Attention potential customers: They don't care about being loyal to you as a customer. The first time I came here I was sold on a different exhaust by Golan after buying one that I wanted on eBay. I trusted him since he knew what he seemed to know what he was talking about. That was my first interaction with Golan. He ended up having some personal issues but never replied to my emails stating he had been having personal issues. My exhaust ended up not fitting on my car until Mike stepped in and helped me through the process. If you're going to deal with this shop I'd suggest you deal with anyone here other than Golan. Recently I ordered a set of wheels which they promised me a discount on because it took two months for them to finish my exhaust last time. They texted me on Friday and I forgot to text back, and then today (Tuesday) I get an aggressive series of texts from Golan essentially insinuating that I had no money and they should have charged me half down for the wheels. After a back and forth with him I eventually got tired of his attitude and told him to just refund the wheels if it meant I had to deal with him. Just to clarify, this shop did a good job on my exhaust after it was plagued with a bunch of issue, but I never once had any good interactions with Golan. If you really want to use this shop I'd recommend speaking to anyone else with an ounce of professionalism. They do not seem to care about repeat business. read more

If I could give this place a zero and give them a zero or a negative 5 I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt especially people that are extremely pretentious based off their work environment. Which usually it seems like anything auto fixing or tuning shops tend to be that way. I let the guy named Justin know beforehand that I know nothing about cars and I was hoping that he would be nice and actually accommodate and not be a complete prick. The first thing he does is basically tell me he doesn't have time to even talk to me. Then says I'll text you my number and then doesn't text back so I said OK not a big deal but I just wanted to check to see if you know he's busy or or maybe forgot and if that was the case then I would just call back tomorrow or even Head there in person. I just texted simply a couple words "Hey just wanted to follow up". I never ever met anyone who is ever made such a big deal about texting about a follow up. He goes on to say I am still busy I will get back to you when I'm free. I politely say oh my bad I didn't know if you had forgot or if you had close the shop. His response then was extremely was extremely smart ass and condescending he says if I was closed why would you still follow up. My answer was I was mainly checking to see if you were going to respond or not, because if you didn't then I would've assumed you either were extremely busy or you forgot which isn't a big deal at all. He goes on to say we don't do any of the services that you just ask for which is cool. Tucked in a 5000sq ft building just a stone's throw away from Ikea, this is a gem for car enthusiasts from SFV, to West LA, South Bay and OC. I have known Sam (owner) and Zolti (master tech) for about a decade now. They used to work out of half a shop on Sepulveda in West LA and today, they have a huge place to call their own. I have literally witnessed how they evolved. They have also hired a number of good folks (Steven in sales, Danny in tech etc) to help them out. Quality work without costing an arm and leg. They will work on ANY car and marque, from Lamborghini to Smart car, and from rebuilding an engine to car detailing, they can do it all. This place is horrible. I ended up buying a dinan tune for my 18 c63...I decided to go with a flash instead so I wanted to return it. Long story short every time I talk with them on the phone their extremely rude and act like their shit don't stink. I ended up bringing the item back in person and they weren't able to refund my card bc of a quickbooks problem...this was on a Friday. I had Golan send me an email stating they received the item (for my protection) since the card wasn't refunded that day. Golan told me He would call me on Friday and try to refund the card since it wasn't working that day. Waited on Monday I didn't get a call I then waited on Tuesday still didn't get a call on Wednesday I ended up initiating the phone call to them but Golan was busy and I was told he'd call me right back...of course he didn't call me. I ended up calling him again and Thursday same thing happens finally I called again on Friday saying hey if I don't get a call I'm going to dispute the charges with the bank and of course right after that.. I get a call. Golan told me that he refunded my credit card and I should see it back on my account within 2 to 3 business days. A week goes by still nothing in my account two weeks go by...still nothing credited to my account and now it's a month and I still didn't get the refund. I Ended up calling my credit card company to dispute the charges and of course he acted surprised..."what did I do wrong? I've been nothing but honest and I refunded you" yah...bullshit ya kook. I will never ever go back to this place they act entitled they don't know how to run a business and they don't know shit about customer service I've got a business with over 70 employees. This business has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased a diffuser which was real carbon fiber, and not inexpensive by any means. Once installed on my M5, both outer edges of the diffuser were unfinished and exposed, leaving a rough and dull surface of the diffuser visible. After contacting Auto Talent, I was told the manufacturer did not want to return the product because they hadn't had any previous complaints. Golan then told me they are just a "middle dealer" and they are not responsible. This company is a sham and they do not stand behind their own return policy. Ordered a part for my car. It was mislabeled as fitting my car, which, of course it didn't. After 3 emails and 2 phone calls, am getting blown off. They keep telling me we have to hear back from the manufacturer? Why? The manufacturer didn't mislabel it - you did. Keep in mind, it was $110 trim piece. After lying about the amount of time for parts, having my car for over 2 months, quoting me on work and then up charging me after the fact, they still refuse to reimburse me money they promised to pay after they killed a properly working battery in the car (not to mention not starting the car for over 2 months and the engine not running properly when I picked up the car) It has taken Sam over 2 months to send me a check. This is followed by numerous calls that a customer shouldn't have to make after the company screwed up numerous times. Today Sam told me to go fuck myself, stop bitching about this, and hung up on me after telling me he sent my check out on Monday 11/30.
