You can go there for business and/or pleasure. I didn't have a reservation and walked in w/out one. Christopher at the front desk said that they had few rooms available and he can check me in right away. Had to run to the restroom in their lovely lobby very fast before taking care of business. Let's not forget that they welcome you with 2 warm, fresh Chocolate Chip cookies. I had to meet up with a client to discuss her wedding plans so that was the main reason that I was there this past weekend. February 28th, & March 1st. Checked out on the 2nd of March. Walked in to my room on the 7th floor #708 & later was moved to #718. I was planning to give this hotel 4 stars based on what happened in the 1st room, but since everything else went flawlessly from the restaurant, to the pool, jacuzzi, shower, etc... I will give them 5 solid stars for the employees going above & beyond for your comfort. They genuinely cared for your stay and the hospitality was just FANTASTIC in every way, on every level!!! Everybody was very helpful, nice, and caring. Both rooms that I stayed in were SUPER CLEAN, comfortable bed, sheets, towels, were crisp, and clean too. Pillows were also comfortable. Not too soft & not too firm. I had a minor or I should say a big hiccup the 1st room that I had stayed. Around 3:15am I hear this ugly, loud noise/sound coming from the bathroom. I couldn't figure out what the problem was and was keeping me awake. Plumbing problem with the toilet. Called the front desk and Simon who was working the graveyard shift refused to come up to check it out. Instead he sent the security guard by the name of William. That was not William's job. He somehow came to figure out what seemed to be the problem and long story short he helped me move my stuff to the next room down the hall. Both rooms had the following amenities:gym, meeting rooms, pool, with 4 cabanas, small store that had snacks, bottled drinks, cookies and other handy stuff. Restaurant, bar, small fridge, microwave, a safe, big closet with lots of drawers, blow dryer, shower, TV, phone, an iron, etc.. At the time of the checkout, I brought the problem that I had with the toilet and Laura, one of their managers went down on the price which was a very nice gesture coming from her. Also, I used my AAA discount towards my room. AAA always comes very handy! Ate at the restaurant twice during my stay and that's all I can say about this lovely, beautiful, comfortable hotel. Special thanks to Jaydon, the server that I had in the restaurant, gave me an exceptional service! William, the security guard, and the rest of the staff who helped me! Will definitely return next time I need some ME time or if it's work related. There are a lot of nice close by eateries all around. Has a HUGE parking lot, multiple restrooms in the lobby. Very clean, and that's all I can say for now. Thank you all!:-)

When I called, the supervisor, Mauricio, refused to remove the charge because I booked through a third party, something neither the label nor the employee mentioned. Honestly, it's embarrassing that a Hilton "supervisor" would rather argue with a loyal guest than correct his own staff's mistake over a mere $6. Very poor customer service and even worse judgment.

Also the hotel advertises free breakfast but the booking site requires you to pay $37 for it! The front desk assigned me the wrong room at check in even though I had booked for a studio king! Inside the rooms you get flat screen TV with internet TV to stream YouTube, a sofa bed, ironing amenities, full length mirror, full kitchenette with electric cook top, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cooking utensils, toaster, dining table with two chairs, hair dryer, wall mounted shampoo and body wash!

THANK YOU. Didn't like that the sink was actually located outside the bathroom. Disturbing to whoever is still in bed. We would stay again but ask for a room closer to the front.

The good parts: *Parking was always available. *The free breakfast was really good, particularly the made to order omelets. *The location was ideal for going to the Rose Bowl. The bad: *Parking was $20 a day and you had to enter and exit using your key card, which didn't work every time. *The staff is not friendly whatsoever. *Our room was really gross. The shower floor was brown, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, and the tables were sticky. We had to wear shoes throughout the room including in the shower because it felt very unclean. The lampshades were falling off like there was a brawl in the room and the drains seemed to be clogged when we ran the sink or shower water. *The elevators were incredibly sketchy and weird. Only 6 people can fit in one at a time so we were stuck waiting with our luggage for quite a while. *They made me provide a credit card for a $200 deposit EACH night, which I knew nothing about until checking in. *The snack bar is a straight up scam. $20 for two small bags of chips and a bottled water?? I get that they need to make a profit but double the price is absurd.

