I'd love to rate these guys, but they have been totally unresponsive. I actually got a human on the phone once, about selling my car, and was told to register it on their web site and I'd be contacted. Unfortunately, the web site would no list my vehicle, so I tried calling again....no reply. Then I left email using their web "customer info" section asking for help, but never heard back. Finally I sent text to their 415 number, but it was ignored as well. So I couldn't tell you how good they are at buying or selling, but their up front customer service it a big fat zero.
