And in on a Thursday night around 6 place was packed waited for a table for about 20 minutes my choice did not want a booth. Now the food was excellent we had eggplant parm chicken parm chicken fettuccine and meatball and spaghetti all served hot and tasty and enough for 2-3 meals. Very good place with a nice atmosphere. We tried this place for the first time and there was a wait so we sat in the bar and ate. Nick took great care of us. Salad was excellent and a good and our entrees were both very good. Not too spicy with good taste. I had the sausage with the rigatoni noodles and it was excellent. We started off with fried mushrooms and fried Calamari. Calamari wasn't anything special. It's something you can get anywhere but that's totally okay nothing wrong with that plus the kids loved it. I enjoyed the fried mushrooms more as it's more unique and not too many places offers this. Entrees all came with a soup or salad great portions as well. Bread was warm and our server offered us a second with our entrees . Our server was very attentive and professional. Family ordered chicken parmigiana, penne pasta with meat sauce and another pasta dish with sausages & basil pomodoro. They all were great portions sizes to match the prices. Prices were on the higher end compared to other similar places. Not too unreasonable. I ordered the creamy chicken Marsala with Angel hair but disliked it . It seems to taste flavorful initially just looking at it but once in my mouth it was just bland and I couldn't even make myself eat a second bite. My son and husband tried it and they also agreed it just wasn't what we expected. Very different . We usually love chicken Marsala but this one just had a bland taste we aren't used to. It could be just our taste buds and that it's a great dish for others who like the flavor. Server happily took the dish back and apologized but it wasn't her fault or anyone fault so no need to apologize there . We visited the restaurant, $75 Baci gift certificate in hand, only to learn it was no longer redeemable. They should have informed the person who purchased it that it was only good for one more month. We ordered our dinner, and it arrived fairly quickly, but I could not for the life of me tell what it was. Our daughter had ordered Eggplant Parmigiana with pasta, both were completely covered in marinara sauce. Could not view any food at all. My husband had Chicken Parmigiana, again with a ladle of sauce on it, indistinguishable. I had the special with a white sauce and pasta, could not tell the sauce from the entre. The food was all right, the presentation awful. Why would you cook good food and then completely cover it with sauce so it appeared as two huge lumps of guess what on your plate? $85 luncheon ...what a shame. read more

Had a nice reunion with friends at Baci's and a GREAT meal too! All four of us had different meals ... 1) and individual pizza, 2) a Fettuccine dish, 3) my wife chose the meat ravioli, which she said was excellent, and 4) I chose the Pasta Paisano (pictired here.) For my dish I chose angel hair pasta, and it came in a light vodka sauce with Prosciutto, mushrooms, and peas. We were in Arizona for a week on vacation, and this was THE FINEST MEAL we had during the stay. Highly recommended. read more

This place is fun. It's family friendly. The food is pretty above average. We always enjoy what we get there. Meatball sandwich, Caesar salad, mozzarella sticks, garlic cheesy bread, ravioli, chicken parmigiana, and even French fries for the picky stinker who won't eat anything else. We ate in the restaurant this past Friday ( previously had takeout). We enjoyed a great bottle of wine. All of our dishes were fabulous with a small exception to my gnocchi which was a little undercooked in some pieces but i still ate it all our party of 4 enjoyed everything. I will say that I was very impressed with service. From the hostess to the manager stopping by. Our server, which I don't remember her name :( but she is thin dark hair and has a daughter ‍ sorry! She was Fantastic. The most impressive part was knowing when to put our main entree ticket in at the right time to when we were finishing our salads. Doesn't happen often. We will be back. read more

We were happy to hear that Baci's is open for lunch on the weekends. We have not ever been disappointed by the amazing food. The pasta paisano is always my favorite. They have a very tasty diablo red sauce that I order on the side that gives it a special zest, the sauce isn't for everyone. The restaurant is decorated in Italian decor and will accommodate larger groups and has a nice patio to enjoy when it's not so hot out. The evenings get busy so you may have to wait, but the hostess, bartender and wait staff are always helpful. You can enjoy a glass of wine on the patio while you wait. read more

