We called one shop in Las Vegas and were given a ridiculous quote for the converter. I asked him to check my other account on my old phone number as I've been buying most of my auto parts from Auto Zone for years and he told me that he'll give me the number of the District Manager to call. I asked him if he can combine my 2 accounts into 1 and he told me that the District Manager can do it for me.

My husband bought his 2018 GMC Denali here 2 years ago and has had nothing but sketchy problems…read morewith their service department. Every other 3 appointments they bring up that he needs to get his front struts replaced for "leaking" for 3 THOUSAND dollars. He declines. Goes back 3 months later and magically they don't see anything wrong with them. Recently he received a quote to replace his rear brake pads and rotors for $1K...... took it to a great reputable shop close by and they said he didn't need them replaced for another year at least as they were 6mm and that it would just be brake pads (with pictures and a demonstration with his pad). As well as a rear differential fluid leak (caused by a seal NOT the gear) and charged him $1100 to fix. We called the other shop about this and they BELLY laughed at the absurdity of the cost. Not to mention every oil change that he has had an "APPOINTMENT" for he has waited at least 4-5 hours for completion and his truck isn't pulled back for at least an hour.

When they did the research they told me their online offer would go from $23,000 down to $20,000. I was told that the accident showing up showed the airbag had gone off...it hadn't. Fortunately I had an offer from Car Max for $28,000. The rep "assured me" that Car Max wouldn't give me that amount because of the "airbag being deployed." I was concerned to say the least. When I brought my car to CarMax they honored their online offer of $28,000. I would NEVER sell my car at Centennial Hyundai. Get multiple quotes and make sure to get one from Car Max and Carvana. Why go Centennial Hyundai first? They had the car we wanted and if we could have gotten close on a trade we would have bought a car from them. Why 2 stars and not 1? I would like to think this was somehow an honest error (but I doubt it, there's no way that Car Max would give me full price if my car had the airbag deployed) but it felt super dishonest....the car rep (salesman) was cordial.

Quite embarrassing when talking to your work colleagues, and to the least annoying when talking to all else. At the time of the transaction I informed the salesman that the car would be going to California and to p look ease process the transaction as such. It was not, and it cost me a fortune in registration and insurance fees for two states! Throughout those years I have and still am receiving sales promotions from the dealership. And I have asked them to cease contacting me for as many years. For nearly six years now I have informed them of the issue and they never offered to replace or repair the issue. Yet, I just received another promotional communication. I have shared the concerns with their management, and yet here we are. I will post their sales communications each time I receive one. We'll see how long it takes them to get the message. In the meantime, I am sure I will continue to get reactions from family, friends and colleagues when driving in the car.
