We got two waffle cones: one with the 3 Chocolate flavor and another with a combo of Caffè and Caramellato. The 3 Chocolate was insanely rich like, I love sweet stuff but I legit had to ask for water. It's super intense, almost fudge-like in texture and flavor. The Caffè and Caramellato combo was sweet too, but beautifully balanced by the bitterness of the coffee. If you're into bold flavors, this is for you. Expect to drop about $10+ per person, which feels steep at first but totally fair considering: The gelato was thick, creamy, and ultra-fresh They let us try multiple flavors with no rush And the service? This location is small with very limited indoor seating, only 1 table that seats 4. It's in Fashion Island which is a popular location with a lot of foot traffic. Quite a few flavors to choose from and u like that they not only offer samples, but they also have a QR code on stands outside so you can browse the menu while you're waiting in line. Service was good, the 2 guys behind the counter were friendly and patient, and handled the line well. Gelato here is great quality - but a bit on the pricier side with their smallest size being $7.50 for 2 flavors. But very good quality gelato. The shop itself is small, counter service with minimal seating but outside of the shop there is lots of outdoor seating to sit and enjoy your gelato.
