I've been here a few times. Great place to grab some breakfast. Ordered a veggie omelette with fruit & English muffin. It was good. I like the fruit & the view. Staff were friendly. It was quite busy but we were seated quickly. They have a nice patio view but it was too cold but I can see how nice it is with warmer weather

We were here for end-of-year party for one of the local high school golf teams. Place is already decorated for Christmas. Food was served buffet style with teriyaki chicken and rice as one option, plus good 'ol pasta and meat sauce as another option. They also had sautéed Italian squash which was perfectly cooked. Everything was good. Went back for second helpings on the pasta and squash. Service was great. They had two events booked for evening, but Karen took care of us very well. Lots of wine/beer orders between the two events. If you're looking for group event, this place offers an affordable, no frills options. No room rental, minimum spend, etc.

Love coming to place. It's located in the "terminal" of Sacramento Executive Airport. The decor fits perfectly w replica/models of planes suspended from the ceiling. Dropped in after an early morning of golf at WLP. I seated myself. The waitress immediately came over...took my drink order. She returned quickly w my mix of orange and cranberry juice and I was ready to order While not on the menu...ordered the fried rice w 2 eggs over easy. Again, the ordered was delivered w/in 5 minutes. Eggs were perfectly made

We stop by after golf for breakfast. Such a cute place with airplanes hanging from the ceiling. Kody's of table seating & a few booths. Food is good. Salad bar looked good, may try it next time. You can watch planes take off. Service is great! Glad place is still open. Best part is, prices are great!

Excellent service ... First time here and it is a nice little place with great decorations (airplanes hanging from the ceiling) lots of aircraft coming in and out of the airport... The 3 of us had, club sandwich with onion rings . Sandwich was good but the onion rings didn't get cooked enough... still firm onions. The 2 egg with delicious bacon & pancake was very tasty...biscuits & gravy with eggs & bacon was good other than the biscuit was a little bit over cooked or over microwaved not sure what the issue was. The gravy was good had a little peppery bite to it. I am looking forward to returning to try other menu items.

We were there this past Saturday around 10:30am. It was rainy and foggy out. I think that led to the small crowd there, thus they had a sign out to seat yourself. We were on the go so we got a tea to go. We ended up drinking it in the Executive Airport. I love this place. They have a huge variety of food and great service. I love that you can watch the planes take off and land from the dining area.

Just recently attended a retirement party for a coworker here. We had something like 80 people in attendance. The restaurant facilities accommodated our group nicely. We had 2 different entrees, salad bar, and some very nicely prepared asparagus spears. The tender roast beef and the creamy chicken tip with fettuccini noodles tasted very good. I love the aviation-centered decor. It felt very comfortable and cozy here. Aviator's offers a lot more for large group gathers than a lot of other options around. Many of those other meeting spaces are boxy and sterile-feeling. This restaurant. has a lot of "cozy quotient" going on.

Great spot for some classic breakfast. This place is in the executive airport and is a staple in this neighborhood, so iykuk. The place is usually busy, especially on weekends, but I never had to wait. The service is nice and friendly, there are only 2 servers so they work really hard and do a good job. They have a straightforward menu but the one thing I recommend are the pancakes. These are delicious and could be the best in town and are a must. The omelets, skillets, and steak and eggs are all worth the price as this place is pretty reasonable. The pro tip that is not on the menu is the loco moco. You can get this hawaiian breakfast served with eggs, upgrade to fried rice, gravy, and a thick hamburger patty, which is delicious. This meal is a real treat! If you are looking for lunch options, my go-to is the burger as they use the same patty in the loco moco, and its pretty big. With great options, everything I have had has been very satisfying. If you love planes, and a classic diner feel, you will love Aviators!

So one of my friends told me to come here and support the owner if I could. I guess a few months ago he was going to lose his lease and hundreds of people came out to support him and the lease was renewed. This restaurant is inside the Executive Airport. It is like a museum of aviation. It has large model airplanes hanging from their ceilings. So nice looking and different. I took my buddy who was a pilot who said that this used to be a Red Baron steak house and it was the bomb in the 70's. Been through a few owners and the current one has been here for a long time. The place had a lot of people in it for breakfast time. It seems to be a meeting place for a lot of Asians. There was a men's group hanging out in the middle when I visited. They have a small seniors menu so I guess it's a good deal too. I got the meat lovers omelet and a waffle. the bacon was over cooked for me and was kind of hard. The waffle was good. The food is just ok. I don't think it's anything really mind blowing. Just decent. As for the ambiance they have that going for them. Who doesn't like watching planes at an airport. Be that it's a slow airport the view is nice. The model airplanes are really cook to see. They have a cockpit hanging over the salad bar. Pretty cool. I agree with the old guys . this is a nice place to hang out. The staff are really friendly and food is ok.

For 2025, we've decided to visit one local diner/breakfast spot a month. Aviator's was our first stop, in January. We stopped in on a Sunday morning. Service was quick. The downsides were that we never got a coffee refill, and there really aren't many choices if you don't eat meat. It sure is fun to sit and watch the planes, though.

