Ube longanisa breakfast burger (Milk Bread collab)

After many years, each return visit seems to get better and better. I love the consistency and quality are maintained with our favorite menu items. My family's favorite pancakes are: banana foster, cinnamon bun, cookies n cream, and German chocolate. I love the Hawaiian/Filipino inspired options like the adobo fried rice and corned beef hash with garlic rice. I tried the new ube longanisa breakfast burger and enjoyed it a lot. It was a familiar flavor done well. It's not the sweet kind of longanisa, but it is the more savory one. Bonus points for no longanisa burps. The service is top notch and my coffee cup is always hot and filled.

I wish we had discovered this place a long time ago. We've been dining here for breakfast frequently as of recently. The breakfast is awesome! The pancakes are over the top amazing and so many options to choose from. We really like the Ube pancakes, even the buttermilk pancakes are excellent. The breakfast potatoes are so good, oh and also the truffle fries! You really can't go wrong with anything. Service has always been quick even when it's super busy. They always make sure to keep our coffee and waters topped off. It is a smaller place but always packed so you know it's good. By far our families favorite breakfast restaurant in Henderson!

I came to BabyStacks Cafe for breakfast before a doctors appointment and even though I only live a few minutes away and drive by all the time, this was my first time dining here. The restaurant is a little on the smaller side so if you go during the busy times, possibly expect a wait but when I visited, there was no wait. I ordered the sausage and egg breakfast which came with 2 eggs, 4 sausage links, and potatoes (I got hashbrowns) and for an extra $3.50 got a side of the Ube pancakes. The food was really good and for the price plentiful. The ube pancakes were delicious but if you're not much of a sweet tooth, they are on the sweeter side. Overall a good experience and the staff were friendly as well. I look forward to returning and trying out the other varieties of their pancakes.

French Toast Combo - Honey Toast

Stopped by for a quick breakfast this morning and had a great experience. My car was getting serviced & I got home only to realize I'd locked myself out. I figured I might as well eat and kill some time before heading back to the dealership. I'm glad I tried this locally-owned spot. The space was a little chilly inside, but it was quiet and relaxing on a Monday morning. My server, Mya, was incredibly pleasant and attentive. Service was genuinely great. Also, the bathroom was clean, which I always appreciate. I ordered the French toast combo; the honey French toast, scrambled eggs (I added cheese, spinach and tomato), and sausage links. It was very filling and pretty tasty, minus the eggs. I sprinkled a little salt and pepper onto them, but they were rather bland. I don't think the vegetables had been seasoned either. One thing to note: adding veggies to eggs cost $1.50 per vegetable, which felt a bit steep. Not outrageous, but enough to stop me from adding all the veggies, lol. There's also a small non-cash up charge (I paid $21.75, but it would've been $21.01, had I paid cash). Payment is easy. You can scan the receipt and pay on your phone or pay at the front. The place is small and doesn't take reservations, so I imagine it gets busy on weekends. However, the staff seemed efficient and there's plenty of parking right out front. There is a variety of breakfast options, many with an island twist. True to the name, there's a plethora of pancake variations and specialty syrups. The menu features traditional savory options too, such as skillets, omelets and benedicts, on top of BabyStacks' specialties. It's also possible to upgrade the French toast combo to the cookie butter or banana foster kind for an up charge. Overall, this is a solid casual breakfast spot.

Babystacks you are one of my foodie favs A breakfast spot that brightens mornings and lazy days. If pancakes are your love, you've come to the right place, Fluffy, rich, unforgettable, with top-tier taste. Red velvet is delish, indulgent and divine, Strawberry guava's a tropical dream every time. Lemon ricotta brings that perfect sweet-tart delight, So good, you'll savor each bite. If savory is more your style, The skillets and omelets come hot and hearty making your belly smile. That adobo rice omelet? A total showstopper, Packed with flavor, to make you clear your plate proper. They're popular for a reason, so expect a wait, No reservations, no call-ahead but it's worth it, trust fate. The food stays consistent, always solid and true, And the service is friendly, efficient, and quick too. Bring the family, the kids, your brunch-loving crew, The place is casual with cafe vibes where you can sip on your morning brew.

