Dined in on a Sunday night around 5pm and was sat within 5 minutes. Our server was Diana and she was very pleasant! So sweet and attentive. Ordered the seafood combo pasta and the creamy chicken Marsala with angel hair and both were delicious! I wish I could give a better rating as the appetizers and salads were fine but this is a far cry from being an Italian bistro--it literally tasted like it was out of a box from the 1980's. Man, where do you even begin on a review for a place you've fallen IN LOVE with? For one, frank, you're a beautiful spirit. Two, the food, ay yi yi, AMAZING. The eggplant Parmesan will knock your socks off. The Marsala will melt in your mouth. The bread? SO light and fluffy and amazing. I've never been obsessed like this over Italian food. While our guest our visiting and staying in Queen Creek we are trying the areas restaurants. The four of us tried Baci, hoping we finally found a good Italian restaurant in the area. We were wrong. Food was served cold! It was chewy in parts too. We all looked at each like WTF? Again, we can make this food at home for $1.19 a plate and do a much better job. My family and I have been to the restaurant often, but not since this new owner took over. We went for lunch on a Sunday and it wasn't very busy. My daughter ordered muscles with pasta, my wife ordered a bowl of tortellini soup and my mother-in-law and I both ordered the pasta with garlic & olive oil. All three pasta dishes came with a small side salad. The salads were decent (pretty basic). However, when the entrees came out I took one bite and pushed it aside. It was incredibly salty and inedible. My wife's soup and my mother-in-law's pasta were also too salty to eat. My daughter said her dish was fine. We informed the server, who was very pleasant, and she said she would have the manager take the three dishes off the bill. She also said that other people have complained about the soup being too salty (maybe they should adjust the way they prepare it!!!). When the bill came, the dishes were removed, however the manager charged us $11 for the two side salads (these salads were included in the price of the pasta dishes). Given the fact that our lunch was ruined and a disappointment, I would think he or she would not have made a separate charge, especially for a salad I would not have ordered had it not been included. I don't think we'll be going back. There are too many other similar type restaurants to choose from. read more

i honestly dont know where to start. we were here a little over a year ago, and loved everything, but not tonight!! we came in Wednesday night as a party of 7. got some drinks and ordered calamari as we waited for others in our group to show up. calamari was good. we ordered our meals, and waited and waited. decided to get a few more apps since no bread was being offered. got a couple sampler platters- that was definitely food warehouse quality....... waited more, waited even longer........ asked the owner, hey can we get bread please, can we get our salads???? finally get some bread- it was hard, dry, like sandpaper in the mouth, and with those little butter cups, it was not enjoyable!!! the bread was so flat , and weird, definitely someone didnt let it rise enough!!! our salads came; that was good. our meals were not enjoyable either. my seafood was cooked well, but the basil pomodoro was flavorless!!! definitely watered down. the chicken and veal were dry and overcooked. MIL chicken was like cooked from frozen, then microwaved to re heat. it was rubbery, and strange!!!! we had to ask NUMEROUS times for water refills, only to have our nonexistent server fill a glass or two, then disappear leaving several water glasses still empty. we were given cannoli, but my family said it was oddly gritty. im sorry but we prob wont be back. hope owner reads the negative reviews in the last year!! read more

My husband and I recently moved to the Queen Creek area during the COVID-19 pandemic so we really haven't established any of our favorite restaurants. My family is Italian and we all love trying out Italian restaurants. I love a good, family owned, Italian restaurant. My in-laws have been to Baci a few times with our neighbors and had nothing but rave reviews. It was my mother in laws birthday and she chose Baci for her birthday dinner. I did call ahead to make a reservation but they only make reservations for parties of six and higher. On the same phone call I also asked if my puppy was able to come with us and it sounded like they only allow puppies that are service dogs and you must sit outside. They have plenty of parking available in their parking lot and they do offer indoor and outdoor seating. Although we didn't have a reservation we were able to be seated right away. We put in our name and in less than a minute our name was called and we were walked to our table. A nice gentleman walked us over to our table, pulled out my chair for me, and said "bon appétit," and was on his way. Those are the little things that matter. We had a beautiful table in the middle of the restaurant, so it was really great to be able to observe the entire restaurant ambience. We were greeted by our incredible server, Derek. I told him right away that we had a big birthday at the table and he was happy to accommodate with a complimentary cannoli at the end of our dinner with a candle. He also gave her the option to have a song a sung to her, she didn't want the attention drawn to herself she said "no," but I didn't think that was nice that they asked. Derek was great, he took our beverage order right away and came back with a round of waters plus the drinks we ordered. He brought over complimentary bread and oil then took our food orders. I got chicken and broccoli with linguine and Aglio and oil, I tried their soup of the day which was lentil, and a dinner salad. My husband and his father both ordered the shrimp and Fillet capricioso, and his mother ordered the tortelloni. We all got soups and salads and they came out before our main course. Everything was paced perfectly, timing wise. The service was incredible, the food was absolutely delicious, all the way around. I have not one bad thing to say about this entire experience! The prices were reasonable, the portions were large and shareable, be prepared to take home leftovers. I loved the environment. I'm so excited now that I am a Queen Creek resident to know that we have an incredible Italian restaurant so close to us. I already can't wait to return. read more
