I love this place! The family run business has really delicious food. I love the Lamb Kabob especially. Taste and the texture just about right! The owner is also very welcoming. My boyfriend and I were figuring out what we wanted to eat for dinner, and after some time we FINALLY decided on getting some Mediterranean! Even though it's listed as a starter, the employee told me it was a family size and he was NOT joking! It was such a large plate for it being a "starter"! My boyfriend said the Chicken Kabob was DELICIOUS. He said it was probably one of the best meats he's ever had! He was so happy that he went with what was recommended. The older man said I have to pay a lot of money for AC because it open kitchen and it gets hot no matter what . He expects all his customers to sit in the heat and enjoy their expensive food. This spot definitely exceeded our expectations and was so delicious as well as quick and staffed with friendly service. I ordered the chicken shawarma salad and it came with actual greens instead of ice burg lettuce (huge points because I usually accept the iceberg but not my favorite). The chicken was nice and grilled and still very moist, we also shared some hummus and the bread was delicious, while the hummus tasted homemade and had a little spice. I was attended to with as much care as if it were a busier time of day. We ordered via Doordash (really hope the delivery fee goes down from 7 bucks) and tried the chapli kabab, the baba special sandwich (which has a bit of everything inc gyro, chicken, salad, fries and sauce), and both chive and potato Bolani. We actually had tried their food back when they were at Ariana produce, they have maintained their standard except for the spice level I think. I have a 2 yr old that is my gauge for heat level in foods. He used to be able to eat the kabab and Bolani, but not anymore :( it's too hot for him. The chive Bolani got to me too and I love spice. They gave us abundant sauces, both tzatziki and the afghani chutney, and the Bolani is massive. Def not your typical appetizer amount. The sandwiches are generously sized as well.