    Portuguese Fried Rice
    Angela L.

Stopped by last week when I was missing Hawaii. Ordered the Portuguese Fried Rice, my favorite, with some lemon ricotta pancakes. Double Yum! My husband ordered something new this time: fajita skillet and the bacon pancakes. They had me at bacon pancakes. Also double yum! A side of bacon, cause I can never have too much bacon and two strawberry lemonades. Service is always great. Restaurant stays packed. We were lucky to walk right in to a table but usually have to wait, but it's worth it. I know they have multiple locations so I'm excited to try the others to see if it's consistent.

Loco Moco* with garlic fried rice, over medium eggs, and Portuguese Sausage.

Yelp! review #58 of 2025 Stopped in on 11/24 around 10:30 am. Came here because my wife was craving for her favorite sisig burrito and I figured I'd finally try their loco moco. The sisig burrito was, as always, a total winner for her. My loco moco, on the other hand... kind of a mess. I upgraded to garlic fried rice and added Portuguese sausage, and it just didn't work for me at all. The flavors clashed and it felt overcomplicated. I've definitely had much better loco mocos elsewhere. Lesson learned: next time I'll stick to the classic version with no upgrades, or at least get any extras on the side. Portions are still insanely generous (we took home half our food), service was friendly, and the vibe remains super mellow and comfortable. The sisig burrito alone is worth coming back for, and I'll give the plain loco moco another shot eventually, but this customized one was a hard pass for me.

Sisig plate: 4/5 come with 2 eggs, garlic rice, and hash brown. The meat was tender and seasoning was on point. Service: 4/5 kind and attentive Ambiance: 4/5 there are a lot of tables and seats. We came on Friday at 11AM and the wait was under 5 minutes for a table of 3

    Fajita skillet with scrambled eggs
    Felicia G.

Food was phenomenal, service was excellent! I ordered the Loco Moco and added garlic rice for $2 more, recommend that! I had a craving and it was definitely fulfilled with that! My wife ordered the steak fajita skillet with scrambled eggs, she also said hers was delicious. Babystacks never disappoints and if you're looking for a great breakfast spot, try them!! The pancakes are also out of this world as well!

Definitely a good crowd for Saturday morning. The food is off the hook!

I love finding cool new places for breakfast in Las Vegas. There are so many to choose from, but I'm so glad I stumbled upon this place! Did a quick search online for pancakes, as it was what I was jonesing for. Man Baby Stacks Cafe amazing! You really need to go there, but don't delay, it's definitely a place that fills up quickly on the weekends. The pancakes are the star of the show, we had the bananas fosters pancakes and the strawberry shortcake pancakes, along with a side of bacon. The good news? They passed the Dan Leadbetter test and actually brought my milk with the meal! That definitely earned them the extra star! If you live in the Las Vegas area, I highly recommend you checking this place out. But be for one, I ordered the short stock and it was three huge pancakes. I don't think I could have eaten a six of those, but they were so damn good. I probably would have forced myself!. Bottom line? Run, do not walk to baby stacks in Henderson!

    Banana Foster
    Kameron T.

Small restaurant, dated decor, cramped seating, and the worst part. Hot. Very hot inside...it's August in Vegas, ceiling fans are not enough! Waitress was super nice, and the food was fantastic! The banana foster pancakes were so flavorful but oh so rich! I couldn't eat them all but I enjoyed every bite. Bacon was cooked just right, and the eggs were standard, but I loved the hash browns, again, cooked just right! Pass on trying to make the mocha iced, not good! And they don't have Diet Coke.

Trying this place for breakfast today
    Victoria J.

Decided to try this place since my son said they open early (7am) and perfect to have before his tire appt at 8am, we got here around 7:15am and only a couple tables were occupied and another woman waiting to the side for their to go orders, it is small inside and I'm sure it gets crowded quickly so, go when they open (it was a Saturday morning when we went) We were seating quickly and drinks brought our right away, there is a pretty large menu with lots of choices (my advise is to look at their menu online to know what you want to get) the server came too our order and our food was brought out in less than 10 min, our server made sure our drinks were always filled and brought my to-go container since it was a lot of food. Overall, great experience...our server was friendly and we didn't feel rushed (which is appreciated) and I look forward to coming back for lunch to try other options in the future.

