Though it's pricey I still find it worth it every time I get my food and take a bite. It's a small place with a chill ambiance. Perfectly fine to have loud conversation and gets pretty busy. They also do take out. However, I have found that in the last year or so the quality of service has really gone down. The last few times I've gone the waiters almost never stop by the table except to seat you or take your initial order. On multiple visits we asked for more banchan and were told they were going to bring more and they never came. Our most recent visit, I had to wait 30 minutes to get my naengmyeon order. A curry dish was swiftly delivered within 10 minutes but my naengmyeon took over 30 minutes. I asked the waiting staff twice. The first time, after waiting for 15-20 minutes, they acknowledged it, checked with the kitchen but gave me no update. 10 minutes go by and I asked again and I finally got it within the next 5 minutes.. We had to wave the waiter down to get water and our check.

Which had a Hispanic male in the back and I was like this is not authentic pho. I was cold and I asked if I could not sit by the door and she told me no. They took forever to bring utensils and napkins. The ambiance was casual and okay. At the end when I was almost finished with my pho I notice two Asian men came in and the lady knew them but gave them a huge table and they did not order food or anything which I was like damn that sucks. I'm cold sitting next to the door and they walked in and got a nice sitting. And I knew if I brought CAREMAL kisses she would have not liked the meat it was chewy and the texture was a bit weird. And this is coming from me so I know she had a part that she left on me to be detailed about the taste and texture because I wouldn't have said anything before meeting her. I would come again just to see if I get the same experience but I hope I don't and I would come back.