Very helpful & friendly staff. Delicious & authentic Italian food. They brought out dough for the kids to play with, which delighted the 3,5,7&9 year olds. There was a 30-40 minute wait when we arrived but you can't argue with that because it was very busy. We were sat 1 1/2 later. There's a decent amount of Italian in the area, but Baci is at the top if you're looking for authenticity, quality food and a good experience. The local feel of this place makes it that much better. Be prepared to wait if you come during prime dinner hours, but service is overall very good. The food is good. After a week of training, Friday is special because it is Baci. Pizza Day. Always a favorite. Many choices brought in as takeout with a large salad. Pizzas are fresh, lots of meats or veggies, flavorful herbs and cheeses. Family owned restaurant. I can't speak to the wait times, other Itallian food, or dine in service...but never any issues with pizza take out. Used to dine in at old location. Had a bug in my soup, shrugged it off since our server said she'd give us a discount. Guess what? No discount on the bill. The last time I dined at Baci was over 20 years ago. I worked at Arizona State Credit Union on Williams Field Road in Queen Creek, and the restaurant was right next door. Frank was always friendly, gracious, and entertaining, and lunch was always quick and convenient. My sister and I had dinner at the "new" Baci (Jan.2024). The new restaurant is quite beautiful, and the food is even BETTER than it was before! The service wasfantastic, and our waiter got everything right! (I am kinda like "Sally" in 'When Harry Met Sally,' i.e., no mushrooms, extra garlic, etc.) Another waitress was helpful, as well, and the hostess helped get my drink "to go." Baci is one of the rare gems that serves traditional Italian food. Their lasagna is delicious with all the layers and ask for meat sauce. We always order the ravioli with meat sauce as well and split it. There is so much food we always have left overs for another meal. I have never had an item from their menu that I did not like. Everything is delicious at this restaurant. The staff are friendly, knowledgable, and prompt. The environment seems like a restaurant in Italy. Full bar with many wonderful red wines! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves Italian food. Lastly, the Lemoncello cake is definitely worth it!! read more

Took my out-of-town family to Baci and the wait was about 30-45 mins on a Sat. night. It's not in the main part of town, but it's nice size with a small bar and booths and tables. The man who was in charge of seating was outstanding! His patience and personality was the best! Our family said this was the best Italian food they'd ever eaten! Everything was delicious and the bread was so good, as well. We had lasagna, ravioli, eggplant parma and stuffed shells. Then we returned to town for the winter to find out that our $100 gift certificate bought just last year was no longer accepted. This restaurant is excellent. Family owned and operated. Known for their homemade pastas, pizzas and other classic Italian Bistro features in their menu. You really feel at home when dining at this restaurant, because of their delicious foods that are made from scratch. This establishment is local and hidden treasure in Mesa closed by the borderlines of Queen Creek. I ordered their House salad with Creamy italian dressing. Pasta ala Baci with fettuccine, because I get to choose what kind of noodles I want on that and baked Manicotti in Vodka sauce. For dessert, I got the caramel cheesecake and spumoni ice cream. I have known this restaurant and seen it grew. Every time I visit, I am very pleased with the ambiance, customer service and off course the delicious mouth watering food they serve you here. The owner is very cheerful, friendly and he walks around talking to his customers and making sure everyone is happy. I love that! read more

I love trying new places but this is one restaurant we will not be returning to. the food was just awful. I ordered the chicken limone and I thought I was being punked when they brought it out. It was plain fettuccine noodles with a few refrigerated chicken strips (like the fajita chicken you can get at Sam's club) and 4-5 artichoke pieces from a jar sprinkled on top. I've had chicken limone at Brio before and it's to die for! The dish I received at Baci looked like something a kid left home alone would make. My kids ordered the cheese pizza and said it tasted like the school lunch pizza. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because our waiter was very nice and the staff was able to seat us quickly. We called ahead 10 minutes before arriving (a reservation didn't show up so we got their spot). There were however several people waiting a long time to be seated and I kind of felt bad that we walked right in and got a table. read more
