattach. Took all my info down and said I would get a call from the owner around Wed of that week. I got a call from D Meyers the following Tue saying, "sorry for the damage we will get it fixed by giving you a gift certificate for cost of damage" I told him I actually have an estimate from the dealership for the part and emailed it to him. I get a call from Frank (Nov 29, Thur) telling me he reviewed the video and saw where I went in with an antenna and came out missing it. I told him about the estimate from Mini dealership which came out to $446 labor and $225 for part for a total $671. Of course he balked at that figure saying that can't be. It should pop off and pop back in. No Frank, the headliner has to be dropped to gain access to the wires and the nut holding the base to the roof. Then he starts giving the we aren't liable because "my machines couldn't have done that based on the style of brushes they have". So he said, "I will have my GM call around and see if he can find a lower price.. We can discuss it more then." 13 Days passed, (Nov 12, Wed) and I finally reached out to Frank to see where we were in the process since I hadn't heard back from him. In the txt, he confirmed he called a shop near by and agreed to do the job for $300. Then he says "In order for us to liable for any repairs I have to find that either my employees did something wrong or my equipment malfunctioned neither one of those situations occurred here. How ever you are a good customer I will either pay half the cost (150) or give you a gift certificate for the full amount (300)....." I responded back with, "I have to strongly disagree on your equipment not being the culprit. I went in to the car wash with an antenna in tact (which you confirmed on video per our phone conversation) and the last set of brushes caused a loud bang and came out with out an antenna... so there is liability there." I asked so is the repair shop going to do the job and parts for $300 or purchase the part from Mini at $225 and do the install for $75? I explained I was not ok with aftermarket parts. I did some research and this part is VIN specific to the options when it was built. So any antenna base would not work if installed, it is very specific. So no response still waiting.. going on 24hrs. I called the shop to confirm this repair with shop owner and he said "it was only for labor." Now it makes me believe Frank is not covering the part and letting me pick up the tab $225 plus tax at Mini dealership. Reading other reviews apparently Frank uses the same terminology when things go wrong. For example Kandice E. from Little Elm 10/2017 So today going on week 4, 12/15/2018. I picked up my $300 gift card but come to find out it is a "Auto Splish Splash gift card" which states on the back of card. "Use this card toward the purchase of goods and services at Auto Splish Splash Wash & Oil Change. This does was a slap in the face from this company. I was under the impression it was going to be a Visa/Mastercard gift card to use to off set the labor cost to fix the antenna on my vehicle. Boy was I wrong. I have txt the owner now 3x's since 12/11/2018 and he has yet to respond to my inquiries regarding this issue. Goes to show you if you car is damaged here 1) They will deny any liability 2) Expect you to cover all damages 3) Utterly disrespect you valued customer by not responding to you. Also, this business as an "F" rating on the BBB website if that tells you anything about the owner. Be Forewarned, doing business with this company will leave you to pay for damages caused by their equipment!!! FYI... I didn't bring up the Gorilla Glue on the roof of the car when the manager on duty tried to glue it back on. Destroyed the bottom of my car. They didn't bolt the bottom cover back on correctly after my oil change so it drug against the pavement. I put it back together with clamps. I brought it back in and they just cut corners by trimming off the front portion. Next day same problem - now the "new front" edge is hanging down dragging the pavement. So I bring it back again. They remove the cover entirely and say they'll review the videos to see what happened and call me in an hour. He finally calls end of the following day saying he hasn't had time to address it. 3 more days go by. No responsibility for the damage. Awful service and business model. Why in the world would you not ask a car owner what you want it keep and throw away? I made sure to take all trash to the back seat. I put all the things I wanted to keep in the driver door. I have never had someone throw away all my crap when it was in one specific place. Wow. Can't trust anyone to care about it what you have. Come to find out, they are told to throw away every thing in the car. But my daughters toys were still in the back seat, glove compartment still full, and middle compartment full. WTF When something goes wrong, staff hang up on you when you request a manager. Do not want to address the problem at hand and do not provide you with a manager when requested. Place doesn't understand the concept of detailing any way shape or form. Even when you're specifically tell them you want it pristine and you are willing to pay for it. Then they are very adamant about up charging you on everything when you simply want an oil change. Claiming they know how to clean a air filter made by K&N, when it clearly states it's nearly a day process. Telling me I need new wipers when I just bought them a week prior. Not a bad car wash at all. I have a 2012 Challenger that has never been to an automated car wash until last week. I figured that since it was a six year old car that I could finally take it to a car wash instead of doing it myself. I got the $20.00 wash which was the one I was told was the lowest one that included the wheels and tires. Car came out looking great, I am real happy with the wash. Only issue is I was not told about all the options that come with the $20.00 wash that I bought. Turns out I missed the hand drying and the hand finishing\dressing of the wheels and tires because I was never told about them. The $20.00 wash also has the seven day return policy. About five or six days later I needed to wash the car again. So I went in for the rain check. For some reason I had assumed that the return wash would be the same as what I originally paid for. It was actually the most basic car wash they have. The wax they use is also very good. It has been over a week and a half since it was put onto my car and it is still beading water. read more

Good: great washes and they have people to dry off your vehicle. Free drinks and nice clean waiting area with TVs Bad: detail service sucks (waxing, buffing, etc...) I have been taking my vehicles here for a while now. Staff is always nice and they do a great job. I usually get the supreme car wash and it's almost a mini detail and great for the price. They lose 1 star for there detail service.. I left my vehicle all day so they wouldn't rush and do the job ccorrectly that didn't happen.I took my truck in awhile back after a 13 hour road trip and had them buff and polish and do a full detail on the vehicle paid almost $300 I think. Truck was swirled up bad from buffing and their buffer caught my plastics alot (bed caps, window moldings, trim, etc..) all over the vehicle and left polish splatter on the vehicle. I took it back and they removed about 90% of the swirls and wiped my plastics down with a protectant that made them shine for awhile but that has now worn off and you can see the marked on my plastics again. I still use them for my easy quick washes but I do not recommend their detail services. read more

We both know the truth. It didn't play out the way you detailed it, nor are all of you statements true/accurate. For example, you told me you'd cover my rental but then refused to. What goes around comes around. The car was in great condition for a 2016 vehicle with less than 40,000 miles on it and AC, transmission, engine all worked fine. Transmission, engine... everything worked fine until my car died in the middle of the road after all the oil leaked out...according to the qualified mechanic, there was no way to tell what all damage was done to the car without getting it fixed first and finding out later what other issues there would be. AC, a couple missing lug nuts and a flat spare does NOT make it a lemon. It was a great car for my daughter. And is besides the point...are you seriously trying to claim and act like we SOLD YOU that car??!!?? Anyone thinking this is a good place for more than a basic car wash just needs to know that they are gambling with their engine...and their time, asset and stress level... Get auto care where there are actually mechanics...and honest people. That was the whole point of the review. I went to an establishment for a service...I am leaving my review of the actual Service received. I recommend others to take their cars elsewhere to actual auto care. read more

I purchased the highest valued interior/exterior cleaning package. I got through the exterior wash just fine, and it looked like it did the job. They started the interior immediately when I pulled into the detailing bay, which was awesome. But when I retrieved my car, nearly half of it wasn't vacuumed completely and whatever they wiped my dash and console with left streaks all over my interior when it completely dried. I have had a great experience here until the next time I went to get my oil changed at the dealership instead of Auto splash I got the bad news about how Auto splash treated my truck while changing the oil. The plug was over torqued but luckily enough they could get it off. Could have been worse but they need to get the toque specs right and slow down I guess. read more