She had the vegan skillet breakfast w/water. Served in a huge stainless steel platter, the portions are generous. Crispy brown hash browns, fresh pinto beans, cabbage coleslaw, grits and warm tortillas (in a steaming pot). The vegan flavors excited her "discriminating" palate!! I asked her how her dish was? She responded with a "when can we come back here?!" (See pic) I ordered the Hawaiian breakfast. Two eggs scrambled, Portuguese sausage, spam, a scoop of white rice, a scoop of macaroni salad, pineapple ring w/strawberry (see pic). Hawaiian style food is imitated....and rarely duplicated outside of Hawaii. For example, the best way to cook Portuguese sausage is to grill it on a gas grill like Liliha Bakery does!! The sausage is seared (not burnt, not dry) but sweating, with juicy flavors and beautiful black charred strips!!! OMG! My mouth is watering thinking about this!! Anyway...back to Peg's...here the sausage and spam are deep fried which creates a drier and as a bit tougher experience. The macaroni salad here is the best I've ever had "outside Hawaii." When you take a scoop of it into your mouth....the flavor and texture of the moist mayonnaise mixture will "titillate and explode!!" lol! No but seriously...for the braddahs & sistas....one taste and you will be "hooked." In general, not bad. The restaurant was clean. Tables wiped and not sticky. Decor was simple and progressive. (It works!). Layout of floor plan was modern. Service is great! The staff acknowledges you upon arrival. They seat you promptly. Our food order didn't take long to arrive at our table. Our waitress checked on us and refilled our drinks. Peg's is a "keeper ". We will be back for more!

The portions are a good size, which suits the prices. I ordered a Denver omelet, which was good. I subbed the hash browns for the "seasoned tots" but would definitely skip as the tots were not seasoned except for maybe just salt. Not worth the upcharge when the hashbrowns tasted just fine. They have unlimited toast with the breakfasts, which is cool and they start you off with just one slice. Our friend ordered the club sandwich which looked really good and I will be excited to try it next time! Enjoy, even on the weekend!

Pink Duck Kitchen is a local Filipino-American fusion brunch restaurant that has maintained solid Yelp ratings and recently garnered a spot on the Las Vegas Review-Journal's Top 100 restaurants of 2025. Seeing as how it's the last Henderson spot which I hadn't tried, I decided to rectify that oversight today. I was thinking breakfast at first, but the Lamb Sandwich ($17.99) caught my eye. After clarifying the form of protein with the server, I said yes to this offering. I'm glad I did because it's a stunner. To start with, the bun is nice and soft. The pulled lamb is so tender and surprisingly free from gamy flavor, and whatever it's braised in does so much work making it irresistibly tasty. Then the tzatziki creaminess, tomato umaminess, and even the banana pepper tanginess really round out the flavors. Even the cucumber slices are perfectly portioned to add some crispiness and flavor. Fries come with the sandwich. I was hesitant since they were thick and also very brown. Fortunately, they were soft and fluffy inside, and there was enough crisp from the potato skins. They were actually a little undersalted too, but when I finally flagged down the server for some ketchup, I unlocked the code. The fries are just about perfect with a healthy amount of that Heinz goodness. I did get a bite of breakfast though. My friend's Ube Pancakes ($14.99) were cited as a dish to try on that top 100 list, and I can see why. There's plenty of ube flavor, and a good balance of a lightly crispy exterior and soft interior. The fresh mango and berries were a great touch, as was the whipped cream on the side. I'll have to have a full dish for myself one day. It wasn't as packed when we arrived as I was anticipating; I guess Sunday brunch invites a late-morning crowd though, since it started filling up. Music was top 40 stuff and not too loud. Really my only issue was the water not being ice cold. I've gotta come back to Pink Duck Kitchen since they have such a fun variety on their menu and they're one of the closest interesting restaurants to my side of town. If you live across town, it's actually drive-worthy for that lambwich alone.