The list can go on and on. Checked in with Victor at the front desk and he was somewhat pleasant, I wanted to use my Triple A card and he wouldn't budge at all. I don't know if he is aware of the benefits of Triple A or not, but didn't accept my card. Moving forward with the rest. I was staying here on the 28th of May and checked out on the 31st of May. Needed to get away from my crazy ass neighbors and it was also work related. Victor was helpful in some areas. I told him that I need a room that is quiet, and he suggested 9th floor room #913. Walked into the room and everything was just super comfortable. My window was facing the beautiful mountains. Had way too many restaurants within walking distance. Amenities are: big TV that actually had my name on it, welcoming me into the hotel, mini fridge, I asked for a microwave(upon request), and by the time I came back from dinner, the microwave was already there. King size bed, standard size couch with a small round table and a leg rest. Big closet along with lots of drawers, and iron/ironing board, a laundry facility on the 2nd floor, the Bistro restaurant that kind of had weird hours. I'll get to that in a minute. Had a coffee machine with all the belongings that comes with it, gym(open 24/7),restrooms all around. Inside the lobby, around the pool and jacuzzi area, had a mini market with a lot of late night snacks from Ramen, Chips, Cookies, Frozen Food, Beverages and also a microwave for their guests. It had a Banquet hall and also a couple of meeting rooms. The entire hotel along with the lobbies, were super clean. Had a blow dryer, clean, crisp towels in the bathroom and the cutest shower curtain that I have ever seen inside a hotel's restroom. It looked like a bridal dress from the 50's 60's era. That cute. Presure of the water was not that good. Understandable, they are conserving water. Restaurant was fairly a large size with great people working there with FANTASTIC HOSPITALITY. They also had a small menu to choose from. Had breakfast and dinner.Ate there twice. Great, affordable prices. Also for Starbucks lovers, they have coffee. They don't have room service which was ok with me, you place your order on your app, or on the phone, go downstairs and pick it up. Special thanks to Meg, one of the most cheerful, upbeat, full of love and energy who works in the restaurant. Rosie was nice too. Bed, pillows, sheets were very comfortable.A/C was working perfectly. They also had a desk and a chair. Tried both their unique pools, and the jacuzzi. Both very clean and everything was SUBLIME!!! Free parking, Free Wi-Fi, had extra pillows and blanket inside the closet. Restaurant hours were weekdays 6AM-10AM. Weekends 7AM-11AM. Don't have lunch, only dinner that opens from 5PM-10PM. Full bar & 2 elevators that were working perfectly.. Appreciate all of you. Would like to extend my thanks to Victor, Will, Lily, Meg, Rosie, Evan, and Carl. I checked in after 10 PM and checked out before 10 AM--I simply needed a place to rest after a seven-hour drive and to shower and prepare for the service. After returning home, I reviewed my charges and noticed an additional $5.00 fee on top of the room rate. When I called the front desk to inquire, I was told the charge was for water in the room. I explained that I did not use the water and that it was still there when I checked out. I also shared that I have a photo, as I make it a habit to record a video of the room upon departure for my records. I was then asked to provide a photo with a clearly visible date and time stamp so it could be forwarded to a manager for review. Given the amount of money I have spent with Hilton, it is disappointing to feel as though my honesty is being questioned over such a minor charge. This is not about the $5.00--it is about the principle. I am being charged for something I did not use. If that level of proof is required from guests, it would only be fair for the hotel to provide similar documentation showing the item was missing upon my departure. That expectation would clearly be unreasonable, which is exactly my point. I was told a manager would contact me directly, but I have not received any follow-up. I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service, accountability, and respect shown in this situation. Amaiya D. and Martin P., I urge you to do better and treat each customer as you would want to be treated.

We were charged a $25 pet fee for additional cleaning, but unfortunately, the room was not clean upon arrival. There was human hair on the kitchen countertop, desk, and bathroom. When I pulled out the sofa bed, it still had dirty sheets on it and was filled with crumbs, dirt, and more human hair. We also found roaches and spiders in the room. The stovetop and exhaust hood were dirty and showed signs of rust. The condition of the property outside the room wasn't much better. The hallways had an unpleasant odor, and sections of the hallway carpet were wet. The complimentary grab-and-go breakfast area was dirty and had run out of coffee. The staff members I interacted with were friendly, but the front desk was often unattended when assistance was needed. The key cards were also difficult to use on the common area doors. The laundry room was out of order during our stay. I also paid the additional $5.99 for the enhanced internet service, but it stopped working several times throughout the day, making it unreliable. Overall, we only stayed two days. While I appreciate the kindness of the staff, the cleanliness, maintenance, and reliability of the amenities fell well below expectations.
