Once again, Baby Kay's Cajun Kitchen did not disappoint. We ordered the hush puppies with sausage and the chicken gumbo, and both were excellent. The chicken was incredibly tender, with just the right amount of heat to keep you coming back for more. James, the bartender, greeted us like regulars even though we don't visit as often as we should. There was live music playing and a steady stream of customers coming in for dine-in and to-go orders, which says a lot about how loved this place is. From the staff to the customers, everyone was friendly and welcoming. We truly enjoy the Southern vibe and always leave happy.

WOW! Just as back Home on the Bayous of Lousiana! You just Can't Fool a Cajun! Baby Kay's Cajun Kitchen! That's Real Cajun here! Delicious dinner choices. Oysters, shrimp, catfish, wings gumbo, and bread pudding. Great accommodating Service. We will definitely make a special trip to come back this way again! They even have live music! I tell you what! Yes, they sure do! Can't beat that! Delicious Eatings with Real Harmony & Southern Charm.

This was my first time to any Cajun restaurant. It was awesome! With 6 people in our group, we each ordered something different. Every dish was delicious. The drinks were also very good! Our server was a lot of fun. This was a fantastic first experience. I highly recommend Baby Kay's.

I hadn't been here in a minute. So I Decided to pop in, and I was not disappointed. They had a live blues singer/guitarist playing. Great vibe. I got the LULU wings, sausage and chicken, gumbo, and the chicken Alfredo. The Alfredo sauce was a little watery, but everything else was good. The daily special was the catfish tacos

The food was flavorful with the right about of spices. I arrived at 12:30 PM and it wasn't busy! Great time to go! The staff were friendly. The inside has the Mardi Gras theme.

I finally got around to checking out Baby Kay's Cajun Kitchen this weekend and it did not disappoint! The vibe inside is super vibrant with fun NOLA-themed décor that makes you feel like you've stepped right into Louisiana. Our server, Liz, was such a sweetheart--bubbly, attentive, and just overall great energy. Big bonus points for cleanliness, too. I noticed a staff member sanitizing menus between guests, and the bathroom was sparkling clean (always a win). For food, I ordered the Catfish Po'Boy with a cup of Chicken & Andouille Sausage Jambalaya on the side. The rest of my tried the Hot Wings, 1/2 Shrimp Po'Boy & Seafood Gumbo combo, and every bite got rave reviews. To top it off, I had a classic Hurricane cocktail that packed the perfect little buzz. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be visiting again to check out some other items (looking at you fettuccini with cream sauce)

This place is all around a great spot. Literally all the food we had was DELICIOUS and the service was great! Plus they have outdoor seating for your fur babies. We highly recommend coming here, we'll definitely be visiting the next time we're in town!

We drove by this restaurant and decided to check it out. Definitely felt the Louisiana vibe and loved all the art on the walls. We weren't very hungry so we just ordered a couple items from their happy hour menu- a bowl of crawfish etouffee which comes with garlic bread and Lulu wings. Everything was so delish! The etouffee was very buttery and perfectly seasoned. The wings were one of the best I've ever had. Loved the crunchiness and the flavor though a tad sweet for me. So glad I found this Cajun place! They also have daily specials and music on the weekends. Service was very attentive and courteous too. Definitely coming back with a bigger appetite!

It was late and Baby Kay's was still open and looked interesting. Our server was very friendly and attentive. We got the Tabasco wings - very good. For main I couldn't decide so I was very happy to see they had a sampler platters of the gumbo, jambalaya and etouffee (all 3 things I wanted to eat). My favorite was the gumbo followed by the etouffee. The olive coleslaw was really good. The serving was generous. A yummy dinner out.

Had a craving for Cajun food and found this highly rated restaurant on Yelp. Upon entering, it looks like a small dive bar. After looking at the menu we decided on the crawfish etouffee and Lulu wings. They were the best wings I've ever tasted. They were very crispy and the breading is amazing. The etouffee had perfect amount of seasoning and went great with the garlic bread. I will definitely go back for more Lulu wings and try some other items. I saw other patrons having po boys and catfish platters and they looked really good! I also learned they live music on the weekends.

I was craving my cup of Duck and a glass of Sauvignon Blanc after work today. My favorite place for some good down home food and some really good gumbo.

Combination. Gumbo left, etouffee right, jambalaya in back.

Solid 4 stars. I was tasked with picking out a restaurant to eat at after we did a volunteer event in the neighborhood. I had heard good things about this place, plus Cajun food is unique in AZ, so I picked to come here. I went with the Creole Combination which was sausage and chicken gumbo, some jambalaya and some crawfish etouffee. We got some appetizers of boudin balls, and hushpuppies. Pepsi products to drink. How was it? Pretty freaking tasty! Boudin Balls- Damn son, this was the best thing here! They come 3 to an order and are served with garlic bread. They were perfectly fried and super soft and moist on the inside. They were pretty spicy and tasted great! 5 stars, for sure! Hushpuppies- 16 to an order. They were just ok. Pretty small. I like Long John Silvers hushpuppies better. Combination- This came with a cup of gumbo, jambalaya and crawfish etouffee. Crawfish etouffee was bomb, nice and packed with tons of crawfish. Jambalaya was delicious, too. I've never been a huge fan of gumbo, and that trend continued here. Ate most of it, but didn't finish it. I enjoyed the etouffee and jambalaya a lot better. I chose fries as my side. Overall, everyone liked their meals and we got a whole mix of stuff (Po Boys, Fried Catfish, Oysters, Fettuccini Alfredo, Stuffed Chicken Breast etc.) Service was fine, cheery and friendly, but prepare to come here if you have time. Took awhile to get through the whole meal and cash out. Will I come back? If on the East Side, absolutely!

He also added two eggs and had soicyyyy.. we both were chugging our waters . LOL Our tables were clean and for only having two servers on they cleaned and turned the table nicely! The location is perfect for lunch or dinner especially with the movie theater and other close by stores ( making it a great date spot too!!) It was busy, so busy you could tell the staff was trying to do their best, but for us and quite a few tables, we were left feeling disappointed. As far as the food... unfortunately it was NOT as expected. It took longer than expected to hit our tables, and when it did, it was dry and not well seasoned. We had a variety of seafood bags with various spice levels and added items, but it was not good. Dry and bland were our claims & Dungeness crabs and the sausage were definitely overcooked. Getting refills was easy, as that's all that could be done, but getting all the condiments and other needed things was a challenge when our food came. I was glad that our server approached me at the end and apologized for the experience. Recognizing that we didn't get 'their best' was greatly appreciated.

She made sure the outdoor tv was tuned into our game and took great care of us. We always get the mozzarella logs here! I also had the blackjack chicken sando- solid offering. Their wings were good but had lots of those hairs on them so my husband was forced to eat them all. Chicken hairs do not bother him, apparently. Guess I won't be shaving my legs this winter having learned this. Their onion rings have a great batter with a slightly spicy kick. I didn't take pictures of anything but the stretchy cheese this time. Next time!! One star knocked off for the prison grade toilet paper.