We arrived at 11am, and while the vibe inside was lively and the decor was really cool (modern with Pink Duck vibes), we hit a bit of a snag right away. Despite seeing several empty tables, we were told there'd be about a 15-minute wait. Honestly, that was a little frustrating, especially when you're hungry and can clearly see open spots. We almost considered trying somewhere else, but decided to stick it out. And I'm so glad we did, because from the moment we were seated, the service was absolutely stellar! Our server, gave us great recommendations and made sure our drinks were always full. The rest of the staff we interacted with were equally friendly and efficient, they really turned the initial annoyance around. The fusion dishes here aren't just creative for creativity's sake; they're genuinely well-executed and thoughtfully balanced. $15.99 Fried Chicken & Ube Waffle - This was my dish, loved it. $16.99 Banana Nut Bread French Toast with Carmelized "Banana Cue" We went family style on this and I would order again. $16.99 Pork Belly Burger $15.99 Breakfast Burrito Everything felt fresh, vibrant, and celebrated both Filipino and American culinary traditions without either overpowering the other. The creativity in combining these flavors was executed well. I'd definitely visit Pink Duck again to sample more interesting dishes I saw on the menu. Mabuhay!

We also had the Smash Burgers - one with pepper jack cheese and one with American cheese. First let's talk about the toasted brioche bun. When you dive into this burger the toasted brioche bun envelopes the meat and cheese (and any other veggies and sauce) and sort of arrives in your mouth ready to deliver something so delicious your stomach is going to thank you. The Chef pairs this delicious sandwich with a garlic aioli that's going to make you see this is how a smash burger is supposed to taste. We finished off our visit with the Concha Ice Cream Sandwich and a piece of NY Style Cheesecake. It was as expected sensational. What makes this place so special? I believe it's the quiet and cozy atmosphere (everyone is chowing down on the delicious food) and of course the dedication this family has to providing a delicious meal using quality ingredients as well as a desire to offer each customer a wonderful dining experience. Our server was Kelani and she was fantastic. We met the owner - on a Sunday afternoon working in the trenches with his team. Some of my favorites over the years are the S.O.B burger (pretzel bun, tasty sauce, crispy jalapeno bacon, yum!), the snow caps (such a fun take on eating a traditional bagel - lightly dusted with powdered sugar on top), a grilled blueberry muffin (ever had a blueberry muffin melt in your mouth? well order this and then you can say yes), the crunchberry French toast (sweet and filling, mainly to share with a friend or few) and the Tijuana turkey (but as a wrap!). Aside from those, another standout item - if you're a benedict fan - is the brisket burnt ends benedict. It is perfect and every bite makes you love it even more. If you're an OC and been visiting Sunrise for some time, they've been offering a featured menu of dishes they used to carry way back in the day for all your flavorful memories. For our most recent brunch visit, we decided it was an omelette day! I ordered a build your own omelette and my lunchmates got a Greek Omelette and the Turkey Taco Omelette. All were so tasty and fresh and with forkfuls of potatoes in between each bite, they really hit the spot. They have outdoor seating if you'd like to enjoy the weather and bring a furry friend with you (and water bowls for them too!), indoor seating at tables and a handful of higher chairs at a small breakfast bar. Keep in mind, though there is a decent sized interior for dining, most tables are set to probably seat groups of 4-6 though they may be able to accommodate larger parties. They are open every day of the week, with exception of some holidays, usually from 7:30a to about 2:00p and usually very packed on the weekends. With over 1.5k reviews on google and thousands on Yelp just under five stars, Sunrise has been around and in town for the past 20+ years for many good reasons. If you haven't visited Sunrise, met Angie and Andrew or any of the other lovely faces like Troy, Kelli, Carlos, Matt, and all the others, you absolutely need to. I hope it becomes your new favorite breakfast spot as it is for myself and many locals in town!