I just was there two weeks ago during the week and the service and the food were great. Today is Saturday. Service I asked for hot syrup, waitress said we don't have that. Put some in cup and nuke for 10 seconds. My water was never refilled. Is there a water shortage? My wife did not like roast beef sandwich, she ordered a club sandwich instead, waitress asked if we wanted it to go, we had to make it clear that we were not going to pay for roast beef, I believe there was a language problem and asked for manager, waitress eventually modified the bill. Rating 1 Eggs, bacon and French toast breakfast , cold syrup. Rate 4 Roast Beef Sandwich Salt bomb. Rate 2 Club Sandwich Just ok Rate 3

This place has a very charming vibe to it. I really enjoy seeing the planes flying around. At the moment they are doing break and lunch only . Closes at 2:30. As you walk in and you seat yourself . Easy to read menu . Secret menu has the fried rice . The best fried rice !!!!! That's all I eat at this restaurant. Comes with two eggs . Low prices and good quality food . Good service. I recommend this place.

Is this restaurant ADA compliant? My parents are elderly and mobility challenged. But I want to take them there.

Yes, it is! There's a wheelchair lift / elevator if needed.

Is the business offering outdoor dining during COVID?

Similar to the other answer here, we saw tables outside but when I asked the waitress (who was not masked) if there was outdoor seating, she acted kind of exasperated and said that they COULD seat us outside but it would be extra work for the staff…

Are there specific (hours) restriction if I want to order breakfast dishes during brunch?

Breakfast is all day that I know of.

Does Aviators have a meeting room? What are the terms of use?

Yes, need to check with Aviator's staff to check calendar schedule.

The happy hour prices were reasonable and had so many great options. Can't say for certain about the parking situation because it was a close walk from our hotel. We ordered 2 mocktails, the watermelon sugar and basil berry fizz. Both drinks were super sugary and tart, which I ended up diluting with water. Still refreshing and tasty, but I think it was a bit overkill on sugar. For our mains, we tried the rigatoni bolognese, trio of fries, and chicken tenders. All food and drinks for under $50! The portions were massive, especially the trio of fries, which I was not expecting. The sweet potato fries were a bit soggy compared to the other 2, which were significantly crispier. The chicken tenders were ok and probably the least exciting thing we ordered haha. On the other hand, the bolognese was by far the standout! Flavorful, rich, creamy and the cheese pull from the pasta was to die for. Our server was super cool and patient with us, as it was our first time coming here. Totally recommend checking this place out with a group of friends to enjoy happy hour.

We were seated outside which was lovely, especially given the weather and the slight breeze. I appreciate that they offer an option for reservations. Many brunch places do not do those nowadays, which I hate. Every brunch requires a coffee. I appreciate that they do lattes here, rather than just hot or iced coffees. They had some unique syrups, such as bourbon caramel and praline. The syrups were on the more subtle side, which some people prefer. I am not one of those people, but it was a good latte for a breakfast/ brunch spot. I wish there was more ice tho.  The skillet cornbread with sharp cheddar, creamed corn & garlic, honey butter & house made seasonal jam on the side was a great starter dish. I enjoyed the garlic and cheese. The temperature/ toastiness of this was yummy.  We couldn't decide between the cornbread and the sticky bun, so the only obvious solution was to order both. The topping of the sticky bun was delicious. It was almost pecan pie adjacent.

I waited over 30 minutes for two drinks that took roughly three minutes to prepare. The employee only started making them after I asked whether my order was ready. Her explanation was that they don't make online orders until customers show up because some people never come, or because ice might melt. That's not how mobile ordering works. The entire reason people order ahead is so the drinks are ready when they arrive. Instead, my order was apparently ignored while I stood there waiting with no communication whatsoever. If customers are expected to announce themselves before their order will even be started, that should be clearly stated when ordering. Otherwise, this is just wasting people's time and defeating the purpose of the service entirely. Extremely frustrating experience.

We asked our server what she recommended and she said the waffle fries and French toast are great. While we passed on the French Toast (this time- I'm more of a savory breakfast person) we did get waffle fries ($7) and their Zebra Special ($15.50) that comes with two eggs, meat (ham, bacon or sausage), hash browns, and choice of toast. We paid a little extra to get a biscuit with gravy instead of toast. We also ordered jello shots for the group and it was very fun having morning jello shots with breakfast. They have a lot of televisions here and seem to serve as a watch party destination for a lot of sports fans. The food was delicious: I had the pear and pecan French toast and my wife had fried green tomatoes egg Benedict which she found super yummy. Their multiple line check-in and wait system where you line up again in a separate line once texted, process is an admittedly a bit clunky but I also surprisingly found it be very efficient. We went in on a Friday mid-morning and the wait for 2 was only about 15-20 minutes. I was blown away by how nice it was on the inside, it's a lot bigger and more modern than you would expect from seeing it on the outside. I'd say there are about roughly 25-35 tables combined inside and outside, so don't be discouraged if the line looks long. I promise it's not the hole in the wall it seems on the outside - it's really roomy on the inside! The food also comes out SUPER quick and the wait staff is super attentive and friendly. The only thing that I didn't quite understand was their pricing on their brewmosa. It's listed as $10 and it includes a PBR and only a splash of OJ but if purchased separately full cup of OJ and a can of PBR they're listed at $4 a piece. So I was a little bit confused and asked the waiter who was equality admittedly puzzled. I ended up buying the separate items and making my own brewmosa. I will say it was quite delicious! Their OJ is freshly squeezed which is a big big plus! Anyways I would highly recommend this place and we hope to be back soon if we find ourselves back in the area!