It's on Sunset in the same plaza as Todd's Unique Dining. They have a video poker bar from the old business but apparently dropped their liquor license, which is weird. The main dining room seems like a Mexican-style rustic diner, but the music is American oldies. The Chorizo omelet ($15.99) sounded interesting, and it really was a great option. Tender egg, finely ground sausage with warming spices, onions, mild peppers, creme fraiche, a mild salsa on the side, and an optional (for me anyway) not-as-mild roasted chili were a great combo. They offer one side with that omelet, and I chose two pancakes. I went for the Mexican Cajeta Pancakes (+$1.99), which were fluffy enough but not the absolute best. I did enjoy them with the dulce de leche and condensed milk combo more than the side syrup. I also asked the server for an agua fresca recommendation and went with it. The Jamaica ($3.49) wouldn't have been my choice, but the mildly sweet concoction worked great in between bites of chorizo omelet and also stayed sweet enough between pancake bites while revealing more of the tart hibiscus notes. Huevos Avenue is a very good overall restaurant that deserves much more business than I witnessed today, especially considering that Henderson still does not have as many great spots as it should. Check them out for Mexican breakfast if you find yourself in the area.

Wow what a pleasant surprise! I love restaurants that are so unassuming but are so good. My…read moregirlfriends and I were looking for a breakfast place close to a sewing studio we were going to that afternoon that also had a decent selection of vegan and vegetarian options. We were greeted right away and led to our booth. He took our drink orders while we waited for the rest of our party, and once they arrived, we were told about their cinnamon rolls. 2 people in our party were vegan so we skipped it, but I will be trying it when we come back. I got the orange juice to drink and the french toast with a side of grits (because I feel like it's rare to find a place that does just straight grits in Vegas). Orange juice was a good size for the price, and the side of grits was a hefty portion, I was super excited for that. The french toast had cream and fresh berries on top. The french toast was soaked and griddled to perfection, thick bread that takes on the moisture very well. And the berries kick it up a notch! They have a good selection of vegan and vegetarian food, which our friends loved! When we finished up, we were offered complimentary cookies. They were warm and sooooo good! The service here was phenomenal. Our waitress was so nice and we were having quite a laugh with her, we had a great time. It wasn't too busy in here and this place is kind of tucked away, but more people need to check it out! I will absolutely be coming back to try a savory breakfast along with that cinnamon roll!

Just like it says on the outside: JUST GOOD FOOD…read more Zenaida's Cafe is very unassuming, not much too look at from the outside. I'd call it a medium size venue with a decent amount of seating. Most definitely has that mom and pop, small business vibe to it, along with that old fashioned diner feel. You don't have to worry about parking, the lot in the plaza has plenty of spaces. The staff is very friendly and hospitable. #JUSTGOODFOOD: ~ HOUSE SPECIALTIES: JERK CHICKEN HASH - 3.5/5 Thought I'd give this a try. To me it was more like 3 *** rounded up to 3.5 **** While the dish was tasty, and prepared just like I ordered. There was hardly any "Jerk Chicken" just a few pieces of shredded chicken underneath. If this had more "Jerk Chicken" it would be a 4.5 ***** in my book. ~ Complimentary Chocolate Chip Cookie - 5/5 This was RIDICULOUS! They present you with a complimentary Chocolate Chip Cookie for dessert when you are done. The Cookie has a good amount of Chocolate Chips and had a thin layer of something on top, possibly condensed Milk. AMAZING! Soft, warm, gooey, chewy... basically a perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie. I would buy this by the dozen! I'd come back...

We ordered a churro waffle, the Latin hash, a shrimp and garlic empanada, steak and eggs, and chicken fingers with French fries for my picky toddler. We adored each entrée except the empanada; I think I'd try a different flavor next time. The churro waffle was the perfect touch of sweetness to complement our savory dishes. From the espresso bar, we ordered an iced, extra-sweet dulce de leche latte and an iced horchata latte. The coffees were fantastic--the sweetness of the dulce de leche made it a delectable treat. The horchata latte was also a great choice for anyone who enjoys a little cinnamon in their coffee. The service was extremely friendly, and we can understand why the place was so busy. We will definitely be back in the future.
